At this moment Ning Xi felt a strong grip grab her by the hair and within a second she was thrown into the pool.

"Brat! Since you dared to throw Ning Rou into this pool then you can also rot here, Ning Rou could swim but a bitch like you who can't swim... will die here!", Lin Yua said and walked away without even turning back once to look at her real daughter.

Ning Xi didn't even struggle, the pool was not actually so deep however she was drowning.

'help!'

Ning Xi couldn't open her mouth to speak she could only scream in her mind as she remembered what happened when she had been young.

It was not long before he was followed by Tan Yu who had just arrived from the washroom and heard about what had happened to Ning Xi.

Gu Zhen was very fast and arrived there within a few seconds, he didn't even look into the pool to see if she was there and immediately jumped into it.

Soon he was out of water with the unconscious Ning Xi in his arms, his clothes were dripping wet.

Gu Zhen used the backdoor so that no one would see them, he knew Ning Xi didn't want anyone to know they knew each other.

"Let's go to my villa", Gu Zhen said, his voice commanding.

"Uh-huh, drive faster!", Gu Zhen said, he then removed his coat and put it around Ning Xi whose whole body was extremely cold and trembling.

Gu Zhen took out his phone and dialed a number, "Come to my house within ten minutes!"

"What? Hey Gu Zhen! I don't work for only you alright? I have other patients to take care of!"

"Ten minutes!", Gu Zhen then hung up on the call.

"Hey have a little bit of mercy on the guy, how's he supposed to get there within ten minutes?", Gu Xiao said.

Gu Xiao soon felt the atmosphere turn extremely cold, he could feel the piercing and murderous gaze from behind, he immediately shut his mouth and focused on driving.

Gu Xiao soon arrived at the huge private villa, the security men did not hesitate and immediately opened the huge gates upon seeing the person in the back seat.

After the car was gone, the security men immediately turned to look at each other with shocked expressions.

"Did you see? There was a lady on bosses' laps!"

"Hey watch your mouth! You wouldn't want to get fired immediately right?"

The door immediately opened automatically after confirming Gu Zhen's presence, he immediately rushed in to his bedroom upstairs and wasn't surprised to see Kim Han there already.

"Hey that was fast, you're really scared of Gu Zhen!", Gu Xiao teased.

"Hey it's not like you're not scared too!", Kim Han mocked.

Gu Zhen laid Ning Xi on the huge couple bed and Kim Han took out his equipment to check her.

He had not dared to ask who she was since he was scared his head might be cut off, Gu Zhen looked really scary today.

"What happened to her?", Gu Zhen took her hand and checked her pulse.

"She fell into a pool for about half an hour", Gu Zhen replied.

Kim Han nodded and immediately started treating her.

"The water was extremely cold and also because she stayed in for a while, it's very bad however I'll prescribe her some medications"

"I don't know"

"I'll be going out with Gu Xiao so you change her, she has to get out of this wet heavy gown"

Kim Han grabbed Gu Xiao and the two headed outside.
