Rimuru's P. O. V
"Good... Goodbye ace" Rimuru said as he ate ace and the orc. The flames cleared up and everyone saw Rimuru on his knees, looking at Aces/Kiritos sword. Tears fell from his eyes onto the blade. The army rushed over to Rimuru to check if he was alright, after a few minutes they let go of the breath they had, knowing Rimuru was ok.
"Where's Ace?" A random lizardmen asked.
"I... I ate him and the orc, H-he told me to" Rimuru muttered as he stood up.
The army gasped in fear as they had lost a valuable soldier. Rimuru stood on a shattered rock and stated.
"We shall continue and mourn our brethren later, Don't not.... Do not cry, You know what Ace would say," He wiped tears from his eyes and made joke, the army became happy for a moment, but it soon faded again.
"IS THAT ALL YOU GOT MONSTERS! WE ARE STRONGER THAN EVER TODAY! WE SHALL ALLY WITH ALL THE NATIONS AND BECOME THE STRONGEST IN THE WORLD! " Rimuru yelled.
" NEVER! " The soldiers shouted back.
A small grim smile appeared on Rimuru's face as he started giving out instructions to the soldiers, some to gather matierals and others to prepare to leave for the city.
After a few hours there were groups all lined up and matching back to the forest. Rimuru in his slime form was Infront while his elite group stood beside him.
Even though they lost lost Ace many matierals had been found, Allowing the city to become more high tech, Finally making baths!
Rimuru was bathing in a bath as he recalled everything that happened in a few minutes.
In a city...
"Ok we set sail in 3 days, I wonder if Veldora has really gotten out" A girl dressed in adventurer equipment said to two boys who were also in adventurer equipment.
"Who knows, it could be a joke. But if it's real then the Jura forest will became chaotic" The leader said.
"May I join" A girl voice said behind the leader, they turned around and found a girl wearing a mask.
" Sure, We leave in three days so get ready" The leader said and they walked off.
Three days later---------------------------
The squad left the city and headed for the Jura Forest. They chatted on the way and became friends, they found out the girls name was Shizu. After a few Hours, They made it INTO the Jura Forest. "Stay in a group so the monsters don't pick us off" Kabal said as they walked.
Meanwhile....…
" Ok, we will assemble a squad to patrol the area, It will be ranga, gobta and some wolf riders " Rimuru stated. The patrol got ready and said goodbye then they walked through the forest. Rimuru watched them leave until he couldn't sense them and sighed. "I hope they'll be okay" He muttered and went back to town.
" Rimuru, Millim wants you" Rigurd said
" Ok- Wait... WHY IS SHE STILL HERE!" Rimuru shouted, gathering attention. "Millims still here?"
"I guess" Whispers were heard through the crowd, Awaiting Rigurd's answer. "She said that if we don't let her stay here she'll destroy the town" Rigurd mumbled.
Gasps were heard In the crowd.
" But you can beat her sir right? " Rigurd asked.
" No... Only ace could " Rimuru responded.
Everyone sighed because they knew that Millim was going to stay here.
"I'll become stronger soon so I can defeat her and then ASK her if she wants to stay here" Rimuru stated and the crowd cheered.
" Oh really, I'll be waiting for that day, it'll probably never come" A coos voice said behind Rimuru.
He did a slow turn and saw Millim.
"Why not Ace did and since I'm family I can to!" Rimuru responded whilst mentioning Ace.
"So did ace leave or something, I don't see him around here" Millim questioned as she looked through the crowd. Rimuru realized that she didn't know that Ace was gone. Rimuru told her what happened, expecting to see a happy face he saw a sad face on her.
"Aren't you happy, now nobody here is as strong as you" Rimuru asked.
" Well I only wanted to come here for a challenge and now that there's nobody worth it to fight what's the point" Millim said. Rimuru sighed as Millim was only interested in fighting.
"Well then wait when I become stronger" He said which made Millim roll her eyes.
' We've encountered humans, what should we do? ' Ranga said in his mind.
"I'll be right back" Rimuru said as he ran to the patrol.
" What's happening!" He shouted when he made it.
" Stay back! The monsters will kill you!" Elena shouted to me even though the monsters were 20 meters away from them and not moving.
" I don't think there hostile, they would've attacked us by now" Rimuru went along and said.
" Oh yeah did you here about the Tempest City?" Rimuru asked. " Tempest City? I haven't heard of it" Kabat said.
