Chapter 83 : Vs Lance(Part 2)

The reason Lance isn't a champion is because I don't want him simple . Blue has resigned fro being Kanto Champion .

Gary " Blastoise Hydro pump "

Hydro pump easily destroyed Dragonair's Flamethrower .

Lance was pissed after getting dominated by Gary.

Gary didn't wait for long and attacked Lance " Blastoise Dragon pulse "

As Lance was still complaining about Gary in his mind he wasn't able to come with a good way to defend Dragonair from Dragon pulse . Dragon pulse hit Dragonair critically .Dragonair wasn't able to take damage and fainted .

Referee " Dragonair is unable to battle , Winner is Blastoise "

Audience " GARY!!GARY!!!GARY!!!"

Girls : "Gary, Gary, he's our man. If he can't do it, no one can! Go...Gary!".

Marco " That was a one side domination from Gary if I would say Glen "

Glen nodded " Correct Gary controlled the whole match from his first move "

Marco " Yes , but his Blastoise is just amazing "

After the first loss in the match Lance was very pissed . Lance recalled his Dragonair .

Lance called out his second pokemon " Go Dragonair "

Everyone was surprised by Lance using the same pokemon .

Dragonair once again was affected by Hail.

Dragonair didn't appear very comfortable in the environment .

Gary just shook his head .He knew that Lance will not be able to think a lot for his moves and just attack with his instincts and then the battle will be very easy .

Gary " Blastoise attack with Avalanche "

Lance listening to it just shouted " Dragonair Dragon pulse "

Both attacks collided . Blastoise remained in his position like he wasn't even affected by the collision whereas Dragonair retreated because of the shockwaves produced by the collision . Dragonair also had some frozen spots on it's body . Gary after seeing them from the first attack Blatoise was overpowering Dragonair .

Gary " Blastoise finish the battle with ice punch "

Lance " Counterattack with Dragon tail , Dragonair ."

Both pokemons ran towards each other . Blastoise attacked Dragonair's face but Dragonair attacked Blastoise shell to throw him back .

Because of high defense of Blastoise he didn't get a scratch from Dragonair's attack but meanwhile Blastoise attack connected with Dragonair face . Dragonair was thrown back to the wall . Because of the impact with wall of Dragonair . The wall was destroyed . Debris fell on the body of Dragonair .

After falling Dragonair wasn't able to get up and fainted .

Referee " Dragonair is unable to battle , Winner is Blastoise "

Audience " GARY!!GARY!!!GARY!!!"

Girls : "Gary, Gary, he's our man. If he can't do it, no one can! Go...Gary!".

Marco "That was a fast match "

Glen also expressed his opinion " It was very fast because of good executionof moves from Blastoise was breath taking"

Marco "As expected of the Ace pokemon "

They both laughed

Agatha " That is what we can say a perfect victory "

Lorelei and Bruno repeated "Perfect victory "

Agatha nodded " In this battle Lance didn't have any chance to fight back "

They both nodded

Agatha continued " Lance will be under a lot pressure as his second pokemons wasn't able to do anything "

They both nodded and looked at Lance

Meanwhile

//In Valencia Island //

Ash and his friends manage to crash-land Team Rocket's blimp on Valencia Island. They get to an outlook and realize that they cannot find Professor Ivy's lab. Pikachu points to what appears to be a Pokémon Center.

They go inside and find a Nurse Joy, much like Kanto's Centers, and she gives them the directions to Ivy's lab. They get to the lab and go inside, where they are met by three girls who lead the trio down to the beach. There, a Gyarados comes out of the sea as a woman pets it, shocking everyone with her skill.

Gyarados takes her to the shore as one of the girls tosses her a lab coat. She introduces herself as Professor Ivy.

Back at the lab, Ivy shows them the gold Poké Ball. She reveals the inscribed letters on the top of the ball, giving it the name the GS Ball.

One of the assistants demonstrates how the ball could not be transported. Ivy also points out how multiple attempts to open it have all failed.

Ivy hands the Ball over to Ash to deliver to Professor Oak. Meanwhile, at the airfield, James and Meowth are dismayed by the ruined blimp, but Jessie reminds them that Ash and his friends have a return trip booked. Knowing that it means another shot at catching Pikachu, Team Rocket starts repairing the blimp.
