Guns Are Still More Powerful

Rai, A Centaurian known for his unbreakable defense. His body was covered in scars due to his excessive training on honing his body to become more sturdy than any well-being that lived in laplace. His will to be invincible became his motivation on increasing his Mana armament's potential. The level of his Mana Armament's defense can't be compared to anyone, He was known as the invincible centaur that even the draconians sought to avoid.

But that all shattered in an instant, After meeting with Axel who used an unknown weapon that pierced through his Mana armament easily.

Their Eyes blurted, Their jaws dropped as they stared in awe. An unknown weapon that could pierce through Rai's Defenses in an instant shocked everyone near them.

"What type of weaponry is that!?"

"No! I think it's a skill!"

"It's more powerful than any bow that the Minotaurs have made!"

Their surprised expressions were clearly seen, Confused to what Axel was holding in both of his hands.

It was a shiny black metallic long weaponry that no one could understand its mechanism. Its appearance was never seen before, And the thing that came out of it caused a loud bang that rang through the ears of everyone who were close to it.

Rai who felt the shock of the bullet that pierced through his chest immediately coughed blood. His body trembled pondering about what had happened, Was that light magic? I couldn't even see it properly. The speed of it was untraceable that even I could not react in time."

Axel cocked the barret once more and aimed at Rai who wore a shocked expression.

"If you don't want to get hit once again I suggest you get out our way." As Axel stated and aimed his gun towards Rai's head.

Rai was still confused and shocked, His indestructible Mana Armament which even the mightiest Beastman warriors could not break was pierced easily by a mere child holding an unknown weapon.

While the beastman soldiers were still in awe, Erza used the opportunity and went straight behind Axel.

The soldiers regained their composure and attempted to chase Erza, But Axel immediately pointed his gun towards them, Making them flinch and unable to take another step.

"Take one more step and I'll shoot you too." Axel said in a serious tone, Ready to blast them with his gun.

While Rai was still shrouded by the shocking incident that happened to him, His blood began soiling the ground as it dripped profusely making him stagger and stumble unto the floor.

"What is that weapon..." He mumbled and fainted.

Axel and Erza took their chance and escaped through the woods, Completely leaving the Beastman soldiers unable to pursue due to Rai's condition.

They immediately went and tended Rai's wound while they noticed that it penetrated through beyond his back and even pierced the tree behind him.

"What an absurd weapon." A beastman soldier murmured to himself, Completely terrified.

Meanwhile in the Village, Elder Beru, Elder Garudo and Mayu were in total disagreement with the four councilors' demands.

"We cannot hand over the ones that helped us from the Draconians wrath." Elder Beru stated, Showing seriousness in his words.

"Yes, The wolf girl and the human child helped us alot, And even healed me even when I was in the brink of death!" Mayu said loudly, Eager to protect Axel and Erza.

Heal she say?" Jeyro mumbled through his head, While the three councilors demanded that they hand over the two requested individuals.

Fruder observed their surroundings while several monster people were gazing upon them with hostility.

"I see, So those two individuals helped you alot." He uttered silently.

"Please reconsider it, The emperor will not standby once his order is disobeyed!" Laxus voiced his thoughts, Completely terrified about what the Emperor might do if they don't follow his orders and give him the two individuals he requested.

Chief aban raised his hand, "Can I speak?" He said.

Mayu felt relieved that Chief aban was about to voice out his opinions, Since she knew that Chief aban was on their side.

"Yes you may speak." Elder Warren said.

Elder Warren, The Cat man Councilor. He had an appearance of an elegant person, He had thin blonde fur all over his skin and was wearing a decent attire.

"If I may, I agree with the Councilors' demands." Chief aban spoke in a serious tone and glanced at Mayu and the two elders beside him.

"What are you saying Chief Aban!? How could we hand over our savior!?" Mayu yelled, Disagreeing with what Chief Aban said.

