Relaxing days

A/N: feeling a tad bit under the weather so this chap is late.

It's been a couple of days since my visit to the cemetery. Currently, I'm preparing for a night out with Felicia we haven't had a proper date in a while so this should be a good break from everything going on.

Walking down the stairs I came face to face with the beautiful white hair goddess she's wearing a black lowcut dress that compliments her curves perfectly.

Walking up to her I embraced her planting a soft kiss on her pillowy lips.

"You look beautiful as always," I said letting her go

"Mmm~ and you look handsome, I like your suit~," she said putting her hands all over my chest

"Why thank you, my lady."

We left the house and got into my Rolls Royce and drove to La Grenouille a near 5-star restaurant in Manhattan it's supposed to be very romantic and classy.

*click*

Taking the keys out of my car I walked to the other side and opened the door for Felicia.

"Why thank you~ such a gentlemen~," Felicia said in a seductive voice

"You need to stop teasing me unless you want to leave earlier~," I replied in a teasing tone

"Oh dear me we wouldn't want that to happen!"

Walking into the restaurant we went towards the maitre d'

"Mr.Osborn your table is ready please follow me," he said in a professional way

Following him to our table I pulled out Felicia's chair and sat in my own

"Your server will be right with you Mr.Osborn."

"Thank you," I replied

Soon a server walked over

"Sir, madam my name is Theodore and I will be serving you tonight." our new server Theodore said

"What would you like to drink for tonight sir?" he added on

"We will take a Chateau Petrus 1999," I order

"Right away sir," he replied walking away

"That was hot." Felicia suddenly said

"Haha me ordering wine is hot I will keep that in mind," I replied

"Of course, everything you do has a charm to it." She replied with a breathtaking smile

"I could say the same for you ~."

While we were flirting our waiter came back and poured us our wine.

"What will you be having this evening?" he asked us

"I will have the Filet Mignon, Potato Straw Cake, with Truffled Sauce" I replied smoothly

"And I will have the Grilled Seafood Medley, Coconut Curry Velouté with Saffron Rice," Felicia said

"Excellent choices Sir and Madam," Theodore said and walked away

Shortly after our food came and we enjoyed our dinner and gave a nice tip to Theodore as well.

Arriving back home we both made our way to our bed leading to a steamy night.

------Pov narrator------

In a dark room, several people were meeting.

"Madam Gao's branch was taken out by the League of Shadows we must retaliate." someone said

"How can we retaliate if we don't know where they are!" said someone else

"Then let's find them!" another added

"Bottom line is we have to find the League and erase them." said someone in a commanding tone

"Agreed."

"Agreed."

"Agreed."

----pov Mc -----

After the date last night I immediately went back to my research. I have quite a few people sweeping the streets for interesting finds and the rest of the League is either training or relaxing for now.

*knock*

*knock*

*knock*

"Enter," I said

The people who opened the door where John and Yelena

"What can I help you with?" I asked

"We just wanted to tell you we are taking the kids out today if you need us," Yelena said

"Okay have fun," I said

"We will!" a small voice squeaked out behind them

Shortly after they left. I'm glad to see John and her having fun with the kids.

After they left I dived back into my research, I'm making some serious breakthroughs in unlocking the X-Gene. I have concluded that one needs to reach two simple steps, one is a mental stimulus and the second is a body stimulus. I hypothesized this before but this time I'm sure of it, I only need to figure out how to provide a mental stimulus since my mind is immune to telepathy I cant have a telepath show me bad illusions.

I think I can figure out something though no not think I will figure this out and it will happen soon.

Leaving the base I went back home to see how Harry's control training is. I appeared in the training room, Harry is currently in a fight with a couple of my training bots.

*boom* Harry planted one foot down and sent a roundhouse kick to one of the sides of a robot sending it flying

Once he kicked one robot away he leaned back a couple of inches dodging the fist of another

*puang* grabbing the arm of the robot Harry threw it at the last one

*bang*

The last two robots collided leaving only Harry standing.

*clap*

*clap*

*clap*

"Good job kiddo you have improved a lot throughout you're training," I said walking toward him

"Thank you dad." Harry responded with a wide smile

"Now that you're done with training what do you want to do today?" I asked

"Hmmmm I want to go to the movies," he responded

"Ahaha what movie?" I asked him

"Let's go see Inception," he said

Oh? That movie did come out this year.

"Sure let's go." I said with a small smile

Shorty after our talk Felicia, Harry and I all got into my car to go to the movies.

"So when are you two going to get married?" Harry asked with a smirk

Seeing as I'm not responding Felicia said "Hm I don't know Harry when are you going to get a girlfriend~."

"Um I can pull as many chicks as I want. I'm just waiting for the right girl." Harry said in a defensive tone

"Oh I'm sure." I added on

Once we arrived at the theaters we all walked to the ticket booth

"Three tickets to inception." I said to the booth attendant

"Three tickets to inception will be 30.56$." The attendant replied

Handing him the money he gave us the tickets and we walked towards the concession stand.

While we were in line Harry asked "what's up with all these pervs staring at mom?"

"It's because I'm so beautiful," Felicia said like its common sense

I looked around and saw a lot of people gawking at her. Releasing a bit of my death aura all of them immediately looked away.

Once we reached the concession stand I said "one large popcorn and two large sodas one Dr.Pepper one Coke."

"Right away that will be 10.35."

Paying the money we got our food and drinks and walked towards are movie.

After the movie, we got into the car and Harry looked confused

"What's up?" I asked turning my head to look at him

"Nothing it's just I'm confused about the movie still," he replied

"That's okay harry I'm sure you will get it soon," Felicia said

"Yeah," he replied

Once we all got home we ate dinner and went to bed.

"I figured it out!!" a triumphant yell reached my ears In the middle of the night.

Took the kid long enough.

The next day I was in the base working on my research when one of my agents popped in

"Boss an object fell through the sky and landed in New Mexico."

"Good, you may leave keep an eye on it but don't approach," I replied

"Yes sir!" the agent said and disappeared into the shadows

Well, it looks like Thor is starting.
