Ganging up on someone.

Droplets of water fell on my face, the pain was strong, it hurt like I had tanked a cannonball with my chest. But thankfully pain was an old friend, just this time the old friend was particularly a little bit more vicious.

I could hear subordinate steps in the distance, why he decided to be dramatic right now is anyone guess. But this works in our favor. Maybe if we all work together we may have a chance.

"Y-You are a [Master] rank right zen?"(Jin).

"*ugh* Y-yeah, how did-"(Zen).

"N-No time for it right now. C-Can you be the main fighter? I will give you some support from the sidelines and maybe we can win against an [Avanced Master]."(Jin).

"I-I-"(Zen).

"I-I will help too. L-Liking it or not we are in this shit together, and I don't know about you two, but I want to live."(Recruit).

"I-I... I guess its better if I accept... This better works out or I am going to kill both of you."(Zen).

We all started trying to get up, and the pain on our bodies almost made us stop. But our perseverance and spirit carried us thought.

*Arrrrghhtt*"Fuck, this shit hurts."(Jin).

*Ughhhhh*"I am just glad Subordinate was dumb and arrogant enough to let it happen."(Recruit).

*ARRRRght"Hah, this guy thinks it will be as easy as the first time? Now I know what I am getting into. [Cardinal Beast Mimicry]."(Zen).

With the last shout, Zen started sort of transforming? His eyes go sharper and more feline-like, his hair grew a bit, and gained some white stripes. And observing things with a little bit more detail I could see that even some muscles on him changed.

But what surprised me the most were the similarities this skill had with the [Black Origin Threshold], maybe Zen have a similar technique like that crimson guy that fought the Demon King, I am just thankful that I copied those techniques as I never know when they would be useful. They appear to be pretty strong after all.

Getting up I started taking deep breaths and circulating [Ripple] on my body. Zen is already up and on guard for Subordinate to come, I and Recruit just waited for a good opportunity to ambush him. Walking slowly and menacing a confident Subordinate strode on the construction site.

"Making plans have you? It doesn't matter... All plans are useless when confronted with absolute strength."(Subordinate).

Still doesn't hide the fact that it was pretty dumb of you on doing it, that is just some lame excuse and I bet most of us know it.

Zen appeared to be not much in the mood for a talk as he immediately attacked Subordinate. Displaying what could only be called cat-like agility he jumped towards subordinate sending him a right hook towards Subordinate's face.

Recruit went towards the metal bars to take some "ammunition". I started taking deep breaths and cycling [Ripple] on my body, jumping on the air [Sharingan] blazing I twist my body, and using the centrifugal force I accumulated rainwater on my body, which I infused with [Ripple] transforming them into lethal weapons.

Finishing my turn I observe the battlefield with my [Sharingan] for a moment, Zen hade delivered his right hook, but apparently Subordinate easily took it. Seeing this as the perfect opening I aimed my attack, which is a pretty easy task due to the [Sharingan], now I just need to see if I have enough dexterity to pull it off correctly.

Finishing my turn I take another deep breath sending more [Ripple] energy into the water droplet which I laughed in Subordinate direction doing a whiplash with my arms. The [Ripple] infused droplets traveled at incredible speed through the rain-filled air and hit subordinate on his right Arm making him falter and shed some blood.

Subordinate of course felt the danger, but seeing that it came from me he didn't give it much thought and continue trading blow with the [Cardinal Beast Mimicry] buffed Zen.

"Hah, Are you telling me that an [Origin technique] is so w- *arggghht*"(Subordinate).

That was the moment my Rain filled with ripple hit his right arm, surprised by the pain it cause him Subordinate was distracted for a moment enough for Zen to attack him and send him flying some meters back enough for Subordinate to almost him the chemical toilet.

But what Subordinate said rose my curiosity.... [Origin Techniques]... Maybe that is how techniques like the [Black Heaven and Earth Technique] are called. Maybe they also have a special skill like Zen is showing [Cardinal Beast Mimicry] of his own right now-

Subordinate got up with a slightly more furious face, apparently hard on focusing on me right now, seeing as his speed is vastly superior to me, the moment my feet touched the ground I was already jumping to the side, and evading what could be called an extremely fast charging bull in subordinate form.

When he got prepared for another burst of speed recruit appear to have finally collected enough metal bars and started throwing them. The first throw came at an almost surprise to Subordinate, but due to his physical superior stats, he was able to react to it albeit awkwardly, which created a good opening for Zen to continue attacking.

Starting with a flying kick Zen started another lockdown confrontation with Subordinate, which at least gave me and Recruit enough space to breathe and prepare another ranged attack. Positioning ourselves Zen and Subordinate continued to trade blows, from time to time Subordinate would send glare at both of us, but the now buffed Zen was strong enough to maintain Subordinate somewhat occupied.

Positioning myself I prepared to make a somewhat similar attack, can't change the winning team now right? Jumping the Air again I started turning doing similar movements as before, recruit seeing this as a good opening prepared to laugh a steel bar at the same time.

Using [Ripple] and changing all the water droplets to lethal weapons I prepare the final whiplash of my hands to launch it again. Sadly I and Recruit were slightly out of synchrony and he ended up launching the steel bar slightly earlier.

Both attacks launched. Recruit steel bar traveled at high speed through the air, but Sadly Subordinate was able to catch it and spin it in a way that it shielded all my [Ripple] water droplets projectiles. Following it, Subordinate gave a knee strike on Zen that sent him flying in the air, passed some ki through a steel bar, and tossed it towards Recruit.

Seeing as the next would be me, I was already jumping away from Subordinate possible trajectory. Sadly I wasn't fast enough and his blow still grazed me sending me flying to the side. Thankfully zen recuperated faster this time and he was able to stop any follow-up Subordinate would've done.
