Seeing this I sigh to myself and throw an ultra at it.

DING!

Picking up the Pokeball I made my way back to camp, which was only a few minutes away.

Now at camp, I sat down and took Monferno and Gabite's Pokeballs and clicked both of the buttons making a red beam on the ground.

The reason for this is that a Pokemon can sense if a trainer is trying to recall them like a sixth sense. I'm not sure how this works but it probably relates somehow to the artificial bond it makes when capturing a Pokemon.

After a few more minutes, I could see a single group formed of my Pokemon all chatting and playing with each other.

While Ivysaur was flexing his four vines whips to Growlithe, Croconaw and the Male Clefairy. Monferno and Gabite were consoling the very sad female Clefairy.

It seems that my Totodile evolved into a Croconaw!

A surprising thing but not unexpected as Croconaw was originally pretty close to evolving at the time when I beat the Pewter Gym.

Getting my Pokemon all to huddle up, I took out Elekid's Pokeball and sent him out.

The poor guy was still fainted so I had to heal him up. I did my usual thing of convincing the guy to join my team after using the words food and beatup in the same sentence, so the talk went quite well if I say so myself.

Now with a team of eight Pokemon, I can finally just focus on training these guys and go for more gyms after returning from the Galar Region after the third gym badge.

I almost forgot in a few weeks time I have to go to the Galar Region to do the Rookies Introduction thing.

It's when all the new trainers that are participating that year will have to go into the arena and start to wave at people. It's quite stupid in my opinion but it doesn't really matter too much.

It helps your fame rise a bit, not like even three quarters of those kids will make it past the 5th gym but still. It's still a great opportunity for people who still need sponsors.

My sponsor for the Galar League is my dad. It's not like a contract type of thing, but more of a letter of recommendation to join the Galar League.

Taking out a heap of Pokemon food from my dimension from yours truly Professor Oak. He hooked me up with quite a decent amount of stuff, making it so I don't need to worry about things other than camping out in the wild and Pokemon training/battling.

After everyone got their share of food I started to heal them up with potions because I forgot to do it immediately when they arrived, thankfully though they didn't have any bad injuries which would have needed my attention immediately. Just minor scratches.

Now with my Pokemon healed up, I returned all of them to their Pokeballs besides Duskull and started to make my way back to Cerulean City for my gym badge as I made an appointment to battle there in the morning.

*30 minutes later

Now in front of the Cerulean City Gym, I quickly enter and make my way to the front desk.

At the front desk can be seen a woman wearing casual clothes on her phone humming I assume a song. Walking up to her I start to ask her about my upcoming battle.

"Hello miss, I'm here to battle the Cerulean Gym today. I got a booking!" I say enthusiasticly wanting to quickly get this gym over with.

The lady quickly responding checks me in and tells me to go down the hall and enter the door with a water droplet gym badge carved into it while giving me a little pass with a number.

Taking the pass with the number 106, I walked up to the door handing my ticket to the man guarding the door.

"Your free to enter anytime trainer." The man says in a monotone voice.

Walking into the gym, immediately I could see three sisters each holding a Pokeball in their hand.

The battle field is just a huge water pool with two rafts for land.

Making my way towards my side of the battlefield I could see the stands and how many people were spectating, the place was packed!

"More people than Pewter's Gym." I mumble to myself as I walk towards the little white square

After taking out my Pokeball the referee starts to talk

"This is an official match between the Cerulean Gym Leaders, the Sensational Sisters versus Colson Green from Pallet Town for the Cascade Badge!

This match is decided by the challenger of having a three-on-three battle where the official rules state only the challenger can switch Pokemon between the match!"

The referee soon after announcing the battle, Daisy and I threw out our first Pokemon.

"Croconaw!"

"Luvdisk!"

Not bothering to scan the Luvdisk, I start the match off attacking first.

"Croconaw, aqua jett to get close then use bite."

"Luvdisk, agility!"

Croconaw quickly surrounds itself with water, flings itself in Luvdisks direction. Luvdisk not slacking in the listening department, quickly uses agility to dodge the incoming Croconaw.

"Luvdisk, Draining Kiss!"

Luvdisk quickly responding, starts to use draining kiss.

"Croconaw, tank the hit and use bite multiple times."

Croconaw tanking the draining kiss goes in for multiple bites on the Luvdisk quickly ending the first battle.

The crowd seeing the battle started to cheer even more, wanting to see an exciting battle. The referee quickly verifying that Luvdisk fainted, tells the Sensational Sisters to send out their next Pokemon.

Soon after the knock out, a girl with pink hair walks up to the white square and sends out her Pokemon.

"Goldeen!"

Finding this Pokemon more interesting than the last one, I started to scan it.
