"Seriously I don't think it okay for either of you to follow them."

"It's alright Darcy, nothing will happen to me and I don't start there fir long a day or two at most, I think that should be enough to deal with the situation" Kenichi said with a smile.

"Mr. Kenichi, our Boss has given the permission so we can take you with us, if you want to keep an eye on the research materials nd make sure that nothing happens to it but you will have to follow some rules of ours as well." Coulson said after he got off from his phone.

"I am fine with that, let's go then." Kenichi said to Coulson than turned his head towards Jane, Selvig and Darcy and said "Don't worry nothing will happen to me and I will make sure nothing happens to Jane's research as well."

Jane wanted to say that she couldn't trust Kenichi with her research but she stopped herself as she knew that he was taking a lot of risk for her.

After Kenichi and the Agents with in their cars along with the truck filled with Jane's research materials the trio entered the now empty space.

"Years of research, gone." Jane said

"They even took my iPod." Darcy added

"And your back-ups?" Selvig asked

"Look around! They took our back- ups. They took the back-ups of our back-ups." Jane said with an irritated expression

"I just downloaded, like, thirty songs on there." Darcy added

"Will you please stop talking about your iPod?!" Jane exclaimed at Darcy then turned to Selvig and asked "Who are these people?"

" No one knows much about them. But I knew a scientist -- a pioneer in gamma radiation. SHIELD showed up, and he was never heard from again.

"I'm not going to let them do this. I'm getting everything back." Jane shouted

" Please, let me contact one of my colleagues. Dr. Pym has had some dealings with these people. I'll e-mail him and see if he can help." Selvig said

"They took your laptop, too. And aren't you forgetting that Kenichi went with them, he promised to bring your research materials back."

"Kenichi! I didn't say that infront of him but this happened because of him. Didn't he say that SHIELD was keeping eyes on him and that's how they knew about us and my research." Jane stated

"So you are saying you would have been fine without his investment" asked Darcy with anger in her eyes.

"I don't know but I know that I am not okay with my research being stolen by that SHIELD."

"That's enough!" Selvig raised his voice stopping the girls from arguing anymore. "It's clear that none of us is okay with the situation but we need to keep a calm mind. Jane I need you to take me someplace with an internet and computer so that I can send the e-mail to Dr.Pym after that let's see what else we can do."

Selvig and Jane in the Pinzgauer drive up in front of the town's rinky-dink library. A sign in the window reads, "FREE INTERNET."

"I'll just be a minute." Selvig said as He climbs out and heads inside. Jane looks down the street and sees something that intrigues her.

Thor enters the store and approaches a Pet Store Clerk.

"I need a horse." Thor said to the clerk

"Sorry, we don't sell horses. Just dogs, cats, birds." The Pet store clerk said

"Then give me one of those, large enough to ride." Thor said

The Pet Store Clerk looks confused.

Just then, Thor hears a Car horn. He turns to the open door. Across the street, Jane calls to him from the Pinzgauer.

"You still want a lift?"

Jane's Pinzgauer cuts off the road, heads over the rugged terrain. Storm clouds roll in over the desert sky.

Jane drives, pumped with adrenaline, nervous and excited, as Thor sits beside her, upbeat and eager for battle.

" I've never done anything like this before! Have you ever done anything like this before?" Jane asked in an excited voice

Thor looks amused by her excitement "Many times. You're brave to do it."

"They just stole my entire life's work. I really don't have anything left to lose." Jane said

"But you're clever. Far more clever than anyone else in this Realm." Thor said

""This Realm?" Why do you talk like

that? Is it really like Kenichi said because you are like a Viking"

"It would be more accurate of you say that Viking are like us." Thor said

Jane laughs at that then catches herself.

"Okay you are officially strange" Jane said

"Good strange or bad strange?" Thor asked

"I'm not quite sure yet."She looks at him, sees him staring at her. She's lost in his gaze, distracted, when the PINZGAUER LURCHES. She quickly turns her eyes forward, regains control of the car.

"Sorry." She said as She glances back at him. He's confident, determined."Who are you? Really?"

"You'll see soon enough."

"You promised me answers." Jane said

Thor looks at her, charmed by her persistence.

"What you seek -- it's a bridge." Thor stated

"A bridge? Like an Einstein-Rosen Bridge?Jane asked

"More like a rainbow bridge." Thor replied

"God, I hope you're not crazy."

As the Pinzgauer heads away, we continue up a hillside, revealing a light illuminating the valley beyond.

A MASSIVE SHIELD BASE

Now set up around the crater -- vehicles, trailers,barricades. Armed GUARDS man a gate in the razor wire fence that runs fifty yards from the crater's edge, enclosing the complex.

Clear, plastic access tubes with junction boxes lead to a translucent cube structure erected in the middle of the crater.

Through the glass walls of the base's command trailer, we see Coulson directing TECHNICIANS, busy at work.

Within the cube structure itself, a team of SHIELD SCIENTISTS work with high-tech machinery, analyzing the object at the center of it all -- Mjolnir. Kenichi was standing behind them making sure that none of them damage Jane's research when he sensed something and turned his head towards his right "Tch, here I thought she won't come. Maybe it's a destiny or something."

Jane and Thor crawl to the edge of the ridge, look through binoculars, see the impressive SHIELD base.

"That isn't a satellite crash. They would have hauled the wreckage away, not built a city around it." Jane stated

Thor shrugs out of his jacket and hands it to her."You're going to need this."

"Why?--"

Thunder RUMBLES overhead. She stares at him intently and takes his jacket.

"Stay here. Once I have Mjolnir, I will return what they stole from you."
