-- 00 -- 00 -- 00 -- 00 -- 00-- 00 -- 00 -- 00

This would have been up about an hour ago but I got Chinese instead xD lol More explanations were supposed to be in this, but I got a bit carried away with the vampire part. Still gotta Edit so any mistakes won't be there tomorrow xD

P.S. Any information I explained and some of you might read and be like 'why is he explaining that - we already know.' but I did it for those who don't. Maybe they didn't read the books or maybe they just forgot. Either way - explanations are needed sometimes.

Also, Cliff hanger but like... don't kill me?

"I trusted you!" Emmett choked out, but Theo could see his lips twitching – it was only a second before Emmett also burst into laughter. His own laugh so loud Theo's windows actually started shaking. "It – It was like I could see and hear everything I was doing but I had no control over myself. I was stuck." And another laugh, Theo was actually worried one of his windows would break. "That was awesome!"

"You did that?" Jasper accused with a slight glare and a raised eyebrow, but his eyes betrayed his mirth.

"He asked me too!" Theo defended himself around a wide smile.

"What did you do, exactly?" Rosalie questioned … and the amusement was over. A cautious look on Theo's face as he eyed the three who he knew were struggling with his request. He trusted Emmett, and by extension Rosalie and even Jasper – but clearly the other three were a different story.

"Carlisle, Esme and I were talking, and we agree that you are entitled to your privacy." Alice piped up from next to him, looking up at him with slight apologetic eyes before her face fell into a pout "I don't like it – not because I want to tell Olly or Bella; but because I hate not being able to see." She stressed. "Your future is just gone, Theo.."

And Theo actually felt badly about that; so with only a slight sigh – he extended his shield to include Alice… allowing her to see his future and keeping her protected from any vampiric gift just as he was; but kept her mind closed to him.

In the next second, Alice froze – her eyes unfocused and unseeing… she stayed that way for so long Theo actually got a little worried for her. When a half hour of nervous silence had passed – Alice came back to herself, and snapped around to look at Theo; a wide and blinding smile on her face. Before Jasper could stop her, and he did try, she launched herself at Theo – and despite the alarm and panic that showed on every immortal face around him, Theo didn't even flinch. He just caught her as easily as if someone had thrown a pillow at him.

Alice clung to him like a koala bear, and if he had been less durable – he was sure several of his bones would be broken with how hard she was squeezing. "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you." She whispered over and over and over again with her arms wrapped around his neck and her legs wrapped around his waist. "and I don't just mean for whatever you just did; thank you for everything you're going to do for me. I absolutely agree Rosalie should be first – " and in a whisper so low Theo was sure only he heard it. " and I better get to pet your wolf."

"You…can…just hold her like that?" Emmett asked with a furrow in his brow. "I mean, at this point, I think we've all realized that you aren't human – but isn't she heavy? We weigh a lot. Like a ton, dude … or several tons."

"Nah she weighs nothing; we can play 'pass the shortie' if you want." Theo teased with a pinch to Alice's side; despite how hard their bodies should have felt ... they were surprisingly soft in some areas. She giggled, and Emmett's grin was wide and mischievous.

"I'm open!" Emmett spread his arms wide and planted his feet in a stance as if he was going to catch a football.

"Boys!" Despite the fact that she was absolutely not talking to Jasper, even his head snapped around to look at a stern looking Esme. "Not in the house."

"Aww, man." Emmett whined, his large shoulders drooping.

Alice stuck her tongue out at him before she climbed off of Theo and skipped over to Jasper who welcomed her into his arms, easily. "Now that you have decided we are indeed trust worthy … if you have, are we allowed to ask questions?"

Theo nodded to Jasper's question; if worse comes to worse – he could just compel the information away from them. "As for what I did to Emmett – I compelled him. Like I told Emmett, 'before' I made him think he was Lysa; I can control the mind of another through eye contact. That person then follows my commands or instructions; against their own will, regardless of their personal feelings on the matter."

"Mind compulsion…" Carlisle whispered, more to himself, in what looked to be .. wonder? "There hasn't been a vampire with the 'gift' since the 13th century. I don't understand… you are a telepath. Has your gift managed to evolve like Katrina's? But she took centuries to be able to do so … and it could be argued this is an entire separate gift."