Jeyro kept quiet while they were all hell bent on arguing, He suddenly noticed the Beastman soldiers they've sent, Heading towards they're direction while Carrying Rai on their shoulders.

"Huh?" He subconsciously mumbled.

"Councilors! Rai has been severely wounded!" A beastman yelled eagerly, Hoping that someone would tend with Rai's wound.

The four Councilors were shocked upon seeing their Warrior unconscious.

"How is it possible for Rai to be severely wounded!? There's no one capable of penetrating through his defense!" Fruder abruptly said, Stating that Rai was indestructible.

Laxus immediately casted and used his Healing skill on the Unconscious Rai, Who was gasping for air while breathing heavily.

"His healing skill is S-Rank and is also considered as top tier amongst the healers. But it will still take more time for him to heal Rai." Jeyro said in a worried tone.

Mayu glanced at Rai's wound, "If it was the human child, He could instantly heal him in a second." She said.

Everyone flinched upon hearing what she said, "Are you serious!?" Fruder asked.

"Yes, That human child can use healing ability than even surpasses the top healers in laplace." She responded as her voice showed sincerity.

While Elder Beru and Elder Garudo nodded, Stating that what Mayu said was true.

Fruder frowned and pondered, If what she's telling is true, Then the Emperor must have knew about it all along. If the human child becomes one of his subordinates, Then his soldiers won't ever be afraid of getting injured and could fight continuously while being healed. But ofcourse, Healing can't be done all the time. But even so, If he has a capable healer that can heal even those who are in the brink of death in an instant, Then he'll be confident on taking over the entire Laplace without considering negotiations."

"Um, But that human child you speak of was the one that wounded Rai." A beastman soldier said.

"What!?" As they all got shocked.

Mayu knew how capable of a soldier Rai was, His name was known all over Laplace as the Indestructible centaur. The one that possess an unbreakable mana armament defense.

But for Axel to put Rai in his current state... His definitely powerful." She pondered and concluded that Axel's existence isn't to be belittled with.

"How did he manage to put Rai in this state!? Explain everything properly!" Elder Warren demanded, While Elder Laxus continuously healed Rai's wound.

The beastman jolted and explained, "At first they were fighting equally and the human child could not even scratch through Rai's mana armament defense. But after he pulled out an unknown long weapon that had a shiny black metallic appearance... Everything went to his advantage. The weapon he used caused a loud bang that reverberated throughout the area and shot something that can't be seen with normal eyes. Even Rai wasn't able to react in time and got shot by the human child's attack as it pierced through his chest and even penetrated through the tree that was behind Rai. That weapon he used was truly terrifying..." The beastman said while shivering as he remembered how powerful the gun was.

"So he isn't just a healer!? But also an Weapon creator!?" Fruder uttered loudly.

Jeyro then pondered deeply, He can also fight Rai in equal terms? And at the same time possess an unknown powerful weaponry!?"

"If a weapon like that existed, It would change the entire Laplace. Rai was a fire elementalist, He can manifest his flames and turn his body into fire, Making it impossible for physical attacks that aren't coated in mana to damage him. And Addition to his incomparable mana armament's defense. It would be impossible to force Rai into his current state." Jeyro said, Voicing out his thoughts.

They all quietly pondered, Wondering about the human child's true capabilities.

Meanwhile Axel and Erza were continuously running through the woods without hinting any exhaustion.

Axel led Erza, While Erza glanced at him from behind and wondered, What was that weapon he just used earlier? The power of it was truly terrifying. My eyes couldn't even catch a glimpse of it as it pierced through the centaur's body."

[You should have used the Gun in the first place. Kyahaha!]

I can't suddenly show them a weaponry like that. I had to first try and stop that centaur with my Skill. But after noticing his impenetrable defense, I was forced to use the Gun." Axel replied through telepathy.

[Kyahaha! Well now that they know you possess a dangerous weapon, I wonder what they'll think. Kyahahaha!]

Axel kept silent and did not respond to Greed's nonsense questions. While him and Erza headed straight towards the South direction without resting.
