The first friend

From that day, Amy began to visit Robert frequently

A sunny morning.

In a simple white sundress, Amy walks quickly on the road from the village to Robert's house.

'I wonder how Robert will react to my visit? He is too handsome; I can't help to want to make at least a portrait with him,' thought Amy with concern, hoping for the best.

Most of the houses in the village are made of wood, and the homes of the rich are made of stone; they all warm themselves by the fireplace on cold days. Most houses are colored brown to black because of the wood, and the others differ in color depending on the stone with which the house was built.

Only the main street is paved with stone to facilitate the movement of the carts, and the rest of the roads are just paths that are formed naturally with the appearance of more people and houses.

In the yard, Molly, dressed in a yellow sundress without ornaments, was sitting on a chair and weaving a pair of white cotton pants.

To make the work more pleasant and easy, she sings. The song was composed by her son. 'My son is a musical genius; I can't believe he composed such a piece at such a young age!'

She sang with a youthful and pleasant voice that reached your heart and conveyed all kinds of feelings to you.

I was as pissed as a parrot in Paradise Street

(Wey-hey, blow the man down!)

When a mingin' old strumpet I chanced for to meet (ho!)

(Gimme some time to blow the man down!)

She had hair like a scarecrow and a rollin' glass eye

(Wey-hey, blow the man down!)

And I fell for her charms as she hobbled on by

(Gimme some time to blow the man down!)

Robert was sitting in the shade of a tree and reading "Legends and Myths about the Gods." The sun's rays descended through the tree branches and fell smoothly on the book and his body.

While listening to his mother singing between the book's pages, he had a restrained smile. 'I'm sorry, Mother, I can't tell you that I'm just a plagiarist! Unfortunately, I didn't know how to invent anything because I was never interested in the subject. However, I could recreate literature, poems, and songs and be a renowned scholar. The proud eyes my mother and father look at me as if I were a genius stroke my ego.'

Amy appears in this fairytale atmosphere.

Amy enters the gate with light steps and, in an embarrassed voice, says, "Good morning, Aunt Molly, Robert!" Secretly glancing at Robert.

"Good morning," replies Robert nonchalantly, without looking up from the book. "Hmm, what's this kid doing here? Please don't have anything to do with me."

"Good morning, my dear, what the matter with you here?" asks Molly with a hidden smile, seeing Amy's gesture 'Oho ho, I have a feeling something good is going to happen.'

"I came to play with Robert! And maybe we can become friends," says Amy loudly, raising her head from her chest and looking straight into the eyes of Robert, who just looked up from the book. Her gaze was determined, and the fact that she was looking into his eyes without looking elsewhere showed her seriousness.

'Ahhh, I'm so excited at the moment. Will he accept?'

"No, I don't have time to play with children, and, first of all, I don't think you're missing friends," says Robert calmly.

'What would have happened with this kid? Did she get a crush on me at first sight or something? Do I have maximum charm? Hmmm, not a bad thing' Robert thinks of another reason to stroke his pride.

"I'm serious, I really want to be friends, and besides, I've never seen someone as handsome as you," said Amy

"Tsk, tsk, tsk! Superficially lass!" Robert said disapprovingly. "You can look at me from a distance as a beautiful object; you don't need to bother me," says Robert brutally, after which he starts to laugh heartily.

HA HA HA

"No, I want to know you better," says Amy.

"No, it's not possible," comes the answer.

"Yes!"

"No"

"Yes!"

"No!"

"Yes!"

"No!"

During this time, Molly stopped singing. Instead, she looked at the scene in the yard with a warm smile while continuing to sew without stopping. 'Oh ho ho, I expect nothing less from my child; he's a charmer. I hope they become good friends.'

---

In the following days, Amy kept coming to see Robert.

'Hmm, I thought she'd give up after two or three days; it seems I was wrong; this lass really got a crush on me,' thought Robert, sitting with his back on the grass and looking at the sun.

'I'm sure my perseverance will move him someday,' thought Amy, standing with her back on the grass looking at the sun next to Robert.

Today Amy came again, but she also brought her mother, Elena.

"Hello," says Amy, not as embarrassed as on the first day.

"Hey!" answered Robert quietly.

"Hello dear," Molly answered

"Hey! I came to gossip more," says Elena hugging Molly.

"You're always welcome, you know that," Molly replies, returning the hug.

"Welcome, aunt!" says Robert hugging Elena. 'Ahhh, if I could stay forever in her arms, that would be great; I don't need anything but her. She smells so good, and her skin is so soft. I want to bite it and leave a mark, proving it is mine. Be patient, Robert; everything is in its due time.'

While Robert was fighting an internal battle, the hug lasted longer than usual. Elena patted him gently on the back to get his attention. Robert left the embrace unsatisfied.

Molly was smiling, not saying anything, and Amy was sulking because Robert didn't hug her.

Robert called Elena's aunt because their families are good friends.

Amy was wearing a white sundress with sunflower prints.

Elena was dressed in a white sundress with blue flower prints.

Molly was dressed in a green sundress with white flower prints.

Robert was dressed in a white blouse and white pants.

After this embarrassing moment, the children were going to play in the yard, and the ladies were seated at a table with tea and cakes.

---

'I lost myself a little; I don't have to be crushed by these feelings; things will come along in time...' Robert thought, walking towards the shade of a tree with slumped shoulders.

'I mustn't get discouraged; sooner or later, I'll be as beautiful as my mother,' Amy thought with clenched fists as she walked along Robert.

"Hey, I brought my painting kit. Can I paint you while you read?" asks Amy with hope in her soul and with a face of a helpless puppy.

"Sure, do what you want," Robert replies uninterestedly. At the moment, he just wanted some peace and quiet to calm down.

---

At the table, the ladies drank tea and ate cakes.

"Our children get along so well; maybe one day we will become relatives. O HO HO," says Molly with a big smile.

"Who knows? Only time will tell," answered Elena, elegantly taking a mouthful of tea.

"You destroy men, both young and old!" Molly says in a teasing tone. Remembering that when they had dinner together for most of its duration, Robert did not let Elena out of his sight. With the earlier moment, it seems Robert has a particular spot for her.

"You're kidding! I think it's just puppy love that will last a few weeks or at most a few months, but I'm worried about Amy because she's so similar to me; I wonder how he'll treat her," says Elena with a joking tone, at first and then worried for her daughter's future.

"I don't think you have to worry about her precisely because she looks like you; I think Robert will treat her better. Amy is the first child. I didn't see him drive away on purpose," says Molly to calm Elena down.

"I wish you're right," says Elena with hope.

In the forest, a group of five people is sitting next to the body of a 3-meter blue wolf.

In this group, there are also Matias and George. Matias is holding a hammer, and George has a battle axe.

"We take a 30-minute break, and then we start taking the monster to the village for skinning," says George in a severe tone.

"Understood, captain!" several shouts are heard answering.

Only Matias and George were left with the monster's corpse.

"Who would have thought that a blue wolf with the affinity of the wind, of the First-Tier, would come so close to the village? If it had come at night when security is lower, we would have had casualties," says Matias in a worrying tone.

"You don't have to worry; these things still happen once in a while; it's good that we were able to solve this situation in time," George says confidently.

"Leaving that aside, it seems that my daughter likes your son, hahaha," says Matias, changing the complex subject to a lighter one.

"What can I say? Robert is my exact copy, mu hahaha," says George arrogantly.
