This is fairly fun and light hearted story. It reminds me a lot of the early phases of a Doluo Dalu type novel in terms of charachters and mentality, sobif you enjoy those stories, I would recommend this one. The relationships are interesting. Especially between the mc and Mama Ella, though, I can understand how it might not appeal to all. The genderbent nobles/royalty gave me a real laugh, even the tsundere. Overall a good story and one I recommend to read.

Written by the Baka Warrior author, you can expect wonderful twists and comedy. The story is your usual system novel, but the comedic elements and the hilarious interactions between the characters more than make for it and lets it shine through. Grammar: Really good, shows a lot of improvement from past novels. Edit: Ahh, Ely got himself an editor. Overall a fun read. Read the first 10 chapters to get hooked to the plot.
thought about dropping this novel more than once during the first 30 or so chapters, after that all I though was how glad I am to have kept going. If you can ignpre the weak opening and keep reading till you reach beyond ch 30 it felt like the world was given life. I could feel the love between the mc and his mother, their longing for each other. The trust he has for his family, friends and lovers. He or his system is not too op and he is more than just his system, the system is like a helper that allows him to take shortcuts. He had train hard to become stronger and overcome many obsticals. Also, the ones who fall in love with him have their own reasons to do so. Overall, only after the first 30 or so chapters did I realize why this novel is regarded so highly.

Warning: long review with no spoilers, that still gives a good reveal of why this story is worth reading and worthy of a rare 5 star review from this reader... I am not prone to giving perfect scores because I worry that authors will not be motivated to improve or may rest on their laurels and the story's quality will stagnate or drop. I have no reason to worry about that with Elyon, the only author whose name I bothered to memorize on this platform, because they impressed me enough that I felt I had to. Author pays attention to reader comments but doesn't get bullied by trolls into degrading the plot into pablum. Read the author's synopsis, Elyon delivers on those promises, and sticks to the plot plan very well. If you vote, you get the promised reward, not excuses. The obligatory cliffhanger teasers at the end of some chapters are as annoying as that ad that always gets you cussing whenever it plays, but that annoyance works, because you remember the ad even when you don't want to...and the teasers work because you open the next chapter to banish that annoying teaser from your sight and open the next arc. Fortunately this tactic isn't overused for every. single. segue...like clumsier authors have done. Now for the really surprising thing about this story.... My mom likes it too! The woman that says "that's nice, dear" whenever I splash my fandom all over the dinner table...actually made me retell the ENTIRE story (up to the last chapter I unlocked) over cocoa on the couch and would not let me go until she had wrung me dry of every plot twist, reader commentary, and fan feeling I had about Elyon's story and storytelling skill...like the Interrogation Queen that she is. This from a woman that rarely even reads fiction! The plot and characters have completely drawn her in, too. So the extra star on this review is her contribution. {^θ^}
I was very sure I had already written a review as one of this novel’s original readers, but apparently I hadn’t. I’d just like to say that this is 100% the best novel I have read on this site, and is the only book I have ever read that actually made me shiver in anticipation. The writing is 10/10, author is funny when we need relief and serious when we need tension. Definitely give this novel a go, worldbuilding is incredible and unique compared to other novels on this site. I don’t write reviews often but had to for this novel. Keep it up author and don’t end it anytime soon please 🙏
When I first read about the description of the novel and saw how the author boasted about how we will get addicted I thought that the author was quite arrogant and decided to read it.But just after reading it I understood how ignorant and foolish my remarks were so I now hope that the author could forgive me .And now as ur no. 1 loyal reader I hope that u are living a good and healthy life and continue ur work with more vigor. É isso o que me deixa indignado. O período de escravidão acabou, mas ele continua com a coleira de escravo. sério??? isso absolutamente não tem graça, e é extremamente desanimador, ver o MC muitas vezes ser desprezado por conta da coleira. Por que ficar com a coleira??? ninguém gosta disso. no capítulo 120 tive esperança de que ele as removeria, mas nesse último capítulo minhas esperanças se foram totalmente. qual a necessidade dele estar com a coleira? essa é minha dúvida, pois pelo que vi, não sou o único incomodado com este fato, pelo contrário, a maioria está. uma ótima novel, escrita, e desenvolvimento do mundo, mas às vezes esse comportamento do MC me assusta.
To make it short, this is a fun and good novel to read(so far) minus some "goat-mama" and "I-forgive-you-even-you-enslave-me-mc-be-like" plot(of course my only opinion). Other than that it is all great! Keep it up, author! Ps. I would appreciate it if the author will add some conflicts or wars between kingdoms or such that induce the mc or characters to show their strategic prowess (personal reference).
one of the best novels .... comedy gold... though narcissistic on the outside, MC has good head on his shoulders, epic enounters, intriguing powers, .. i especially love that all the characters around him seem to have a brain ( very very rare ) and his taking a sheep that fed him in the childhood as a second mother is peak of what novels can achieve when they try to show MC worthiness ...def read it
