CHAPTER - 3

SILENCE IS SEARCHING FOR THE PEACE

Tharak and Phoenix made campfire near a river to rest for a while. Tharak asked Phoenix to look for food. After a while Phoenix came back and sat on his shoulder and said that it found an apple tree. Suddenly Pheonix pooped on Tharak's shoulder and flew off towards the tree.

Tharak was so annoyed and threw a rock towards Phoenix, but it was missed. Tharak went to the river to clean himself. While cleaning Tharak was slipped, at that moment Tharak missed an arrow that came towards him and went deep inside the river to hide.

Another arrow was coming from the woods. Tharak used partial transformation on legs and rushed at the direction where the arrow came from but there were none. 

A man wearing a mask appeared behind him to attack him, but Tharak dodged the attack. Tharak used partial body transformation on both legs and hands to fight. That man took a knife and lunged towards Tharak, but Tharak avoided it and went for sweep, but that man blocked the attack and kicked away Tharak. Tharak stood up.

That man took his dual blades and went to fighting position. Before Tharak can blink that man Infront of him is standing behind Tharak. When Tharak looked behind, that man wasn't behind him, he was standing at the place where started. All of a sudden blood was splashed out of Tharak's chest and back and he fell to the ground. 

Tharak used mana to heal himself, but his wounds are not healing. That man thinks to himself," It's useless to use healing" and he opened his mouth to said that, before him Tharak said to himself,' It's useless to use healing." and fainted.

----At nighttime---

Tharak woke up from unconsciousness. He was tied with ropes with a tree, that mysterious man sleeping near the campfire Tharak and Phoenix made. Suddenly Tharak smelled a bad smell from him, that is his entire face was covered by phoenix's poop. phoenix was trying to wake him up by constantly pooping on his face while sitting on the tree. Tharak was annoyed but let it slide.

Phoenix came down and used its fire to burn the rope, suddenly the rope started to glow because that man conjured some mana into the rope, and that man woke up. Tharak goes full power to fight, but he cannot conjure electricity because of his battle with the monster eagle. That man's blade was blocked by a shield which is in the shape of burning fire which covered Tharak. Inside the shield Tharak started to get full recovery.

That man conjured blue mana on his blades and his blades are covered by water. He strikes the shield relentlessly and the shield broke. Then he raised his blades over his head the mana on his blades stated to intensifies, when he strikes it made a big explosion, and that man was thrown away. Tharak is sitting there while holding Phoenix with his chest and he is covered with electricity (No partial transformation)

Tharak put Phoenix beside and walked towards that man, and that man also walked towards Tharak. Both of them starred at each other. The man tried to attack Tharak, but he dodged and hit the man on the gut which made an explosion. That man was flying towards the sky because of explosion, Tharak used partial transformation on his legs to jump and transferred his partial transformation from his legs to his right arm and focused all of the electricity on his right arm and hit the man on his gut again which made bigger explosion than before. That man hit the ground and fainted. 

Tharak fell on the ground and said," Thanks to the battle with monster eagle I can use my full power more efficiently though."

The man woke up after 2 days of being unconscious. He was tied to a tree and saw Tharak who is throwing rocks at phoenix while yelling," I am going to roast you in your own flame.". While Phoenix is avoiding the rocks it makes sures to poop on him again and again. That man was laughing while seeing this.

Tharak notices that and came near him and said, "Your name was Dunkleotus, right?" Dunkleotus thinks," How does he know that?" Then Tharak said," You are wondering how I know that, that doesn't matter. Why did you attack me? I didn't do anything to you. Also, don't tell me that is none of my business. Because I heard enough of that." The moment he finishes what he is saying phoenix pooped on Tharak's head. Tharak asked with irritation, "Just answer me." Dunkleotus didn't answer anything.

Then Tharak grabbed a bottle and smashed that bottle in front of Dunkleotus and rushed backwards. Smoke comes out of the bottle and that made Dunkleotus lost consciousness. 

---- The next morning----

Tharak and phoenix reached a town with Dunkleotus and reported about him. While seeing the official guards Dunkleotus started to feel uneasy and tried to escape, but he can't. The officials told Tharak that Dunkleotus was criminal with a bounty of 10 gold coin. The officials barred Dunkleotus and he started to make Noice while holding the bars and thinks, " I am sorry. Don't leave me. They will kill me." looking sadly at Tharak. Tharak received the bounty and left the place.

