Primordial Bloodline Chapter 25:Courting death

"You heard me clearly now get to it" Zero went back to his original position talking to some of the other family heads ,you can see from far that their conversations were just to maintain face and that they were hostile to each other. Red just went a corner and stood there and he swept his gaze around before closing his eyes and standing there as if he was a animated spirit who only took orders.

When he swept his gaze he could see his half siblings conversing with each other while they were also looking around for suitable partners of their own but the only thing they could do was just wait until someone came and chose them while Red the one who was given authority to choose a partner didn't care at all he was just standing there with his eyes closed as if he was s spectator who had nothing to do with what's happening in the hall.

Alas Red's peace wouldn't last forever as a young maiden with a well build body where everything was in position, she was wearing a black dress which only showcased her beauty more,she was beautiful enough to match with Phaser, she stood in front of Red then extended her finger to poke Red but Red caught it midway as he then opened his eyes and looked at her. As soon as he laid eyes on her ,he almost had a nose bleed because this level of beauty was one he only saw in his master and Phaser.

Red quickly composed himself letting her finger go and asking "what do you want?", he looked at her showing he was not interested at all. The maiden was a bit shocked because everyone who talked to her would praise her and show admiration. Her curiousness was aroused as to what kind of person Red was , she answered Red in a sweet and pleasing voice "my name is Fiora , third daughter of blood Duke.might you introduce yourself?" She pleaded within Red,Red gave a small sigh,he could already see many unfriendly gazes bring shot at him by the other male youths in the hall,seems like this Fiora was their goddess."The name is Red ,first son of Zero Dismason, I think he's a Marquis or something, not that I care".

Fiora giggled while using her petite soft hand to cover her mouth,"so you're the famous Devil Spawn of the Dismasons",she giggled even more,if gazes could kill all Red would have been killed a thousand times from the gazes of those fanatics of Fiora.

"Don't call me that its quite embarrassing" Red said solemnly, Red looked at Fiora before saying, "as you can see I'm not that interested in the event here but you still approached me ,tell me what's your objective in coming here because I serious am not interested in this shitty event" Red now looked serious all his previous laziness gone with the wind. Fiora looked at Red and showed a very pleasing smile before she looked at him and answered " I initially thought every guy here is trash until I saw you someone who has a right to choose a partner just stand there and close your eyes I knew then whom I should chose as I Fiora's fiancée. So now using my right I Fiora Blood choose you Red Dismason the Devil Spawn as my Fiancée "

Red lamented his poor fate,couldn't they just leave him alone,he just wanted his peace but he now knew without crippling someone in the most cruelest ways Fiora's fanatics won't leave him alone and as expected they did not disappoint the guy who looked to be the strongest cut his shirts sleeve and threw it at Red,this was a official challenge, Red just went to the martial stage,he wouldn't bother cutting his shirts sleeve just for a stupid person.

Red stood in the martial stage, the other youth looked at him in distain."I Joseph Helix will not be satisfied unless I beat you half to death,how dare you a lowly person want to marry my goddess Fiora "

The crowd/family heads started murmuring long ago

"Damn that's Joseph he's a year older than Red and he has also reached the grand warrior level 16"

"The only thing known about Red is that he was studying in the AllBlue but no one knows his cultivation level"

"I can't sense any of his strength seems like this will be a walk in the park for Joseph"

"The Helix vs The Dismason, the winner will show which family has a promising young generation"

No one could spout nonsense like the crowd but Red ignored all those then he icily said"if you're gonna fight ,come on already!" Red stood there like a side character, this infuriated Joseph as he shouted "Courting Death" then he rush straight at Red,he pulled out a small kitchen knife as he was aiming for Red's heart,as he reached Red and stabbed he could feel his knife passing through air and the with whistling behind him made his hair stand on end.

BANG

A merciless kick came from a crafty angle smashing into Joseph's ribs and sending him flying as he hit the barrier of the stage and falling down, he tried getting up but he couldn't,a red fireball smashed into his head burning it all and leaving him bald

The crowd/the family heads were shocked

"My god is this still a mage,I've never seen a mage fighting in close range because of their frail body but here I'm seeing one"

"I thought Red was weak because he was a mage and I couldn't sense any energy fluctuations from him but now I could feel that he's on the border of reaching level 17"

They all turned to Zero and rained flattering words at him and some even offering their daughter's as Reds future concubines ,he neither rejected these proposals nor did he except them.

Back in the stage Joseph looked pitifully, Red looked like a butcher,he used a lightning spell shocking all of Joseph's nervous system and making it extremely sensitive to pain.Red approached Joseph then he pulled out his small blade and used it to stab Joseph major body function joints,Joseph screamed but no one could help him and he finally said "I yield!" He was crying tears and he had long pissed his pants, his servants came to pick him up and when he saw them he passed out from joy of escaping the hells of Red.

Red turned to look at Fiora and looked at her, he could see that she was as calm as jade after witnessing that but all the other youths either vomited or passed out from the smell of blood,he then opened his mouth to say "I Red Dismason choose you", Red jumped off the stage and headed towards Fiora then he stood behind her wrapping his arms around her waist and resting his head on her should,"I wanna see your potential after this" Red closed his eyes,his intuition and his other self Der told him that this girl was to be trusted and she truly wanted him. Red showed a rare smile then he shut off his whole body and set it to wake up after the event,Fiora also stood there unmoving the only thing would do was occasionally caress Red's face.
