————————Isshin's POV—————————

As Sakura entered, I was surprised. She looked at me to see my reaction. Tsk. She didn't tell me intentionally to see my reaction. This woman and tricks.

"You!!" Shouted the golden skin creepy scientist Captain,"I was planning to make your life horrible after becoming a Captain but you became as well. Tsk!"

"Sit down Captain Kurotsuchi" said the new Captain, Tousen I think is name is.

After that he then looked at Sakura with lust and greed. If we weren't in a meeting I would have punched him. How dare he look at her like that!. I better warn her about that freak after this.

After the boring meeting I started to walk to the 3rd Division. There was an absurdly large number people around the 1st Division area, moving around suspiciously trying to act busy. When they saw me, they stared and when I started back they would look away and start pretend to be busy.

"Hey wait up Sakura!"called Isshin as he sped up to catch me.

"Ohh my bad, it's Captain Sakura now." He as he laughed joking.

"Things happen" I replied as I shrugged my shoulders.

"Things indeed do happen. *sigh* By the way be careful around that Tousen" he continued.

"Yeah don't worry I noticed him during the meeting"I replied

"And you don't have to worry. I'll pretend not to know. Rangiku would be so surprised"he said before he used shunpo. After a long sigh, I also shunpo to the 3rd Division.

————Random 3rd Division member————

The whole Division was waiting at the gate for the new Captain. Some even went as far as to discuss what they think the new Captain would be like. How different he would be from Captain Otoribashi.

Suddenly we all felt a large amount of Reiatsu coming this way. The new Captain had obviously let it slip to show his power. It was greater than Captain Otoribashi's.

In front of everyone, a beautiful pink haired woman suddenly appeared. She was wearing a Captain's haori that was flailing into the wind's direction.

"Hello guys I'm your new Captain, Haruno Sakura, pleasure to me you" she said with a mesmerizing smile on her face.

Nobody tried to reject her because they could feel the Reiatsu leaking from her.

" Everyone follow me to the courtyard" she said as she through the crowd of people who subconsciously opened a path for her.

After following her to the courtyard people stood around her. It was like there was a 2 meter circular line around her as nobody dared to move into that area.

"Okay from today onwards there shall be a few changes within this Division" she as and paused to see the people's reaction.

Seeing that there was no significant reaction she continued, "From today onwards, with the authority of the Head Captain, there shall be only women in the 3rd Division."

People only looked at her with confusion in their eyes but they didn't say anything.

"Effective immediately, all male shinigami shall be moved to either the 5th, 7th, 8th or 9th Division"
