Chapter 13: Enmity

While Azuron and Auren are engaged in a conversation about their plans, a powerful presence of malevolence that permeates the entire realm forcefully interrupted them.

The sudden presence of malevolence has left the Azuron and Auren grunts in a state of shock.

Azuron narrows his eyes and confidently declares, "Without a doubt, this presence can only be described as that very entity."

While Azuron and Auren are conducting their investigation, the sky above them undergoes a dramatic transformation, turning dark and chaotic, with thunderstorms striking at regular intervals.

As they look at the sky, Auren and Azuron are both utterly amazed.

The dark and stormy clouds in front of Azuron and Auren are being infused with red and black light, creating a mesmerising sight.

As Azuron's eyes slightly widen, he confidently declares, "The widening of my eyes and my words serve as evidence that this otherworldly energy and presence confirm without a doubt that it is indeed that entity."

Auren chooses to stay quiet while Azuron is speaking.

With a curious tone, Auren inquires about the mysterious entity mentioned by Azuron.

"Oh, speaking of that," Azuron smiles and continues, "we have a history together, which took place during the dark times when our Lord was sealed."

Once again, Auren chooses to remain silent while Azuron speaks.

Azuron and Auren persist in witnessing the persistent and ominous display of the vibrant red and deep black light emanating from the foreboding and turbulent storm clouds.

Without warning, both Azuron and Auren fall to their knees as the realm around them begins to experience violent earthquakes and tremors. While this is occurring, an ominous and malevolent presence, filled with darkness, gradually approaches the two individuals.

While Auren experiences a growing sense of fear, Azuron, in contrast, smirks with the knowledge of the true culprit behind this chaotic situation.

You all, fools, must submit to me and kneel in my presence. A thunderous voice emerges from the sky and echoes with great intensity throughout the entire arena, causing the entire realm to shake and tremble.

As soon as the voice from Sky reached Auren's ears, his heart started racing faster than ever, causing him to break out in a nervous sweat.

On the contrary, Azuron experiences a slight feeling of fear as a result of the voice, however, he manages to maintain his composure and remain calm.

Auren and Azuron both tilted their heads upwards, and to their shock, they saw something that caused an immediate and simultaneous heart attack for both of them.

The presence of This Entity causes Auren to start sweating even more.

Despite the circumstances, Azuron still manages to exhibit a remarkable lack of fear.

Both Azuron and Auren were able to witness the astonishing sight of a Big eye made of Dark Red Flames, its glow so intense that it created lightning and cast shadows of Red Glow throughout the entire Arena. Even though the spectacle was intense, Azuron and Auren managed to have a clear and perfect view of the Eye.

"Heh... Well Well Well," Azuron smirks and addresses the Formless Eye of Enmity, who is also referred to as the Embodiment of Malevolence and goes by the name Formless Eye of all there was, there is, and there would be, questioning the motive behind their arrival.

The Formless Eye narrows, creating an ominous presence, and speaks in a thunderous tone that echoes everywhere. It declares, "It's impressive that you have remembered me, Brat. However, your goals are merely infantile aspirations, and the object or perhaps the weapon you seek is nothing more than a feeble tool for the weak. Allow me to present an offer that is eternally superior to your foolish objectives."

Before speaking, Azuron proudly smirks and directs their attention to Formless Eye, expressing a desire to hear about the offers from the embodiment of malevolence itself.

With a happy tone, the Formless Eye grunts before speaking in a thunderous tone that resonates throughout the realm: "My offer to you, Brat, is an invitation to join my Dark and Evil Forces. Together, we will wield a fraction of my vast power to obliterate anything that stands in our path. By becoming part of my Army, both of you will gain transcendent powers that surpass your current understanding. The level of power that lopsided Grythor or Cosmic Watchers can only dream of, and even imagine in their wildest dreams, is surpassed by this incredible power. What's even more exciting is that this power grants you transcendence and enough strength to annihilate the very essence of the Domain of Gods."

As Formless Eye speaks, Azuron and Auren listen quietly, completely engrossed in the words being uttered.

The Formless Eye emphasises that once someone joins their Malevolent Army, there is no turning back. Leaving the path of darkness is deemed impossible, as any act of betrayal is strictly outside the realm of possibilities. It warns that both parties involved will cease to exist if they attempt to do so. Finally, the Eye demands an answer from the person, addressing them as a "brat."

