Chapter 3

Hadrian POV

I went to the Castle as Uther had allowed me to stay there because of Morgana and me being son of his close friend.I walked past the guards who all gave a small bow as I went to meet Morgana.When I reached her room I knocked on her door and I heard her voice "You can come in."I entered the room to see Morgana wearing a beautiful Purple gown as she saw it was me she had a smile on her face as she came and gave hug and whispered, "It good to see you are back Hadrian."

I gave small smile and replied, "Yes, and what is troubling you, Morgana."Morgana sighed and answered, "I can't hide anything from you can I."I shrugged and said, "No you cannot.So do you want to talk about it."

Morgana frowned and said"Today Uther executed a man for simply performing Magic.I am always worried about Uther finding out about you being a Warlock."

I simply held her hand and said"Don't worry nothing will happen to me. Now don't be sad, smile for me princess."Morgana mock glared and said, "Don't call me princess I may be Uther's daughter by blood, but in my heart, Gorlois will always be my Father."I smiled hearing that as I knew one thing was Morgana didn't want the throne even after finding out the fact she was Uther's daughter.

Morgana in the show didn't have anyone to help her after finding out her being a witch she couldn't tell anyone about it she feared for her life added to that she was betrayed by Merlin who she considered a close friend without any explanation.

Also, Gaius and Merlin have also done some questionable things. I love them both and I'm not going to say they are evil. But they did make a big mistake where Morgana was concerned. Gaius should have just told her she had magic instead of keeping her in the dark. I never understood what they were supposed to accomplish or prevent. Wouldn't it have saved a lot of heartbreak if he just let her know she had magic and chose to help her control it as he did with Merlin or was Merlin the only one Gaius would help? And Merlin, he saw how she was suffering and he had a great many opportunities where he was alone with her to tell her he understood her because he had magic too. He had plenty of opportunities to comfort and reassure her, but for whatever reason, he didn't. He chose to keep her in the dark too. Because of this, they had a hand in helping her go dark since she had no support and (apparently) no one who knew what she was going through.

This leads me to my final point; pretty much all of the villains are villains of Uther's creation. They are people who would have never been evil had Uther not threatened their lives and everything they stood for. Let's start with the obvious one; Morgana. We saw her go from a kind and sweet girl to a dark cold-hearted woman. I strongly believe that the transition would not have happened had she not felt unloved and persecuted by her own father. For a while she didn't even realize that he was her actually father--he also didn't want to tell her since he will bring shame to the pendragon name.(The bastard should have thought about it before having an affair with another mans wife.

Also, Morgana is the half-sister of Arthur for that matter it was like Uther wanted to take that secret to his grave.It would have been like Jon snow and danerys all over again.

Her own father made her feel like she would be killed if he knew about her magic. I'd be distraught too if my own dad wanted me dead just because of some stupid grudge. If I had no support from anyone in the same situation. And she didn't have control over her magic so the odds of getting caught and killed were much higher. With that in mind, her fear of Uther killing her pushed her to try to kill him first. It's what had her inclined to run off with the druids(Which was something suggested by Merlin). And this is what made it so easy for Morgause to convince her to go completely dark and actively against the Pendragons. Morgause offered to teach her control and to understand what was happening to her as well as protection which is very appealing in comparison to what Uther offered. The fact that she was scared and already leaning towards hating Uther is what made her so easy to bait in. If Uther hadn't made her feel threatened, then she probably wouldn't have gone bad.

I was broken out of my thoughts when I heard Morgana ask"So are you going to take part in the tournament."

I gave a nod and replied, "Yes obviously since the winner gets to escort you."

Morgana gave flirtatious smile and said, "Then I will be waiting for you mister."

I saw Merlin get thrown in the dungeon for fighting with Arthur the Crown prince as I couldn't help shake my head hearing about it since I thought Arthur grew up.I was with Morgana to meet Lady Helen(Mary Collins).I was impressed by how good Mary was keeping her hatred for Uther from showing on her face.

After the so-called meeting, I kissed Morgana on the cheek then I went to my room I took out one of the spell books on Harry potter magic,Sorcerer's apprentice magic, Eldritch magic and Asgardian Magic started to read it in astral form. While I was going through them I could only think "With the adamantium and Vibranium I have in my dimension .I can enchant and create some interesting weapons."
