Chapter 121: Kings and Queens

Cao Guang had gotten the money as soon as Pang Lai could talk to the Marshall. Cao Guang had deftly fallen off the top of the list just as fast as he had gotten on it.

Leaving the temporary second ranker quite suprised. Little did he know that one was allocated to Pang Lai. Luckily the names on that was anonymous and just numbers were displayed. It could only be accessed by people already on the list.

As for the energetic Marshall Hua, he was on third. He was only a single element Forbidden Mage of the Fire element. But he could soon become Forbidden Curse mage in the Light element as well.

But a different committee had to approve,

afterall there were three Marshalls, for the land, sea and air. Also other Forbidden Mages.

Pang Lai would soon go into another seclusion to rest and recover from the trip and temporarily focus solely on the Space element. But that was later. He might even challenge Alexei for the title of King of Beasts.

Titles such as Kings and Queens existed in a different way, they represented the strongest of that element. There were eighteen such figure around the World. All of them were atleast Forbidden Curse mages except for Alexei because there hadn't been one in the element.

No two elements could have a person sharing the title and they were awarded by the Five Magic Associations. They were

King of Water, Adrian, Spain, Madrid

King of Wind, Daniel, USA, Chicago

Queen of Ice, Karolina, England, London

Queen of Earth, Parvathi, India, Agra

King of Lightning, Su Lu, UAE, Dubai

Queen of Light, Elsa, Germany, Berlin

King of Space, Javier, Argentina, Ushuaia

King of Chaos, Yamamoto, Japan, Tokyo

Queen of Sound, Madeleine, France, Paris

King of Beasts, Alexei, Italy, Rome

Queen of Healing, Yizisha, Parthenon

Queen of Blessing, Mira, Parthenon

Queen of Plants, Marina, Brazil, Rio

Queen of Psyche, Pamise, Parthenon

King of Shadows,

King of Curses, Atab, Iraq, Sumer

Su Lu, Elsa , Levi and Daniel were the President of their respective Continental Magic Associations, Haken on the other hand had recently quit the role in Africa and taken sole charge of Egypt's military.

Alexei was the only non Forbidden Mage with the title. As for the blank one that was previously occupied by Wen Tai of Parthenon. The Magic Associations had yet to bestow the title to someone else.

Being on the ranking didn't mean they were the strongest, well some Forbidden Mages had not yet revealed their identity and as for Angels and Archangels of Holy City, the Magic Association weren't gutsy enough to give them a title.

Secondly only Primary elements could get you into the rankings, some insane Forbidden mages might have stronger secondary than someone else's primary like Su Lu or Yizisha but their primary restricted their titles.

Every person with the title could cast a Forbidden spell all by themselves, so they were all third tier Forbidden Curse Mages.

Cao Guang stared at his bank balance and felt a calm. He had his best moments when he carefree like this. It was a weird form of a high. He could equip every one of his elements with a Soul grade seed with a domain of he wanted and still have cash left over.

He looked over his options with Lin Feng and decided to buy a set of an armour, Soul Seeds for Fire and Light with Domains of the bat. He had earmarked a Soul seed of Light and the magic armour he needed in an auction just before the World College tournament in Paris.

Ideally speaking he didn't want to get into a contest with the aristocratic families of the world but these were too good to pass up on. As for fire element he still could not decide. Being the money minded person he was, He set aside three billion before investing another two billion in to buying Purple Demon crests in Yantai.

The other stuff shouldn't cost him more than 3 billion and that was after adjusting for auction prices. The magic Armour and Light element seed could wait besides the Light element was only a Nebula. It was hard encorporating a Soul seed into it.

He could however buy a Fire or Lightning Soul seed now. He had Lin Feng fly to Dubai to buy something he fancied. The seed was called Lightning Bliss a top notch Soul seed with two special effects.

The effects were a bit worse than Lightning Tyrant but it was more than good enough for Cao Guang right now.
