Duality
"The planet just disappeared?" One of the R.I asked.
R.I were artificial humans with artificial intelligence.
They were very similar to humans with more reasoning and mathematical capabilities. But just as curious as humans.
In a sense, they were perfected immortal humans. But in another sense, they lacked imperfection that made humans, humans.
And though they weren't really programmed to feel fear or existential dread like humans, even so, almost all R.I just stared at Mihael and the others and appeared speechless.
"There's only one race in the universe capable of doing this…" Inidin paused. "But they're not even supposed to interfere with this galaxy let alone…" He sighed. "I doubt it's them. Could just be someone misusing their tech?"
Mihael had read about the milky way and its various races.
