Chapter 1

I opened my eyes and looked around in confusion. I found myself in an alleyway with a mass of collapsed debris piled on top of my body. I felt weaker than usual, especially with the concrete weighing me down. I looked down at my hands as I tried to push the stone off of me, but I found that this was no longer my original body. I looked at the hands of a child as I tried to shift the stones. I quickly guessed that I had been reincarnated or transmigrated into another world due to the weird circumstances I found myself in. There was also the fact that I read a large number of fanfictions and was no stranger to the concept.

Now all that was left was for me to figure out what world I am in, I thought as I tried not to focus on the rocks crushing me more and more with every passing moment. My answer came soon than I thought as I turned my head and saw a monstrous abomination running toward a woman who seemed way too casual for the situation she was in. As the beast approached her, I noticed an aura appear around her body as she took her hands from her pockets and punched the oncoming monster. Purple blood splattered as her blow sent it flying much more than what should be possible.

"Stupid Curse, ruining my shoes," the woman said to herself as she looked down at her boots which were now shone with drops of purple blood.

"I'm in Jujutsu Kaisen," I said to myself with a smile before I burst into a fit of coughing as pain lanced through my entire body.

My coughing seemed to draw the woman's attention. However, the Cursed Spirit charged back at her, its large mouth open to devour her whole. The woman punched the Curse once more, except this time, her fist passed through it as if there was nothing there. Massive amounts of purple blood poured for the Curse before it disintegrated and disappeared into nothing. The woman approached me once the Curse was done, slowly walking close enough for me to see her clearly. I would have gasped if I could since I recognized her as one of the four special grades, Yuki Tsukumo. She quickly arrived before me and began to free me from my rocky prison.

Then, I watched with wide eyes as she reached down and used reverse cursed technique to heal me. She studied me closely as she healed me, but I was too focused on watching the energy and feeling it healing me. It also caused me to feel inside my own body to see if I could feel any cursed energy inside myself. I couldn't be sure how old I was, but I guessed I was around five or six, so old enough to have awakened my cursed energy and technique if I had one. It only took a moment for me to make contact with the energy inside my body and become aware of it. As soon as I reached out and touched it, a load of information entered my mind, causing me to black out immediately.

I awoke for the second time in another unfamiliar place, except this time, I was in an actual bed. However, I was too busy processing the information in my mind. The sudden spike of information I had received was from whatever being had reincarnated me. In their message, they explained my cursed technique. I quickly sorted through all the details of my cursed technique and smiled broadly. Basically, my technique allows me to create and manipulate cursed techniques, cursed tools, and just stuff in general. However, all of my abilities revolve around gaining cursed technique tokens, and without them, my technique is practically useless.

I can gather these tokens, which aren't real physical items, by killing either a sorcerer or cursed spirit that has a technique. With these tokens, I can create or modify any curse technique. The more complicated or powerful, the more tokens are needed to create it. For example, techniques like the Limitless, Ten Shadows, and Star Rage would all require about four tokens to create, while Cleave and Dismatle, Sky Manipulation, and Idle Transfiguration would take three. I can empower any techniques or cursed tools I create with more tokens as well.

I can also create items with my cursed energy, but as was also mentioned in the message, both my cursed energy reserves and output are about average, if not below average. However, that didn't bother me since I already have an idea about how to fix that particular issue. I can create pretty much anything, including a new body with amazing cursed energy reserves and output, but I'm pretty sure that will take quite a few CT tokens for me to complete. For now, I am just content to study and learn more about cursed energy and fighting before actually trying to gather tokens. I looked up as I heard someone enter the room. Yuki stood at the entrance to the room with a small tray of food, she paused as she saw me awake and alert.

"How are you, kid?" She asked as she entered and placed the food on a table by a window before taking a seat in one of the chairs.

"I don't remember anything before you saved me," I said simply, not needing to lie since I really didn't know.

"Hmm," she hummed as she seemingly considered the situation.

As she thought, I took the opportunity to look around the room. It was nothing too fancy, but it was fairly large with a nice bed and table, with large windows looking out at the mountains in the distance. The floors, walls, and ceiling were all made out of wood which gave the whole place a rustic feeling. I got the impression that this building was built a long time ago, but before I could study it more, Yuki spoke, breaking me out of my thoughts.

"First of all, you can see this?" She asked as she coated her hands in cursed energy.

In response to her demonstration, I reached inside myself and pulled on my meager reserves to coat my hands with cursed energy and said "Yes," at the same time.

She nodded as she watched me, "This will make things a lot easier," she said as she ran a hand through her long blonde hair and sighed, "I tried to find anything about where you came from while you slept, but there was nothing I could find. The way I see it, there are two options for you. First, I can drop you off with some people I know, or you can come with me, and I can train you,"

"Why would you train me, I'm sure you have better things to do," I said, genuinely a little suspicious despite knowing she trained Todo when he was young.

She paused for a moment before responding, "I can see a burning desire and passion in your eyes," she said seriously, "Plus, I can tell that something is different about you,"

I didn't deny her words, instead asking, "I want to train," I said, causing her to smile.

"I'll warn you that I don't go easy. Training with me will be like hell on earth, but I can promise that by the end, you'll be strong," She said as she stood and handed the try to me on the bed.

"I accept," I said as I took the tray of food.

"Good," she said as she walked toward the door, "Training starts in 30 minutes," she said with a wink as she left.

I grinned as she left the room, suppressing the laughs that nearly escaped from me. I couldn't believe that I would be getting trained by Yuki Tsukumo herself. Just the fact that she is a special grade would have been enough to convince me, but knowing that she trained Todo only increased my desire to learn from her. While not a powerhouse, Todo is definitely an extremely competent sorcerer. It made my faith in Yuki's ability to train me soar, especially since I will be able to augment myself in the future with new cursed techniques and tools. I also would trust Yuki to keep my technique a secret since she herself keeps her own technique a secret.

It made me more comfortable to tell her my technique, knowing she hid hers. I quickly ate my food and left the tray on the table as I put on a pair of too-big clothes that were laid out at the foot of my bed before leaving the room. I marveled at the home that was more akin to a mansion or temple since it was constructed in the form of a hollow square with a large courtyard in the center. There, I found Yuki waiting for me. She smiled as I approached and sat down before her.

"Let's get started then," She said once I sat.
