First round

When Theo arrived at the pokemon stadium in Courmaline city he decided to talk to receptionist.

"Hi my name is Theo Hunt and im here to fight in rookie tournament"

"Hi, did you register already?" Said older women with welcoming smile"

"Yes, I did" 

"Great, give me your trainer card for a second and then i will let you draw your first oponent"

After Theo handed her his pokemon trainer card he had to wait for a couple of minutes and then the women said "Everything is all right, 32 trainers will participate in this tournament. This mean there will be 5 rounds including finals. You can draw your first opponent by pressing this green button." Women said pointing at small green button. 

Theo pressed the button and the first oponent he drawn for himself was a girl named Annie.

"Your battle will begin tomorrow at 4PM, good luck"

Theo decided to spend this last day to relax a bit with his Pokémon's.

----------Pokemon stadium next day at 4PM---------- 

When Theo walk on the battlefield he realized how important this tournament was for some people. The whole stadiom was full and whole crowd was scouting both his and Annie's name.

"My name is Brandon and I will the commentator during this match. Get ready for show everyone" 

Then the red haired boy came to the middle of the field and said: "My name is Roan and i will be the referee for this pokemon battle, every trainer can use one pokemon the battle will be over after one of Pokémon's will be unable to battle. In this battle the first trainer to show his pokemon will be trainer on the red side The Hunt"

"I chose you Solosis"

"Glameow get ready to fight"

"This battle will be between normal type Glameow and psychic type Solosis. there are no type advantages so the battle will for sure be exiting!" said commentator.

"You can begin"

Right after the fight begun Solosis used Psychic Terrain, Reflect, light screen like Theo told him to. 

"Glameow use Home Clows and then Shadow Claw" Yelled the girl

"Glameow is using Shadow Claw which is super effective against solosis, is Theo in troubles?"

"Solosis use Protect and Expanding Force" 

Glameow got hit pretty badly by Expanding Force however it was still standing

"Glameow now use Double Team and Dark Pulse"

"Solosis now protect"

"Solosis managed to get out of troubles again using its protect, do we already have a winner? But wait were is Glameow?" commentator commented.

"Great Glameow now use Shadow Claw" 

"Solosis protect fast"

"So the Dark pulse was only a trap to attack with Shadow Claw, that's great strategy" said commentator

Solosis tried to protect itself but it was too late and it got hit by the attack and fell to the ground.

"Glameow use Dark Pulse and finish the battle"

Not that fast though Tho "Solosis block it with your Light Screen and use Expanding Force"

Light Screen managed to block most of Dark Pulse damage and Expanding Force hit Glameow with full force. At this point Glameow was bleeding pretty badly but it still wanted to win for its trainer.

"Solosis keep your guard up its not over yet"

"Glameow use double team and Hyper Beam"

Dumb move "Solosis use Protect" Solosis easily protected itself from incoming attack.

"Solosis use Expanding Force and follow up with headbutt" Solosis hit both attacks.

"Glameow is unable to battle  the winner is Solosis and Theo"

"Ladys and Gentelman after this amazing battle Solosis managed to win the fight."

The came over to Annie and said "Good battle Annie" shaking her hand.

"Lets battle again one day"

-------The pokemon center------

"Hi nurse Joy can you take care of my Solosis"

"Of course, Your battle was amazing"

"Oh thank you very much"

--------One hour later-------

After Theo took his Solosis from nurse Joy he got a few system notifications.

Theo was very happy with the reward he got because he was aware that foundation is very important.  He was extremely proud of his Solosis as well. It not only won the battle but increased its stats a lot and was ready to evolve soon.

The checked the battle schedule for next tour and found out that he was now fighting against some boy named Tom. Theo decided to check his last battle and he found out that in his first found Tom used his powerful Whirlipede. That could be an interesting battle taking under consideration the fact that bug type moves are super effective against psychic pokemon and psychic moves are super effective against poison pokemon. Anyway the decided to go to sleep a little bit earlier today to have a lot energy for another challenging day.
