"Hua, you have ordinary constitution but fair talent in cultivation." Wind ignored Saiyu and talked to Hua. "The techniques you inherited from Wu Shang are all top notch and I need you to master them. But you also need to increase your prowess swiftly. Learning the techniques that Saiyu teaches you will help you achieve that. Sword Dance technique in particular is the easiest technique I've come across. Learn diligently."

"Yes, mother." Hua said and nodded.

"…" Wind pondered something silently. She wanted Hua to replace Wu Shang entirely. But Hua was still young and weak. Even if she became powerful, she'd still lack experience but Wind had to make do with her. She intended to raise a new demon & dark elf army in the future and let Hua control it. But for that Wind needed fertile women. Thinking thus far, Wind's eyes flickered with an ominous glint.

"Go now." Wind said and sat cross legged again. As Saiyu and Hua left, Wind communicated with Maurice through a special token which could help people communicate over very large distances.

"Karisa and the nuns…send them here." Wind instructed. She intended to manipulate the nuns and make them breed demons again. Wind had a few demons caged up in her ring. These were all backups that Wu Shang had left behind, just in case. Through these demons, although slowly, but eventually Wind would obtain a demon army again. By then Hua would also be strong enough to control the army.

After setting down all the plans, & ignoring Maurice's curiosity about her female voice, Wind pondered over magic spells again. Currently she had mastered a few spells but since she could only use 3 spells at once, she decided to practice them repeatedly to increase the speed of casting. These three spells were-

Enhance: This was a support type spell which could enhance the power of any technique to almost double. Wind learnt it because she knew that she'd fighting alongside allies and many of them had elemental techniques up their sleeves. Through this spell, Wind would be able to generate an extra oomph.

Flee: This was also a support type spell. It allowed one to jump rapidly over large distances. Coupled with her Sword Dance technique, Wind would be able to sprint faster and it would help her both attack and escape faster.

Haze: This was an attack type spell. It would allow Wind to haze anyone's vision and sense of direction and gravity for a period of time. It had a ranged effect and if the target managed to get out of the range, they'd be free from the spell. Wind could only use it to confuse the enemy before ambushing them with other techniques.

Overall, these spells were useful but weak. But because Wind lacked a suitable constitution, she could only suck it up and use these spells.

"Sigh. Forget it. I'll take what I can get." Wind muttered before getting up. "I'll just rely primarily on my techniques." Saying so, Wind summoned a spear and started practicing Spear of the Chieftain technique for starters. Wind had many techniques up her sleeve. She soon immersed herself in practice.

Meanwhile far away, inside the revolutionary army's camp, two men were discussing things solemnly. They were Cao and Maurice.

"Even though we retreated in time, many of us were still scattered." Cao said. "Many of our vomrades are still moving towards the camp in secrecy. But this is too dangerous! Empyrean spies are everywhere. We must lay low and hide wherever we are."

"I concur." Maurice said calmly. "But we can' just close the gates on our comrades and allies. Kol warriors have arrived this morning but many others still need our help and support.

"We're not running a fucking righteous clan here!" Cao growled. "We are rebels. Our enemy is an Emperor! Have you forgotten that? I don't care if you want to help the allies. We cannot keep taking others in. If Jiao finds out our location…"

Boom!! At this time a deafening explosion shook the entire base. Warning bugles rang loudly and pure chaos ensued.

Cao and Maurice rushed out to meet this intruder who was riding on a flying chariot!

"Jiao…" Maurice uttered hopelessly.

"Hahahaha!! Time to die, you pests!" Jiao roared and immediately attacked.

Boom!! A big cannonball was shot from chariot's muzzle.

Whoosh!! Bam! It broke through all defenses and struck many rebels, crushing them to deaths.

Thus began, the battle between Jiao and revolutionary army.