Tharak lodged in an inn.

----At the night----

"Dunkleotus wake up, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have left you here. They are planning to kill you." says Tharak to Dunkleotus. Tharak continues," This afternoon I heard some officials talking to their higher ups about you when I was eating in a hotel and the higher official ordered them to kill you. You should've told me that you are one of survivor of Blade clan." says Tharak. Dunkleotus thinks " Even after knowing me why you are helping me?" Tharak used his electricity and Dunkleotus's water create an explosion and left the jail.

The trio is moving from roof top to roof top to leave the city. ," My father told me that when he was a boy, he was saved by a blade clan's chief head. You may think that's nothing special. But whenever he told me the stories of the blade clan's achievements his face is filled with much joy. I love my dad and my dad loves telling the stories of the blade clan. So, I asked him the same story again and again. When he is telling the stories all I'm looking is the big smile on his face. Now I want to tell my adventure with a blade clan survivor. He is going to be so happy. That's why I'm saving you. And we three are going in an adventure."

Phoenix said," look here man you can't survive in this country alone. I don't know what's the history between you and the officials but teaming up with us will give better chance at living.

Dunkleotus thinks to himself," I don't mind coming with you, but I have so many things to do. I have to go to the Manidh tower. Tharak said," Man of silence, eh? " They stopped at a certain building. Tharak said," This is the lieutenant's house. Because of the explosion guards are busy at the jail. Your weapon is inside the house I will take care of the soldiers who remained here, you go in and get your blades.

Tharak barged in through the window on the first floors. It was a dining room. The lieutenant was eating his dinner. Tharak lunged towards the lieutenant, but the lieutenant pulled Tharak and threw him at the diner. Tharak stood up and goes to his full power. Tharak goes for so many consecutive strikes, but the lieutenant avoided all the blows and hit him with a mighty strike which canceled his partial transformation. Suddenly Tharak is glowing in red mana, his injuries have been healed, and his mana is restored. He goes to his full power mode again. The lieutenant said, "you got a nice trick there. "

Dunkleotus entered through the back door at the ground floor. It was the training hall, and at the corner he found a small door. He opened the door and went inside the room. He found his blades there. He was amazed that Tharak didn't even let a single soldiers came this way. He took his blades and came to the first floor. Where he finds Tharak on the ground beaten to the bulb and the lieutenant said," Not bad I've used partial transformation to beat you. So be proud."

Dunkleotus threw his blades at the ground where the lieutenant is standing. The ground was crumbled. Dunkleotus took Tharak and conjure his mana on him to heal Phoenix. when Phoenix was healed, it healed Tharak. Tharak goes full power again and Dunkleotus conjured his man on his blades to fight. The lieutenant also goes full power and said," You kids want to die that badly? then come on."

The lieutenants Prani is elephant. Tharak said Dunkleotus," His Prani hive him a massive strength boost but very little speed boost. so don't get hit." Because he is fighting two of them the lieutenant is taking damage while the two are dodging him. The lieutenant goes for a frontal sweep Dunkleutus dodged that, but it was a fake out, because the lieutenant knew he will dodge the attack. the lieutenant goes for an attack, but Tharak received the attack and hit Dunkleotus and both of them crashed at a wall. Phoenix healed Tharak. Tharak said, " one more attack like that and I'm done. We have to finish this quick."

Dunkleotus connected his blades with his arms by mana chains and relentlessly attacks the lieutenant while dodging the incoming attacks. The lieutenant is started to accumulate damage. Dunkleotus goes for a faint attack on the head, and the lieutenant fell for that. Dunkleotus used hid chained blades to strike the lieutenants legs. The lieutenant is brought to his knees. Tharak lunched towards him stroke the lieutenant and the duo took down the lieutenant.

Phoenix used its remaining mana to heal both of them a bit and they left the city.

----Next day morning----

The trio camped at a small cave. Tharak said," They won't let you go free after they found out that you are alive. You cannot find peace. I'm going to Manidh tower to investigate about my sister. I'm trying to find her. So, wanna come with us?" Dunkleotus smiled, and Tharak said, "Then off to Manidh tower.
