Reborn in Dragon Ball with Overhaul Quirk

The usual story of a person who didn't like Earth and is reborn into the world of dragon Ball with the Overhaul quirk. He decided to be the strongest in the world where strength matters. I don't own anything except the MC and I wanted to write this because I thought that the overhaul quirk is too overpowered but, it wasn't shown much in MHA. The quirk in this story won't be op from the start. He is slowly going to improve his quirk.
