Chapter 53

After meeting Mrs. Buckfield, Selena bought the ticket to go to Jerusalem. Mrs. Buckfield's contact was coming to pick her up at the airport. She was heading to meet that person for knowing everything about the history of Templar knight. It passed an hour and then she reach the right place. When they reached, Mr. Carl said, "You should go there alone". She said, "Thank you for taking me here". Mr. Carl said, "Never mind but don't take long time in there". She said, 'Why?". Mr. Carl said, "I will wait you here so go there to finish your job". After he said, she get out of the car and head towards the gate. She was walking towards the gate and knock twice. Then, someone came up to open the gate. But only the shutter open and she see the person appearance up there. She said, "Hello, I am here to meet Mrs. Anne".The guard said, "I can not open the door because Mrs. Anne is not here". She said, "When will she come back?". The guard said, "I don't know Ma'am please go back". After that, the shutter closed. She headed back to the car and tell about it to Mr. Carl. Mr. Carl said, "The guard is lying". She said, "There is nothing we can do here". Mr. Carl said, "You are right so get in and let's go to the hotel". She said, "I need to go to the library first". Mr. Carl said, "Okay, then, let's go to library first". When they reached, Mr. Carl left her at there. Selena was heading inside alone. Selena knew what she is finding. So, she headed straight to the shelves to find the books. Coincidentally, she saw Mrs. Anne is standing there and reading the book. Selena was taking the letter out from the bag and step forward to Mrs. Anne. When she got near, Mrs. Anne is holding the book still. Selena was greeting Mrs. Anne and hand it over the letter. Mrs. Anne was saying, "Shh…please be quiet". And then, Mrs. Anne was grabbing her hands and head towards the private area to talk. Selena dragged all along by Mrs. Anne and get into the private rooms at the back of counter. Selena said, "Isn't it staff only?". Mrs. Anne said, "It's okay librarian here is my close friend". Selena was giving the letter to Mrs. Anne. And then, Mrs. Anne put the book on the table and take the letter from Selena. Selena was waiting while Mrs. Anne is reading the letter carefully. Afterward, Mrs. Anne accepted to tell you everything she want to know. Selena was asking Mrs. Anne about the Templar knights and the golden pillar of King Solomon. And then, everything led to the curse of oak island. So, she went to meet the specialist at curse of oak island. There had the professor who is finding the treasure by helping Rick and Martin brothers.

After meeting Mrs. Anne, Selena was going back home. At home, her mother Julie and her fiance Godfrey were waiting for her. The confession occurred when her mother Julie face danger at the city of dead. The team was taking her mother to the hospital right away. When they reached hospital, the doctors can not save her mother. At the same time, Godfrey arrived and he see her crying in front of the hospital room. Godfrey asked her what happen. She was telling everything to him and then he say, "Don't worry I will help your mother". Therefore, she was going there with him to help her mother's life. It took over three months. After taking the several treatment, her mother weak up. The brain injury and nerve injuries were getting hard to recover. But the fake blood was creating the fake cells to recover quickly. After her mother woke up, she is going back to the archaeology site. The teams were finding the secret outside the city of dead. No one could go there after them. Godfrey was following her. But she was doing all the best to replace the days she left. During the time, the professors and others were working hard to find the hidden secrets. At those days, the workers were disappearing one by one. So, they stopped going to city of dead and concentrate on what they got. The professor and other professionals were finding the secrets over the amulet and broken pieces. Selena left things she found at there. When she returned, the professor give the amulet to her and also tell her about the mysterious findings behind the craved stones and hieroglyphs on the pot pieces. While the professor told her about those, she remembered what she see at there and can not forget all those things in memory. Her mother Julie told her to get into the city of dead before the dawn. She could not let her go inside alone. So, she followed. Inside the city of dead, they see the temple of god Osiris at the center of the city. The blinking light from the temple was calling them up. Therefore, they headed up to there. She was taking things from the chamber of Osiris which exist the center of the city of dead. In the temple of Osiris, there had many cat statues with golden ring on their legs and earrings too. She took some of them and also take the strange plate the god Osiris statue is holding. Her mother Julie took the candle holder in front of god Osiris statue. And then, the temple and the city were sinking down to the quick sand. They were running out of the temple. She fully escaped from the city of dead area. But her mother left alone in there. She was running without look back. So, she did not know her mother is left behind her. When she noticed, it is getting too late. Her mother sunk into the quick sand and the stone are falling. She ran up to the camp to call the others for taking her mother out. The team leader and others woke up after she is shouting, "Fire". Then, they all ran out of their tents and see her. Selena was lifting her hands up and block their way. They said, "Move aside, we must run". Selena said, "I need your help therefore I shout like this". They all looked at their tent and see the truth. The leader and professor were trying to scold her for disturbing them. At the same time, Selena was showing the amulet she take from city of dead and request their help. After she explained, they are going to the other side to call more help to take her mother out. When they were ready, she see the sun lights little by little. Selena said, "Please, hurry if the sun goes up we can't save her". At last, they saved her out. But her mother's condition was too bad. So, they took her to the local hospital. At the local hospital the doctor tried to save her mother Julie. A few hours later, the doctor came out and tell her to stay beside her mother and listen the last word. Selena was crying and telling the doctor, "It's not true my mother will not die here". Unfortunately, the doctor said, "You need to calm down to face this condition and let her go". Selena say No and she collapse. When she collapsed, someone is holding her body and tell her with soft and tender voice, "I will save your mother". She was turning her face up there and surprise to see Godfrey. Godfrey was looking at her with his gray eyes and smile his red lips. Selena was holding his hand back and said, "Please, save my mother". Then, he was doing everything to take her mother and her along with him. During her mother hospitalized at the Biotech company's hospital, she is staying at his place. She moved by his kindness and then she accept his confession right away. Godfrey was surprise when she say yes. After that day, her mother is full recover and they return here. Suddenly, she heard the professor's voice and say, "Yes, what it is". The professor was doubting on her and leave. Selena was holding the broken pieces and amulet which the professor leave on table. And then, she realized the map which she get from the Templar expert. The symbols on those are matched. So, she ran up to her mother's tent for showing this.

