"But what am I…?" He said out loud, his voice was deep and robotic.

He thought for a moment before he remembered the strange flashback he had a moment ago.

Karl sigh ''Okay Karl…close your eye- er…Non eyes…"

As he thinks back to his mind, he tries to slowly remember what happened. He remembered the fire at his house, he remembered that it was the circuit breaker that malfunctioned and exploded.

He had a strange feeling of sadness thinking of this due to him having the worst day ever. On the same day, his girlfriend broke up with him, his friends were just backstabbers and fake ones, and he had lost his job.

The last thing that made this day worse was the fire itself, but at this point h, he didn't want to get out, he just wanted to end it all.

He sighed as he thought of all of it, it was a pain and unfortunately, he had to accept it.

He looked down at his robotic hands, pondering, "What the hell am I going through..."

Suddenly, a flash appeared in front of him, making him jump a little. He looked down and saw a blue hologram with text on it. As he read, realization dawned upon him.

"Is… is this supposed to be a computer–"

"Good morning, Master Kryzius…"

Karl looked around, trying to identify the source of the voice. "W-who's there?!"

"Please look down, Master," the robotic female voice said.

He complied, and his gaze fell upon the hovering computer. "Master, you have finally woken up," it announced.

Karl was taken aback. "M…master… Wait, who are you?!"

The computer paused for a moment before responding, "Ah… it seems like you have lost your memory…I'm Aeti, your Assistant."

Karl stood confused but decided to inquire further. "I… see…and who I am exactly?"

The computer stood silent once again, but this time, its silence felt strangely ominous.

Suddenly it goes away making Karl jump in surprise "W-wait!!"

As Karl sat back in the chair, trying to piece together what had just happened, a heavy silence enveloped the room. His mind raced with questions, but before he could delve deeper into his thoughts, a strange noise emanated from the left door.

Startled, Karl looked up towards the source of the sound. The door began to emit an eerie blue glow before slowly swinging open, revealing a thick fog billowing in from beyond.

Karl looked closely at the door and last he saw a strange figure.

Karl's gaze focused intently on the figure emerging from the fog.

He observed her pale skin, piercing aqua eyes, and the striking contrast of her black hair, tinged with a soft blue hue that seemed to shimmer like a cloud. She exuded an air of command, clad in a black suit and skirt that accentuated her presence.

She slowly turns to him in the center and walks slowly to him and suddenly bowed. "...You are Kryzius…The Captain of the kingdom of Zyturia."