At this point, Theo was aware that Carlisle was mumbling to himself, more than he was speaking to him; and he knew Carlisle was referring to Kate Denali. From what he remembered; Kate's exact words were … "At first my gift was just through my palms; now I can radiate it all over my body."

"Katrina? Whose that and what is her gift?" Theo had a part to play after all; and since he wasn't currently reading their minds, he had no way to know the information he shouldn't.

"Katrina 'Kate' Denali. She's part of the Denali Coven… our cousins for all intents and purposes. They share our special diet; as for her gift, she has what is known as 'psychic elektrokinesis' – because while it may feel as if every nerve ending on your body is on fire … it is only in your mind. This gift allows her to project a painful electric-like jolt into another person through physical contact. Depending on how much power she puts into it; the target can feel the equivalent of a small static shock, all the way up to an overpowering and debilitating blast. When she was new to her 'gift' she could only channel it through her palms; after centuries of hard work and practice, she can project it all over her entire body, making her essentially untouchable."

Theo let a contemplative look appear on his face while Carlisle was speaking. "Well I don't think it's the same; as you said it took her centuries to perform that feat and I woke up like this…" A mirthful smirk appeared on his face before it fell just as quickly. He forgot no one else would have understood why he thought that was worth a chuckle. "Besides, it isn't the only thing I can do."

"Wait.." Esme interrupted a suddenly excited looking Carlisle; who was nearly bouncing in that excitement. He looked a lot like Alice at the moment. "Theo, sweetheart, why don't we start with what you think you are and then we can move on to what you can do?

Theo shrugged and nodded, holding up a single finger and then turning toward his bedroom. Once inside, he went to his mini fridge, opening the door and producing one of the blood bags he kept beside his bed. He grabbed it, already feeling the familiar tingle of his fangs; a biting pressure in his upper and lower jaw while they descended.

He carried the blood bag back into the living room, noting the way most of them held their breath at just seeing it. The exceptions being Rosalie and Carlisle who were simply staring at him with narrowed eyes of calculation.

Theo walked around the counter, careful not to lift his head. He was oh, so very thirsty. Something else he's noticed since awakening; both his appetite and his need for blood were heavily enhanced.

He had the humans he fed off; but when they weren't available, he had to keep these by his bed. He didn't often feed on randoms, too many humans with the taste of drugs lingering in their blood. It was an appetite killer, really.

Theo took several deep breaths but just as usual, he couldn't control the growl that start in his chest and intensified with each inhale. He liked to believe he had really good control over his vampiric side – but sometimes, like now when he had taken too long to feed ... they were two very separate entities sharing one body.

Finally lifting his head, he could practically hear the way his 'vampiric' side vibrated in pleasure watching the lesser beings in front of him take a step back at just the sight of his true face. Of his double row of fangs peeking out between slightly parted lips. His tongue poked out and he ran it along his fangs, he had a habit of doing that; as if to remind himself this was all real.

"I'm a vampire…" His voice was deeper, barely a voice at all. Nearly a growl and a purr all in one. His chest heaving as he finally gave in to his desires; raised the blood bag to his lips and bit into it. He would usually take the time to grab a glass and be civilized about it all, but they had interrupted his schedule, delayed his feeding – he had no patience or care when his 'vampiric' side emerged. His fangs left the bag as easily as they entered, he could taste the blood as it dripped onto his tongue and slid down his throat. "And so much more."

He didn't waste any more time talking; instantly his mouth was firmly attached to the bag, the taste immediately hit his taste buds and a growled groan vibrated through the room; while Theo's eyes slipped shut.

All of those months ago he had assumed 'Janine's' scent was unique to only her. How wrong he had been. The arousal had been uniquely hers of course; though all of his prey had it. But the honey? The spice? The underlying hints of eucalyptus and roses? That was blood in general; at least to Theo.

It was enough to keep Jasper still despite the way he wanted to rip that bag out of Theo's hands. Jasper had been around enough dangerous creatures to know the difference and his instincts were screaming at him that he was in danger – that if Theo perceived him as a threat… it was a fight that he would not win.