After her mother Julie recovered, they go to find the King Solomon's tomb. This time, they found the tomb of King Solomon's tomb. In the king valley near the border of Iraq, the archaeologist and explorer Joshua and his team were recording the historical moment. At that night, Julie was spending her night alone in the tent. Selena was worrying her mother because unreasonable movements happen lately. When Selena got near, she hear the scream. So, she hurried to get inside and find her mother. At there, her mother Julie was lying on the ground and the tiny box is lying beside her mother's hand. Selena was running up to her mother and shake her mother's hand. And then, Selena was lifting her mother's head up and pinch on the middle of the upper lip. Selena did that but her mother Julie has not awake. So, she was taking off her shoes and put her sock near her mother's nose. A few second later, her mother woke up and push her leg away. Selena said, "Thank god". Her mother Julie said, "Stop putting your sock near my nose again". Selena was picking up the stone which is dropping out from the box. Her mother Julie was trying to sit up from the ground by leaning on the table's leg. And then, Selena saw the big black hand shape leftover around her mother's neck. Her mother Julie was trying hard to breathe. So, Selena said, "What is it mom?". Julie was looking at her by saying, "What?". And then, Selena was taking out the hand hold mirror from her bag and show her mother. Her mother Julie was taking the mirror and look. After that, Julie shocked to see those hand prints. Selena was looking behind her mother and see the scarf which her mother always wear on the neck. Selena knew there has no idea her mother Julie take that off. The scarf was being the meaningful thing for her mother because it is the last present of her father. Selena was picking the scarf right away and asked her mother, "What happen to you?". Her mother Julie was staring at the scarf and said, "I don't know but last thing I remember is reading the letter from the back of the box and also on the ring". Selena said, "Please, put it back on mother". After saying that, Selena was putting the scarf on her mother's neck. Her mother Julie was touching the scarf and faint again. At the same time, Damian was getting into the tent to meet them. Selena was holding her mother's body and look at there. Damian was looking at Selena and run up to her. Selena said, "Thank god Damian, please help me to take her to hospital". Damian said, "What happened to her?". Selena said, "I will tell you on the road now please pick her up". With the help of Damian, they arrived to hospital. Her mother Julie was lying on the bed and Selena is waiting beside the bed. Damian heard everything from Selena and then he look at the box.

Selena got the last ring. Since the day, she could not control herself. Especially at night time, she changed into anther person. Father Zaphyrs was following all the way she go to protect her from the Lucifer's fellows. However, Zaphyrs noticed changes in Selena's soul. Selena did not know the changes happening in her inner self. At the outer world, Selena was preparing for the wedding day.
