Finally Reborn!!

So to make it short I simply has one wish which can be granted.... that should be within laws of world and.... the power should be mental power such as photographic memory or psychic power like reading memory or hypnosis.... I obviously don't want them..... well they both are the powers of uchiha and yamanaka... the third option is to be reincarnated into the body of any person without any power... I don't want first power because... just remembering and working hard and train everyday is like 1000 times difficult and other is even if I have the ability to remember, I'm no match to the numerous prodegies in Naruto like Minato, Kakashi, Itachi,..... give a name and everyone is really talented and obviously the power up can't reach the level of the great SHIKAMARU SAMA.....(: and as per psychic powers... well the world is where strong sets the rules... just because I can control some civilians (considering my talent and the world's limit) or read some memories, I can't stop being blown away by Pain's Shinra Tensei or being a canon fodder... even those working in HQ (remember Shikaku and co.) are insta killed.... so obviously I picked to be reincarnated into the body of our MC!!!!!
