Early Morning Hiccup.

"I'm super excited about today! We haven't been to an aquarium since we were seven or eight right? I can't wait to see the otters and penguins! You're excited to right Jay?!"

"Mhm I can't wait. I really wanna see the penguins as well."

Jackson and I are talking about the field trip while walking to school when a group of girls come up to us. They aren't wearing the same uniform as us, so I'm not sure what they could possibly want so early in the morning.

"Um sorry to bother you both, but my friend and I think that you guy's are cute..."

"Yeah could you give us your numbers?"

Oh so this is what they want. Of course it's nothing important.

"No, you can't. Let's go Jackson."

"Sorry girls, maybe next time!"

Jackson says trying not to hurt their feelings, but honestly I couldn't care less about their feeling's. Actually I couldn't care less about anyone's feeling's besides dad and Jackson, because they are the only people who will except me for who I am. Once any other person finds out a bout what I can do or things I can do they start calling me a monster. And that's why everyone can go jump in a ditch for all I care.

"How dare you talk to me like that? Do you know who I am or who my father is? You should be grateful I even looked your way!"

One of the girl's say as she pulls onto the back of my shirt. Oh great she's going to get it wrinkled. People like her are really annoying always going on about the they have done, or the thing's someone in their family did. Like anyone could give two shits.

"Let go of me."

"Not until you apologise and give me your number! And if you don't I'll tell my papa and he won't be very happy that two no name's are ignoring me!"

Oh my god. Doesn't she know when to give up?

"Let. Go. Of. Me."

"Just give us your numbers and then we will leave!"

Now the the other girl is holding onto Jackson's arm and he is clearly uncomfortable. Is this not a form of harassment? I mean we told them we aren't interested already, maybe their skulls are too thick to comprehend simple English?

Jackson looks over at me unsure of what to do. I can only think of one thing to do, so that they can leave us alone. I look over to Jackson and he shakes his head probably knowing what I'm about to do.

"Okay you can have our numbers."

"Oh really?! I knew you would come to your scenes!"

The girl who is holding onto the back of my shirt says, as I turn around and lean down to her eye level. She looks at me and smiles like she didn't just try to threaten and harass us. I lift up my bangs and she gives me a horrified look and looks into my left eye.

"Boo. You just saw five men with guns running after you trying to ship you to Timbuktu."

After I say that the girl runs away screaming, while her friend runs after her confused. It's not like there are really five men trying to ship her to Timbuktu. There's nothing really different about my left eye from my right, but it is blood red and has a scar going down it.

I was born with my eye like that. Nobody knows why or how but it is. Whoever makes eye contact with me I either have the ability to manipulate their thoughts and make them see illusions of my choosing, or I could choose for something bad to happen to them such as breaking every bone in their body to shutting down their organs. Obviously I opt for the manipulating their thoughts it would be to much of work dealing with injured people.

"I know that they were annoying, but you really gotta stop shipping people to Timbuktu."

"I suppose you are right..."

"Damn straight I am!"

Jackson says with a smile and I can't help but smile back at him. Maybe I should listen to Jackson. We continue talking about our plan's for the day while we start making our way to school again. Hopefully there won't be anymore hiccups for the day...
