Outcome (2)

The Folker trio ran frantically, searching for trainers and dojo members. Along the way, they encountered a few who were in despair, describing the raid battle's outcome.

Folker's heart ached upon hearing the dojo members' words. He decided to follow Officer Jenny's lead on their way out of the forest.

As they made their way through the forest, the thunderous sounds and raging winds could be heard from a distance. However, abruptly, the winds subsided, and the deafening roars of thunder ceased.

"Is it finally over?" Officer Jenny asked, gazing into the distance. The other trainers let out a collective sigh of relief in response to her words.

Folker, however, looked in the same direction and sensed that something was amiss.

Chelsea noticed the change in his expression and inquired, "Is something wrong?"

"It's nothing. It just feels unusually quiet," Folker replied, shaking his head. Despite the persistent uneasiness, he suppressed it resolutely with his rationality.

Unfortunately, his pokemon are not fully healthy. Both Magnemite and Lucario lay in a fainted state in their pokeballs, while Scizor is also somewhat exhausted from the earlier battle.

"We should avoid getting further involved. I'm exhausted," Farlan interjected, wearing a fatigued expression. Folker and Chelsea nodded in agreement with Farlan's words.

Landrick's eyes widened in disbelief. There, in his grasp, was none other than the legendary Thunderbird, Zapdos! His heart raced with a potent mixture of exhilaration and triumph.

As the captor of Zapdos, Landrick knew that he possessed exclusive ownership rights to this magnificent creature. This achievement would elevate his status within Team Rocket to unprecedented heights, and he planned to leverage it to its fullest potential.

That is, of course, if he could keep Zapdos in his hands.

He vigorously slapped his cheeks with both hands, a gesture aimed at grounding himself and regaining focus amidst the swirling whirlwind of emotions. Though he now held the mighty Zapdos, the situation in front of him is still dangerous.

Frantically, Landrick scrambled to collect his thoughts and devise an escape plan.

Reinforcements from the league are definitely coming after him right now. It won't take long before they get suspicious. Time was of essence.

The league would surely suspect Zapdos' abrupt disappearance. They would quickly make the connection and assume Zapdos is in his possession.

His top priority was to make a swift exit and find a secure hiding place before the reinforcements arrive. The urgency of the situation gripped him, urging him to act swiftly and decisively.

He fled from the scene, desperately seeking cover. However, the sound of leaves rustling drew nearer to him.

Soon, a figure emerged—Karate Master Koichi. Landrick's face betrayed his anxiety as he looked at Koichi.

"I mustn't let him discover that Zapdos is in my possession!" Landrick thought to himself.

"What mischief are you up to now, Landrick?" Koichi asked, his tone filled with provocation as he glared at Landrick.

"If you insist on facing a rampaging Zapdos once again, then go right ahead. I want nothing to do with that monster anymore," Landrick replied.

Upon hearing Landrick's words, Koichi's expression soured. Memories of the earlier encounter with Zapdos, Officer Jenny, and the Dojo members flooded his mind. The pain of losing his fellow Dojo members and their Pokémon weighed heavily on his heart.

"I'm getting out of here!" Landrick declared, his voice trembling as he fled.

Koichi cast a suspicious gaze at the anxious Landrick and quickly pursued him. "Not so fast, Landrick!" he called out.

"What do you want?" Landrick retorted with irritation in his voice, trying to catch his breath as he ran.

"I'm here to apprehend you," Koichi replied abruptly, his pace quickening.

"Oh, so now you're playing the role of an officer?" Landrick replied sarcastically.

Koichi sneered at Landrick's words, pushing himself even faster. The longer he observed Landrick, the stronger his suspicions grew.

"Defeat me fair and square in a Pokémon battle, and then you can freely flee," Koichi challenged.

"I don't have time for this!" Landrick retorted, intentionally altering his course to hinder Koichi's pursuit. However, his attempt proved futile.

Before long, Koichi lunged forward, tackling Landrick and pinning him to the ground. He then tied Landrick's hands with a rope. As for where the rope came from, not even Landrick knew.

"The forest suddenly fell silent. What happened to Zapdos?" Koichi interrogated.

"It fled to heal its wounds, obviously!" Landrick nervously replied, attempting to mislead Koichi.

"You know, you're not much of an actor," Koichi retorted, unimpressed. "Zapdos darted off in a specific direction, and then the entire forest grew still. Shortly after, you emerged in a rush. Admit it, you have Zapdos, don't you?"

Hearing Koichi's words, Landrick's expression paled. It was at this moment that he knew, he screwed up.

"Hahahaha, that's right. I successfully captured Zapdos" Landrick admitted bitterly. "I'm amazing, aren't I? I captured a legendary pokemon"

Koichi's eyes lit up when he heard Landrick's words. He hurriedly checked his pockets and searched for Zapdos' pokeball. Not long after, he found an Ultra ball and instantly realized that Zapdos is inside the ultra ball.

Just as Koichi picked up the ball, two figures approached. It was none other than Bruno and Sabrina.

Observing Koichi subduing Landrick, Bruno remarked, "It seems we were unnecessary after all."

However, Sabrina's gaze remained fixed on the Pokéball Koichi held. "I presume Zapdos is inside that Ultra Ball?" she inquired.

Koichi nodded in confirmation.

"We'll have plenty of questions later, but for now, you must surrender the Ultra Ball to us," Sabrina declared.

Koichi hesitated momentarily, on the verge of handing the ball to Sabrina, but ultimately passed it to Bruno instead.

"Am I really untrustworthy?" Sabrina said in a joking tone.

Suddenly, without any warning, a mysterious figure materialized before them, causing all four individuals to jolt in surprise. Their eyes fixated on the enigmatic presence, a mix of curiosity and apprehension coloring their expressions.

The four of them exchanged puzzled looks, their brows furrowing in confusion as they attempted to make sense of the unexpected arrival. Yet, amidst their uncertainty, a unanimous understanding emerged—they all agreed on one thing. The figure standing before them exuded an aura of profound danger.