After a few moments, Azuron pauses in contemplation.

After a few moments of silence, Azuron gathers his confidence and finally speaks up, addressing the Formless Eye: "In this moment, you may be stronger than me, but I refuse to yield. I will achieve my goals through my unique path. If you dare attempt to hinder my progress and attempt to obliterate me in this very moment, I want you to know that it will be a futile endeavour. The reason being, my plans are inherently indestructible. Once I have successfully attained all my goals with absolute certainty, any rejection I face along the way will prove to be entirely worthwhile. The sheer force and essence of my being will ensure that I triumph against all odds. Now, I implore you to respond, oh shapeless observer?"

As the Formless Eye grunts in anger, the whole realm starts to tremble, right before Azuron and Auren's eyes.

Azuron's words had an unexpected effect on Formless Eyes, causing them to burst into a menacing laughter that resulted in fire erupting from the ground of the realm.

Once Formless Eye finishes laughing, a serious expression takes over and it speaks in a menacing and thunderous tone that echoes throughout the entire realm. It addresses the mortal who has defied its offer and questions their understanding of the immense gravity of rejecting such power. It emphasizes that accepting the offer would have saved time, but now that it has been declined, Formless Eye will closely observe the mortal's plans to achieve their goals through their so-called unique paths. Lastly, it calls out the names Azuron and Auren.

The formless being continues to speak, expressing curiosity about the individual's ability to acquire both the Sword and reach a state of transcendence through their self-proclaimed unique path. The speaker reveals that their interest lies solely in the individual's malevolent plans, which is why they are allowing them to escape punishment for their insolence this time. However, the formless being issues a stern warning, emphasizing that this will be the first and final warning for both individuals. They challenge the individuals to impress them, suggesting that doing so might result in them receiving gifts.

Azuron, upon hearing Formless Eye's response, smirks with confidence and remarks, "To be honest, I never anticipated that the Embodiment of Malevolence would show forgiveness and allow someone to go free, even if it's just for the first and last time."

The Formless Eye, filled with rage, speaks in a manner that causes the entire arena to tremble. Its words are filled with intensity as it warns, "Do not become too arrogant, young one. The only reason I have granted you permission to proceed is because your plans have the potential to amuse me. However, the ultimate outcome may be vastly different, but I have no concern for the final result."

With a smirk on his face, Azuron responds, "Well, it's good to know that you have no interest in my ultimate goal."

Once again, the Formless Eye lets out a menacing laugh and then proceeds to express, "I must inform you, brat, that your ultimate objective holds no significance to me. My sole concern is whether or not it would offer me amusement."

Before disappearing, Formless Eye declares its decision to go and issues a warning to the two mortal brats, stating, "I will make myself known to both of you, and if you entertain me excessively, I may bestow upon you some gifts that are beyond your understanding. Therefore, go forth and entertain me."

As Formless Eye speaks, both Azuron and Auren remain silent.

Once they finish speaking, Formless Eyes begins to gradually vanish into thin air.

As the Formless Eye fades away, the amount of Pressure decreasing on the entire Realm becomes less.

The Formless Eye vanishes completely, without a trace of its Presence remaining.

With the disappearance of the Formless Eye, the tumultuous thunderstorm and the ominous red and black lights also fade away.

Following a short period of time...

Azuron and Auren discover that they are in a state of perfect normalcy, allowing them to stand up and move around without any restrictions.

Auren, with complete silence, tries to comprehend and make sense of what just happened.

As Azuron smirks, he remarks, "That experience was unlike anything I have ever encountered before."

Auren expressed his thoughts to Azuron, admitting, "I must admit, I genuinely believed that the sheer magnitude of its presence would cause our complete annihilation."

Azuron Smirks, his grin widening, confidently states, "Until we successfully accomplish our objective, we must make sure to entertain the Formless Eye."

In response, Auren acknowledges that the Formless Eye is truly on a completely different level of existence.

Azuron instructs: "Now, go and optimize the Machine to the best of your abilities. Keep in mind that the more efficient and speedy we are, the closer we get to our goals."

Auren nods and heads towards Machine's Location.