" Well it's safer there so come on! " Rimuru said and ran back, the group followed with the patrol way behind. When they made it they were startled to see all of the monsters around.
"It's okay, they won't attack you" Rimuru said which calmed them down. " Well who are you? " Elena asked.
" I'm Rimuru, Head of state and commander in chief of the Jura tempest alliance!" He said and turned into a slime.
" Oh, that's cool" Gido said.
"Thanks!" Rimuru said as he introduced them to the monsters.
"Hey Millim! We have some visitors!" Rimuru shouted and Millim came.
"I am Millim, The most powerful Demon Lord!" Millim introduced herself and instantly kabal's party became quiet.
"It is a pleasure to meet you, I'm kabal, this is Gido and this is Elen" Kabal said and pointed left and right to Gido and Elen. "Hah! See that Rimuru there more afraid of me then you" Millim exclaimed.
" They probably think I'm just a slime, I've EATEN 1 TRUE DRAGON AND A DRAGON THAT'S MORE POWERFUL THAN A TRUE DRAGON" Rimuru shouted.
" WHAT!" The group screamed except Shizu.
"Hey uh person wearing the mask, who are you?" Millim asked. " I'm Shizu" Shizu said. " It's nice to meet you Shizu" Rimuru butted in and said, Making Millim growl in Irritation.
Meanwhile In Rimuru's stomach which is oddly comfortable.
A tv was set on the ground and two people sat on the ground watching. The two people were obviously Ace and Veldora in there human forms.
"This isn't gonna be good" Veldora and Ace said at the same time as Rimuru said it's nice to meet you.
They both stared at each other.
"I won last rounds duel, If I'm right it's been 499 wins for you and 500 for me" Ace said and eyed Veldora.
" No, It was 499 wins for YOU and 500 for me " Veldora growled and said.
" Whoever wins gets to 500 wins, deal?" Ace asked and smirked, He hadn't been using his full power against Veldora, the only reason why the orc managed to half kill him was because he purposely was trying to be eaten so he could talk to Veldora. "Alright!" Veldora said. The tv instantly dissapeared and a black and white aura appeared on Aces side while A black and purple appeared on Veldoras. They competed in Aura to decide who won. Right when it seemed like Veldora won Aces aura exploded, completely covering Veldora and his aura. His aura was instantly suppressed. "Hah! I win" Ace exclaimed and jumped up and down.
"You've not even used your full power have you!" Veldora shouted. He couldn't believe that Ace was more powerful than him so he asked for a rematch in swords.
Ace accepted and they began. Instantly Veldora ran at Ace and started to rapidly attack. Ace never attacked and only blocked or dodged Veldora's hits.
Right as Veldora started getting tired Ace struck, his hit heading straight for Veldoras head, right before it hit it a part of his sword retracted Into itself, making it shorter and just barely missing Veldoras head.
This was obviously Aces skill transform to make the sword shorter. "Urggggg, I want a rematch!" Veldora yelled. "Nope!" Ace said and they started to play fight like children.
Suddenly in the sky of the TV dark clouds filled the area, they knew that it was in Rimuru's eyesight so he saw it too.
"What is that?" Veldora asked but only got a Idk from ace.
Rimuru's Pov.
A huge dark cloud covered the sky and a human figure slowly floated down until it landed on the city. The figure looked around the crowd and frowned, nlt seeing what he wanted to, he looked at them and asked
"Where is Rimuru?" A deep and demanding voice presented itself. Rimuru went through the crowd , sometimes pushing people and some tried to stop him but he mages to get through them and said. "I am! Now what do you want from us?" The man smiled and pointed around the city, ssyong. " I'm destroying the Tempest City, so of course I need to kill the leader first" Everyone gasped as they heard what he said. It seemed that he could because of his entrance. "Heh, Well then I challenge you to a duel to the death! Loser had to give the winner there powers, Anything allowed except outside help" Rimuru stated. The man nodded and instantly a devilish aura was made that even made Rimuru shiver and almost regret his decision but his resolution stayed firm as he recalled Ace.
"Three" The man started counting down.
"Two" Rimuru looked at the crowd and said "Once I beat this guy we'll make this into a bigger city, ok?" The crowd nodded and became silent as they waited for the fight to begin
" One" Rimuru got his skills ready and asked Great sage the chances he had to win, It was 0.1 percent.
"Go!" The man said and charged at Rimuru. He charged back.
