Holy knights

Jagger had gone back to his house after he bought clothes he wondered what would happen to the employee who approached him rudely but he didn't feel bad for her not at all, what he felt was the rage to kill her when she rudely approached him his hatred for had had reached it's max and he knew it was connected to him being a vampire but surprisingly he didn't mind, he had already made up his mind that he wasn't a vampire anymore but he still needed to know the reason for him being like this.

"Herma" Jagger called out and before he could talk she gave him an answer "this originally happens to all newly turned vampires but your case is different because normal vampires still have a little bit of emotion left but you wouldn't even know how to smile or frown you would only be able to get angry but your face would be emotionless anyway I would advise you not to meddle with humans too much" Herma said before she kept silent leaving Jagger thinking.

'there's something about that shop that's not right' Jagger thought as though he had forgotten about what Herma just told him but he couldn't get the thought out of his mind why was a shop like that close to the slums and why would merchants bother coming to a shop that was near the slums, merchants rarely visit the slums unless they were going outside the kingdom but this wasn't the only gate they were gates north, west, east and south of the kingdom.

Jagger now had enough clothes to wear but he felt like he wanted something more like he didn't want to live in the slums anymore instead he felt like living in a more convenient place as he then remembered the space skill so he quickly kicked out the thought.

In the throne room the king seemed happy as though he was about to receive good news.

"your majesty" a guard rushed into the throne with a smile on his face, the king kept silent smiling waiting for the news but the guard was looking at him with a shocked face as though he never knew this man could smile.

"the holy knights and one of the heroes are back" the guard said as the king's smile extended almost ear to ear.

'now I can be safe and live without fear of what defeated the demon general' the king thought as he was happy about the return of the hero and the holy knight.

In a carriage a little girl with white and black hair could be seen with four people in armor while at the back following were more of them.

'why did they take me away from mother' she thought as tears were lingering in her eyes 'brother please save me' the girl thought although her brother was weak he would do anything to protect that was why she loved him so much but that protection ended when her mother and father parted and her brother was left with her father and she with her mother but her mother started maltreating her and her mother brought different men in the house they were at the time.

She would hear her mother screaming and when the men were gone she would see her mothers cloth were torn and that was how it went before these men took her away from her mother.

The holy knights in the noble like coach with the girl were looking at her like a kind of beast "although she looks cute and everything she's a beast she doesn't even know she killed her mother" whispered one of the knights to the other one "why was it not someone from my family who was chosen instead this child and after all the story about her being beaten up by her mother no bruises can be found on her body" whispered the other knight while looking at the white and black haired girl "that should be because of the heroes blessing but I can feel something ominous inside her" said the third knight in the cabin.

They had soon reached king's palace as their carriage was allowed to pass through the gate as they then came down.

In the palace hall the party was going on as Jagger sat down in a circular position with other students with a circular table he thought only them would be there but the parents of the nobles attended too, right now he was feeling awkward, he had never attended any gathering in a long time.

A man then stands in the middle of the hall as he said "dear parents and students sorry for the wait as an unexpected person had just arrived which made the king to further delay his arrival" the person said as they all faced the empty majestic chair at the front.

All of them were waiting for the man to talk but then the door at the back opened as everyone looked holy knights and a little girl.