As if Theo knew what he was thinking, his eyes snapped open; a startling and smoldering gold tinged with red around the edges pinned Jasper to the spot; humor and teasing in them while a smirk pulled up on the side of his mouth. His face screamed 'Do it. I dare you to try.' Despite the look, Jasper could taste the subtle threat lingering in the air. It only reaffirmed his thoughts; Theo was not someone he wanted to mess with.

Clenching his jaw, he slowly bowed his head in submission, lowering his eyes as a sign of compliance. Had they been hunting as a Coven; Theo would eat first and only with his permission would Jasper indulge himself. Jasper did not raise his head but he moved, even slower than he had bowed his head, and positioned himself in front of Alice – who he knew was eyeing Theo in amazement.

Theo would not hurt Alice, but Jasper knew Theo was not in control now. This was whatever beast was inside of his brother; and he needed to make it clear, while he would yield to the apex predator– his mate was his and his alone.

Theo let his eyes roam over each couple; the females watching him in interest while the males accepted their rank in this situation. It caused both his wolf and his inner vampire to preen in satisfaction. He tossed the empty bag in the garbage as soon as he was finished and allowed himself to relax. It would not keep him satisfied forever, blood bags hardly ever did – but it would be enough for now.

"I apologize for that." His voice was gruff; but his growl had ceased and at least for now, his vampiric half was pleased with their submission. Slowly heads raised, and they only relaxed their tense and protective stances when they saw that a familiar green eyed fangless Theo was in front of them once more.

"I am going to rage." Emmett broke the silence, "I am just going to fucking rage … how on earth do you have fangs? How are you more of a vampire than I am and you have a heartbeat!"

"And you drink human blood?" Carlisle questioned. Theo appreciated the way he tried to keep the disapproval out of his voice – key word, tried. "From blood bags only?"

"We won't think any less of you either way." Esme stated with conviction but shot Carlisle a look that Theo was sure meant Carlisle would be sleeping on the couch for a while.

"None of you have even heard the best part yet and you're already freaking out." Alice trilled in amusement, shaking her head before she hopped over to Theo's side. Ignoring Jaspers weak attempt to stop her. She jumped up onto his counter and took to swinging her legs, without a care in the world. She was much more carefree now that Theo had allowed her to see his future again.

"What are you?" Rosalie questioned, though thankfully not hostilely. "You said you were a vampire, and 'so much more'? How can you be a vampire? How can you be more?"

Theo shrugged; "I have an idea, but I'm going to need everyone to chill out and not overreact." Theo felt only a small amount of guilt for what he was about to do – but it was necessary. "I think I was bitten by a shapeshifter."

And as he predicted, they overreacted. He was met with four thunderous growls; en masse. He expected it from Jasper, Emmett and Rosalie – Esme was a surprise.

"Those fucking mutts attacked you?!" Rosalie snarled, her lips peeled back over her teeth and a murderous expression on her face. – Theo was sure she would look bad ass with fangs. Besides without them it just looked strange. "I knew we shouldn't have dealt with them – " She turned and threw a sharp glare toward Carlisle. "- We should have wiped them out when we came across them the first time! No one ever listens to me."

"We can fix that when we get back home." Emmett had a very dark look on his face, cracking his knuckles with an evil looking smirk.

"Enough!" Carlisle barked, though it was a lot quieter than Theo was sure it should have been. He was too nice to really yell at them. "Now, Theo … how can you be sure the shapeshifters attacked you? We have a treaty and I don't think they would break it without just cause."

Theo shrugged, "I don't know if we are even talking about the same shapeshifters – no memories, remember? All I know is that I am part vampire and part wolf."

A stunned silence followed that revelation.

"Impossible…." Jasper breathed.

"I am living breathing proof it isn't." Theo refuted.

"Prove it." Emmett countered, but his eyes were alight in eagerness.

"There is absolutely not enough room for me to prove it, Emmett." Theo rolled his eyes. "Even my back yard is too small."

"Well, we have an easy solution to that problem." Esme offered and Theo raised his eyebrows at her. "Come back to Forks with us …. Back home, where you belong."

Theo pursed his lips, his brows furrowed. He was not expecting that though he knew they would have brought it up eventually. He took a deep breath, in through his mouth and out through his nose while ignoring their eyes.

He opened his mouth to reply… " I - … "
