The Ten rings
A/N: going with MCU ten rings but I have plans for them so don't worry that they are weak in the grand scheme of things. okay I got some info about the timeline and stuff honestly I'm just going to keep it as I had it but change thor so it will be 2009 end iron man 2 2010 hulk and Thor. Honestly, my brain was hurting trying to figure out how to make it work.

For the past two weeks, Felica and I have been training harry on how to control shadows perfectly. I'm fortunate that my son is a fast learner because although I like to train Harry I do have some important stuff to do.
Another thing that has happened in these two weeks is that Gambit, Rogue, and Raven have settled in quite well.
My next move is to secure a better weapon for myself. My dagger is good but not nearly enough for me to really increase my strength. Which is why I am going to take the ten rings.
The ten rings are truly a powerful weapon that grants their users enhanced strength and longevity, be fired as projectiles, emit concussive energy blasts, and can be telepathically controlled to be used as platforms to help their users move through the air. As I said very powerful and I'm going to take them from Xu Wenwu very soon.
I've had my men look everywhere in China for the huge mountain base Wenwu has. After months of looking, we finally found it so I'm planning to move soon. This fight will be my hardest yet.
On another note, I finished the dampened version of the extremis healing serum. I'm going to call it extra life because the serum can give someone an extra life if used right. The serum is now in the human testing phases.
Of course, I could skip these pesky procedures but I want people to think we have been testing this for years. Hence the human test subjects are being told they are group number ten that has been tested and of course, every test has been successful.
How can I skip the procedures now? Well that's simple really
---flashback one week scene change FDA headquarters--
As I walked through the FDA headquarters with some 'bodyguards' I had a private meeting with one of the higher-ups today. Walking into his office me and him chatted for a bit until I said, "Oh I got a phone call I guess he is here."
"Whos here Norman?" George asked curiously
"Its a surprise let me go get him." I replied
As I walked out of his office, the cameras in the building went hazy. Then I changed my appearance to look like another higher-up in the FDA.
Returning to the room I said. "Geroge Mr.Osborn will be back soon! We must know are you loyal to the FDA there has been talks."
"What talks Joseph? Do people doubt me?" he responded in a heated voice
"Yes, they say he might try to pat you off. Sorry it's just this new serum will change the world and we must have proper testing." I said before walking up to him
"Well don't worry about me Joseph!" he said in a small yell
"Sorry for doubting you George." I stated now in front of him
I reached out for a handshake and he met my hand.
"Haha I'll tell you what I Joseph Russo will always be loyal." I said
"HAHA and I George West will always be loyal," he said but right as his hand went down for the last shake I changed into my Jinn form sealing the deal
I then had him call in other high-ranking people in the building and repeated the process.

After that, I control the FDA now and can get whatever I want to be approved.
Drawing me out of my thoughts I arrived home. Tomorrow, I set out for the rings so I want to have a good night here with my family.
*creek*
Opening the door I stepped in and shut It behind me not forgetting to lock it.
*click*
The tap of my shoes echoed throughout the mansion. I can't seem to see Felicia and Harry.
"Harry! Felicia! Anyone here?" I yelled out
As I walked around looking for them I sensed two people in the shadows. Oh, I see what they are up to. Sigh these two trouble makers think they can actually spook me? Ha, keep dreaming.
I quickly controlled the shadows to pull them out.
*plop*
*plob*
They both hit the floor landing on their butts.
"Tsk tsk thought you could scare this old man? You gotta try harder than that." I said
"Damn you old ghost! I will get you someday!"Harry said lifting himself to stand on his feet
"Yeah, Norman your day will come!" Felica said in a righteous voice.
After dinner, I and Felica were laying down in my bed.
She turned her head and said "so tomorrow is the big day?"
"Yes it is." I responded
"Just be careful and don't get hurt!" Felica said giving me a deep kiss afterward
"With you and Harry to come back to, I would never endanger myself." I replied in a sweet but confident tone
----scene change narrator pov ----
On top of a mountain in China, you could see a man walking up and down rows upon rows of ninjas training. He is Xu Wenwu the current owner of the ten rings. Suddenly figures lept out of the shadows quickly taking down all insight, the training ground now turned into a battlefield. Wenwu was stunned for a second but instantly regained his calm after all he has lived for over a thousand years
As Wenwu was about to rush into the fray a shadow latched onto his left and a figure came out of nowhere dagger drawn about to stab him.
*zzzshang*
The metal rings on his forearms bust into action destroying the shadows that bound him. The attacker seeing this was calm as ever dressed in his plague doctor outfit.
"What do you want." Wenwu said In Chinese
"The rings." Norman replied also in Chinese
"I'm going to have to decline." wenwu said before rushing Norman
*zzzshang*
Two rings launched forward at breakneck speed
*fwosh*
Dodging the rings Norman controls the shadow fire and creates a sea of flames heading for Wenwu

