Caepron was astonished, first of all, his grade had gone up twice, giving him an SSS grade. It now meant that he could cultivate even faster, giving him a big leap in front of others. The next thing is his cultivation level, it had immediately shot up to 3-0. He could feel his strength had grown a lot, and he could feel his body had healed a bunch of his older scars and wounds that couldn't be seen to the naked eye. He could now even lift to 1000 pounds without a problem.

An easier way to understand the levels of cultivation, for the first 9 stages, the stage can fight many people by themself of the stage below them, so for example, a stage 1 soldier can fight 100 zero stage soldiers, a stage 2 soldier can fight 100 stage 1 soldier's, and so on. As you grow stronger you can fight more and more people below your stage, as the strength gaps between each level increase more and more. A stage 5 soldier can even fight off 500 to 1000 stage 1 soldiers, because their cultivation allows them to become stronger physically, and it allows their attacks to become stronger as well.

So the fact that Caepron had jumped straight to stage 3, made him the most powerful human currently alive in the new world. Not the strongest being of course as there are many more beings alive that are much stronger. But for the new humans at least he is now the strongest.

The other big change was that he had a longer life span, something he didn't understand or expect at all. The sword chuckled at Caepron's confusion, "Boy, as your cultivation increases, so does your lifespan. A stage 9 cultivator can live up to 500 to 600 years if they don't do anything too crazy, after that your life keeps increasing as you continue onto the path of cultivation. It's even speculated that Hidden Stage Cultivators can live almost a million years. Its never been proven, but, if the experts from the days of the ancients are still alive, then it is possible for them to still be alive today, considering that the planar existence has been around for roughly 800,000 years." Caepron listened intently to what the sword was saying and had several questions for it. "What are Hidden Stage Experts, what are Ancient Experts, and what is planar existence?" "Hidden stage experts are the strongest living beings, they have reached the pinnacle of cultivation, no one is sure if anyone has ever reached that level. The only being to ever get close was Adrollis, but they killed him while he was breaking through to the Brouhaha stage, so we will never know. Ancient experts are also known as ancient beings, they are the original beings that were brought to this planar existence when it was first created along with its sibling planar existence. But that is a story for another time. Currently, you should be worried only about becoming stronger and gathering your nation together, so when you do come to power you can stomp on every other being's faces."

Caepron took a few more moments to digest all this information, nodded his head, and stood up. "Alright then, let's find a place to start my new nation." "No, really captain obvious!" Caepron was debating on destroying this sword.

After about an hour's walk towards the mountains, Caepron found what he considered one of the most beautiful spots to found his new city. It was a massive valley, stretching miles and miles along two huge mountains. Both had snow at their peaks, and running for miles down, they hit a giant bowl-like valley, with a river running through, forests peppering the far side of the valley, leading to a thick forest. There were open plains along the rest of the way, with a few Lakes and such. Caepron smiles when he sees this, he walks all the way to the edge of the valley and found a good cover on the right-hand side of the valley. After making sure that there are no dangers in the area and such, he takes out the rest of the items from the legendary starter bag.

Item: General Summoning Talisman (Rare)

Description: Summons a General with basic military experience and understanding of military tactics and management.

Caepron was very excited to see this, as he knew that he'd need a capable military right-hand man to lead the military where he could not or did not understand.

Item: Alchemist Summoning Talisman (Rare)

Description: A Alchemist is a maker of pills and potions, they make things that both benefit and harm cultivators, a rare job in the Awakened World.

This was another great and useful follower to have, as they could make sure that there would always be pills and special medications to help the people and army.

Item: Advisor Summoning Talisman (Rare)

Description: An Advisor is an important piece to any ruling power, as they will help make sure that the kingdom under the ruler is run efficiently and with a strict and structured ruling.

Caepron was amazed as each item came out of the bag, thinking that he was now much better off as each item came out, when he finally took the final item out of the bag, he chuckled a little in pleasant surprise.

Item: Ultimate Starter Bag (Legendary Item)

Description: Holds 5 items that can vary in items. All will be beneficial to the person who opens it.

As soon as the last item came out of the bag, the bag slowly became a wisp of mana that slowly dissipated. Caepron then opens the second bag.
