Chapter 3 - Starter Pack

After the doc left, Xiao Shen stood up to head and took a pissed then realize that Xiao Xiao would see him.

[ No need to worry master! Xiao Xiao Know everything about you! There's no need to be shy! ]

She giggled and floated around him, making Xiao Shen awkwardly smile since she seemed too innocent to know what's going on. 

[ Master, even if Xiao Xiao looks young, I know about Dual Cultivation! ]

Xiao Shen stepped back how the small floating little girl went closer, seemingly angry at him for thinking she's naive about it. 

'Dual cultivation?'

[ Yes, Dual Cultivation or Sex! I know all about it, that's why you do not feel ashamed around me. I even seen you- ]

'Alright, Alright! But can you not look at me when I'm gonna take a piss?'

[ Sure thing Master! ]

Xiao Shen then heads to the bathroom and rinses his face with water after taking a pissed. He looked at himself in the mirror and was surprised to find that his appearance had changed. His muscle had toned down and had noticeable vascularity giving him the perfect blend of buff and shredded. He then noticed his eyes had turned crimson red and his pupil had changed into a cross.

'Wow! What happened to my face? My eyes look both cool and chuuni. The doctor didn't seem to notice my eye…'

It was eye catching, pun intended, as the cross pupil was too unusual. He didn't sense any particular changes since he just woke up. 

 'Xiao Xiao, are you there?'

[ Yes, master! And as promised I didn't take a peek! ]

'That's good, now can you tell me why my body has changed? And why didn't the doctor mention it?'

[ That's because I am able to prevent people from seeing it. You are the one only one who can see your new eyes. ]

'Is that so, then can you tell me what these eyes can do?'

'It's fine, how about the starter items that I've gotten?'

Xiao Shen read their description and found it extremely vague in what they were truly capable of. 

[ Do you wish to Integrate, Master? ]

Xiao Xiao excitedly asked, making Xiao Shen nod as he soon felt information go into his head. He winced in pain seeing how deep the information was and almost passed out but finally everything returned to normal allowing him to breath easy.

'Next time warn me, Xiao Xiao.'

[ Ah, sorry master. I didn't mean to. ]

'Its fine. I'm alright now. Anyways, this technique is really terrifying.'

He was able understand the depth of how to use a weapon display devestating techniques that could destroyed multiple continent. 

Though, Xiao Shen cannot use them because of how weak his body but even the weakest technique allowed him be a deadly fighter. He's previous understanding of Martial Art and self defense became unparalleled in the Moral world. 

'Amazing! I'm already this strong'

[ Master you may be strong in mortal standpoint but cultivator can easily defeat you. ]

His sense of euphoria over the overwhelming power was quickly dispersed with Xiao Xiao's clear warning. He nodded since he had read many stories and understood that he was still inexperienced and in dire need of proper training.

Xiao Shen could see that the technique was on the top ranking. He was pleased that he was able to acquire them this early and might have smooth sailing soon.

[ Above the Divine. There's more ranking but Master hadn't reached that point yet to know everything. Master should focus on heading to Profound World since Earth's Qi is too thin or in Terra Gaia. However, Master can begin tempering their body.   ]

He nodded and decided to at least temper his body before heading into those worlds.

'How about my Innate Ability, can I use blood or Light Manipulation?'

[ Yes, Master. You can treat it as a magic power allowing you to conjure blood or Light. ]

Xiao Shen nodded and finally understood his situation is amalgamation of Cultivation and Magic system.

'Which place is safer? Terra Gaia or Profound world?'

[ Profound World, Master. Terra Gaia is currently at War and recommended to visit once you reach at least Qi Condensation. ]

He wanted to know more about the place but decided to do it later and plopped back to bed to have some rest.

After a while, Xiao Shen saw the door open and saw the two women that he saved accompanied by an Old Man who had a stern and friendly atmosphere. 

"How are you feeling, Young man?"

The first one to speak was the old man who stood beside while behind him was the woman that he saved. Finally having the chances to see their faces closer he understood why the thugs went after them as their beauty was just top tier.

Xiao Shen couldn't even believe what he just saw, making him flinch while Jiang Yue and Jiang Mei heart began to flutter when they stared at his crimson eyes alluring them and tempting the two in submitting their hearts.

'What's going on? Why is my heart suddenly pounding like a teenager!?'

Jiang Mei felt suddenly hot when she's looking at Xiao Shen who was in Daze because he was talking to Xiao Xiao at the moment.

'Why did you suddenly give me these mission, Xiao Xiao'

The Old man smiled amazed that he didn't recognize him.

"I am Zhou Dong, The Founder of Zhou Enterprise and the father and grandfather of the woman you've saved."

Xiao Shen was surprised hearing his words and stared at the woman since they were actually mother and daughter pair but the old man mistook it thinking he was surprised about his identity.

"I can't believe it-"

"Yes, we-"

"-The two of you are actually a mother and daughter pair? I mistook you two for being sisters. I mean you look extremely beautiful to be her mother but I guess she took a lot from you, didn't she." 

He bluntly said, making the woman blush while Jiang Yue felt her heart flutter looking intently at him.

'Is this what my friends mean about Love at first sight??'

Jiang Yue naively thought even though most of it is from appreciation and system effect. Though, Xiao Shen isn't a man to take advantage of it if it weren't for the system forcing him.