*boom*
A mystical blue energy launched forward splitting the sea of flames.
Both Norman and Wenwu stood apart for the final showdown.
Shadows burst forward draping Norman's whole body in them and at the same time, he activated the touch of the plague causing the shadows to have a tint of green to them. The small aura of death emitting from his body.
On Wenwu's side, his rings floated all around him ready for battle.
*crrackk*
*BOOOM*
Two different unique sounds but they share the same purpose. to signify the declaration of battle.
*bang*
*pah*
*zzzshang*
Sounds of battle echoed throughout the mountain. Norman dodged another ring blast while at the same time commanding his own shadow to pierce Wenwu from behind
*splatter*
"Ahhh" Wenwu screamed as a thin line of green-tinted shadows pierced his abdomen while at the same draining his life force.
Not wasting any time Norman quickly closed the distance between the two. Wenwu seeing this blew two concussive blasts behind him launching himself upward and forwards while at the same time freeing himself from the vitality-sucking shadows.
As wenwu approached the ground he made all ten rings in a circular formation fire a huge blast that leaves no hope in dodging.
*ZZZSHANG*
Norman seeing that he had nowhere to go controlled all of the shadows encasing his body and condensed them into a triangle-shaped shield
*BoooMG*
the blast sent Norman's body flying, luckily because of his enhanced physique he just had some broken bones.
--mc Pov--
Pulling myself up I looked over at the tired wenwu.
He said looking at me "give up! You can't win,"
Looking at his state I answer, my voice calm and steady "I don't think you could pull off another blast like that."
He said nothing.
Cane and dagger in each hand respectively I poured both my extremis flames and touch of the plague into my shadows making a sickly pale green shadow flame erupt.
"H-ow" I heard Wenwu say
Not responding I spread the flames entrapping us into a dome made of them. I could feel the life training from his open wound.
Rushing him I dodge the rings that he sent flying at me
*swish*
*swish*
*swish*
I reached him in seconds and strike with my vibranium dagger
*pah*
The remaining of his rings were used to make a shield while the rest were on their way back
Seeing as I had to act fast I push my body to the limits and slam my cane down
*BOOM*
A force of kinetic energy sends Wenwu flying, capitalizing on the moment I sped towards his body reaching it in seconds.
*pah*
My palm resting on his head the pale green dome of shadow flames collapses rushing towards his body
"Ahhhrghhh." was the last thing Xu Wenwu said before his body turned to ash
"Hah hah." I panted a bit before dragging my body over to pick up the rings
Finally, with five rings on each forearm, I felt a rush throughout my body more power coursing through my body than ever before.
Looking at the battlefield I yelled out "capture the rest! And bring home our fallen brothers!"

After returning to the base I immediately prepared funerals for the fallen.
I was about to leave back to my family when Yelena and Laura approach me
"What is it, ladies?" I asked
"Boss we found two kids hiding in their base what should we do?" Yelena asks and Laura nods
Ah shit, I forgot about them. Well, I have to think of something.
"Hmm bring them to me," I said
A short time later two young kids were in front of me fear palpable in their eyes.
Bending down I said, "don't be afraid I'm sorry that this happened."
Continuing I added, "what do you two want to do now that your dad is gone?"
The boy hesitated a second before saying "I want to live a normal life!"
But the sister said, "I want to be stronger!"
Interesting two opposite opinions. And it seems they don't care about their father's death.
"Hmm, I know what we can do so you both get what you want," I said after deliberating for a second
"You have two options. Option one is someone here adopts both of you, you boy will live normally I can assure you that while little miss here will train to get stronger. Option two is I send you both to an orphanage because I don't see you separating." adding on I said, "I can assure you both, that we will all treat you like family here."
They both looked at each other and then looked at me and said "can we both talk about it for a bit?"
"Sure. You have until I get back" I responded
I went home for a bit to be with Harry and Felicia then went back to the base.
Looking at the two children I asked "what is your choice."
They made eye contact and said in unison ""we will stay here!""
"Hohoho good! Now let's find you both a guardian!" I said in a chipper mood
After asking around for a bit we found they're new adoptive mom and dad. And it honestly blew my mind on who they were. John wick and Yelena Belova.
So now we have a little Xialing the girl and Shang chi the boy running around. I had them both enrolled at Harry's school of course. And obviously, they both did the handshake can never be too careful.

Okay, you might think the kids were way too okay with their dad's death for plot's sake they hated him way more in this ff than in MCU. Also, I hope you all enjoyed the fight scene I decided on the MCU rings because I think they have potential you will see
