Stepping out of his car and walking around for a while he decides that he will build his house in this place and now that he already drives a futuristic car he was also gonna create a futuristic home. although he would stick out like a sore thumb. It wouldn't matter anyway, someone driving through the city with a futuristic car should already be known by everyone and it won't be long before they can track it back to him.

while driving and searching around for the real estate which owns the land he doesn't get much luck so he decides to ask someone so he stops at the sidewalk opens his window and askes

the woman he tried to ask looks at him weirdly before she walks towards the car window and says ¨Is there a problem sir?¨ looking at her up close James falls a bit in a daze because she is a very beautiful woman with very light blonde hair and blue eyes. after getting out of his daze James says ¨Hello miss my name is James Marson, I am sorry but i was blinded by your beauty; I'm going to be needing your name and contact information for insurance purposes¨ when the woman heard this she first didn't know how to react and for a second she looked at him like an idiot. it is only then that the pickup line(which may look cheesy but girls from the 19's loved them) got through to her. she gave a small giggle after which she said

when she said that James seemed to wake up from his daze while still looking a bit surprised, cleared his throat and said

After this event, he went towards the real estate went through all formalities, let them contact a contractor who will be building my house following my blueprint for free and they can get the techniques as payment but they won't be allowed to build my house a second time and they will have to burn all blueprint material when they are finished, they then gave me a free pass for a hotel suite until my home was finished.
