CHAPTER 4 YAMRAJ

He took a glance at the smart screen of the jeep, and he continued driving. One by one, both went to different places, but couldn't enter inside any of the buildings because of barriers. Om hadn't eaten for a few days. Due to many tiring battles and many thoughts in his mind, he almost forgot what food tasted like. But now, he is missing his world. His clothes were still torn and covered in dirt. There was no natural water in the city, he only drank water that he got after defeating enemies as rewards.

Om felt that "he hadn't eaten for days, still not feeling hungry. Is it because of divine body?" they tried their best, still they couldn't find anything to eat, but at least he found similar clothes as wore before. The Day was about to end, and the sun was almost hidden. After wandering around the entire day, Both finally stopped near a tall building, parked the jeep in front of it. Soul came out of the car and was floated around the jeep. But Om was still sitting inside.

Soul came near the window side of Om and asked, "why are you not coming out of the jeep?"

For which Om replied, "I'm more comfortable inside". He was just staring at the building in front of him.

Soul again asked him, "what are you thinking? And why are you smiling?" the Mall in front of Om was too similar and reminded him of 'City-mall' where he always spent his spare time.

"This mall is the biggest building in the entire city, we should camp for the night." said Om.

In a single day, Om became familiar with all the roots of the city. Om also created a map based on his analysis. The map he created was an example of perfection. His managing skills are beyond any normal person, the planning, cautious thinking and awareness of all risk. He planned something, the only thing missing was the information about his enemies.

Soul was aware that Om is not the same as he was in start, and he is improving at an incredible rate. At this rate, the difficulty will not be enough for his growth. He needs to do something that will be a good challenge for him.

In the evening, Soul was lying on top of the jeep looking at the sunset. The sun was behind the mall. From their view, only the sun rays were visible. But the view was like light is coming from behind of a deity. Glaring at the view, Soul Said, "it's almost evening, you must be ready."

Om asked, "why?"

And Soul replied with a sarcastic smile on his face, "because all bad things start to happen in the evening."

Om knew that something has happened and the reason for that change was Soul. Om also smiled and replied, "but evening is also the start of beautiful night. Let me enjoy the view, I will also enjoy what is about to happen."

Conversation between them became intense as they tried to taunt each other with more and more sarcastic answers. Soul became more enraged, as Om didn't care and keep on answering with a carefree smile.

"You like sunset and sunrise too. At both time, you just stare at them and think about something. Are they reminding you of something? I know they are beautiful but, you are too attached to them. Is there any specific reason?"

"Hmm, reason? Yes, there is, but it's secret." Soul liked his answer, and their conversation stopped there, both focused on enjoying the beautiful sunset.

As the evening became dark black night, a notification appeared in front of Om.

Clocks appeared in front of every building around both of them. Both were in front of the mall, looked towards it in shock. Om shivered in excitement as he felt bloodlust from the mall. Even soul was shaking due to the intensity of bloodlust.

Soul had nobody to begin with, yet he still was fearing what was inside the mall, he was confused, "what is this? We are not ready for this. Om, don't even think about going in. this place is not for someone like you. Death is roaming in. the original boss of the dimension 'the keeper of death' is roaming in."

Already experienced of death, Om was not faced. He kept on getting more and more excited. In response to the bloodlust from the mall, he also released bloodlust towards the mall. The collision from the pressure of both bloodlust cleared everything around Om and from the front of the mall.

Excited, Om said, "I already died once. I experienced it already. Why would I fear it now?"

"Don't be overconfident. Something is not right. The boss will only appear if all the enemies were to be defeated. And why did he appear now?" Soul was confused as this occurrence was not was he had planned previously. He looked towards Om was approaching the main entrance of the mall.

Almost near to the mall, Om was staring at the clock, waiting for time to finish. Time was almost up, he asked Soul, "How do you know?"

Time finished and the entrance to the mall opened. Bright light came out of the entrance. Bloodlust was so thick that it brought chills down Om's body. While Soul was terrified of bloodlust couldn't talk a single sentence, Om's face became more terrifying than the danger inside. He was enjoying the danger. Soul was not sure what was going in the mind of Om but one thing he was sure that this will not end well.

The moment Soul tried to speak still couldn't, Om vanished from the spot. Soul was shocked of Om's speed. As the moments passed, bloodlust started to disappear. Finally, Soul was able to breathe.

Shocked Soul, "what just happened? For him to show such ability should not be possible at now."

Soul went in. Inside, only the after effects of the skill 'rage of god' were found. No enemies were seen. The horrifying sound of attacks can be heard everywhere in the mall. Everywhere he turned, the cries of battle echoed, Soul was confused at how Om was defeating all the enemies this easily. According to settings, these enemy's strength is equal to Om's. Just a single glance at Om's skill and their proficiency cleared it all for Soul. His speed, strength, proficiency in skill are all on another level. Faster Soul moved, Om's movements became faster and faster. The force generated from Om's movements became so devastating that he destroyed everything in his way, regardless of what came. Extraordinary performance of Om questioned the existence of Soul.

At the failure of his plan, Soul laughed, "Haha! If he is that good, then why I'm here. He doesn't need me. I need him."

The surprised Soul quickly changed his expressions. His smiling face cleared that he is up to something again.

"Wait! I should make other challenges more difficult. No matter how good he is? There is limit to his capabilities. In the end, he is just a human. But I will transcend him, awaken him. Make him supreme in all existence" the Soul blabbered.

Om was just destroying and keep on going, his facial expression was neutral. He didn't care about anything, anything that came in his way was destroyed without a single thought. He used his body as weapon with combination of his skills 'Weapon Master and Rage of God'. Furthermore, he knows his passive skill weapon master removes all restrictions of any weapons he used. And now his weapon is his body. With the removal of all the restrictions over his body, all the stats were off the charts, uncountable. According to his status screen, all of his status were showing as 999999???

Om look forward and thought, "You rule over death. Just wait?"

Om's rage showed no sign of getting weak. Instead, he became more enraged as more enemies were defeated. But by the looks of his attack, he was not killing them, but freeing them from this suffering.

The red eyes of his finally showed a change. He stopped using his skills. He finally stopped at the top floor of the mall. All enemies were defeated, only the boss remained. Before entering the boss room. Om turned back and kneeled. Tears fell down from eyes. Rage of God was again used. But this time the area he covered was the entire city, except of the mall. In a blink, with a loud boom, everything around the mall destroyed. One by one, messages keep appeared.

"Sorry, This to free every one. May all of you rest in peace."

Om lifted his head, turned back and looked at the door of boss room. Slowly walked towards it, raised his head higher and glazed at the top of the door. The Door of the boss room was not similar to any normal door. It looked like an ancient door of a temple. It was made of some kind of alloy. There was something written on it. Om was unable to read the description. Dark smoke was coming from the door. The air around the door was cold. These were the signs that something ominous is inside.

On his way to Om, Soul heard a loud boom, subsequently, he was confused at why the sound of battle stopped. He again continued to move towards Om's direction.

At last, he reached the last floor. Om was not there and the door of the boss room was open. Until now, not a single enemy was present in Soul's way, he understood that Om defeated every enemy present in the mall and already entered the Boss room.

"He went in without me. He thinks the boss is similar to other's."

"He thinks that the boss is easy to handle. Haha, 'keeper of death' is just a title. In reality, he is the god of death, no, he is death in himself.
