I was suppose to be the doted on heiress of a reputable and wealthy family. Status, money, luxurious houses, it was suppose to be set in stone.
But life never turns out the way one expects. I was despised-because of my unmentionable illness, I was the bane of my family's existence. Once my father remarried, I sank further into the background. All of the attention went to my stepmother and half sister. I was just a name without a face.
Loved by no one. I fitted in nowhere. At school I had no friends, they'd only use me to get closer to my stepsister. The supposed love of my life conspired against me with my stepsister for my inheritance. I was a means to an end for them.
I did try to fight back, but I was not strong enough. So it wasn't surprising that my death didn't affect anyone's lives. 'Good riddance', they all thought.
