003. Farewell !

Several days had passed after the October Third tragedy and Keijo was still asleep; then he had a dream in which he saw Chigau getting further and further away from him to the point of disappearing. And it was only when the Chigau's silhouette disappears for good as Keijo opens his eyes with a start! He notices that he is in his bed, he scans the whole room and notices that everything is still tidy; he also notices the manga that Chigau gives him offered the night of October 03 and takes a sad look!

Keijo: (With a sad face!) With all that, I could never start reading Sorcery fight! This is the only memory I have of Chigau!

??? : You're awake ?

Keijo: (Surprised!) Huh!?

Keijo slowly raises his head and sees right in front of him, sitting on his study chair, the guy from the last time, the gentleman who arrived after the death of the Emomoster!

The most important thing is that plus emotions or positive emotions are always superior to minus or negative emotions; this is what prevents man from changing into an Emomoster! This seat of energy is the most complicated, very difficult to study even for us Geniuses. This is why the cause of the metamorphosis of men into Emomonsters has never been elucidated. But hey, we're still working on it.

Keijo: And in your opinion, where do I fit in these three cases of energy?

Erik: From what I observed almost a week ago, I would safely say that your energy is none other than your EQ.

Emomonsters are concentrates of negative energy and at the slightest contact with a mass of very powerful positive energy, they find themselves destroyed and annihilated.

Kaijo: Wow! I can't believe it, am I able to do this?

Erik: I understand that it surprises you, all this is new for you; but you are a special case for the new human society and if ill-intentioned people were made aware of your abilities, it would become complicated. This is why you must perfectly master this asset that you possess. So what do you say Keijo?

Three seconds of silence pass and Keijo finally speaks!

Keijo: Furthering my education was never what I wanted.

Eric:…!?

Keijo: It was Chigau who absolutely wanted to enter Tensai. His dream was to become the man who would find the solution to the mystery of the Emomonsters; he was ready to do anything for this and I really wanted him to be able to achieve this, but…

Erik: I understand...

With these last words, Erik Wazai disappears from Keijo's room, and the latter, still scared, screams to the point of alerting the neighbors again!

All the neighbours: (Loudly!) KEIJOOOO!

Keijo: (In a low voice!) Dumpling!

After Professor Wazai leaves his apartment, Keijo gets out of bed, goes to take a shower and when he gets out, he puts on a Nike-branded jogging set consisting of a blue short-sleeved T-shirt and a pants of the same color. He came out of his apartment and found a letter outside his door with 300 yen on it!

Keijo: (Surprised!) Ah! 300 yen? And a letter?

Keijo opens the paper which was neatly folded, respecting the contours of a fold and begins to read it.

Keijo: And it's signed Erik Wazai. Tss! He is quite nice despite his mysterious air.

Keijo closes behind him and goes by means of the subway to his place of work. Arrived at the restaurant, he goes directly into the office of Madame Nanakaze, the manager of the establishment!

A few seconds of silence pass and the room breathes nothing but Tamayo's smoke; then Tamayo speaks!

Keijo: Don't worry, I'll come to visit you often, I'll never be far. And besides, there's always Iwa. It's true that his jokes all suck, but he will never let you down. And then there's Miki too, Furuba...!

Tamayo: (With an apparent smile!) You're right.

Keijo: Well, goodbye ma'am and thank you for everything.

Keijo exits Tamayo's office and the restaurant!

Tamayo: (Letting smoke escape from his mouth!) Good luck Keijo!

After his visit to Tamayo, Keijo went straight to Nakano Public Cemetery and spent hours there near his mother's and best friend's newly erected tombstones; then evening came!

Keijo: Alright, it's time to say goodbye; even if I believe that you will always be in me both. Chigau, I intend to start reading Sorcery fight, I will come and read each chapter to you here so that you too can enjoy the adventures of the hero. Keijo turns his back and heads home after bidding farewell to the two people who mean the most to him.
