The Pirate Festival had a lot of attractions, one of these attractions was the Sea Train from Water 7.

"Hahahha! Let's goo!"

Luffy and Usopp were riding the Sea Train, clearly having a blast.

"Man, after riding this thing so many times I can't believe I haven't gotten bored yet."

Usopp laughed as he stuck his head outside a window.

"Luffy, you should've seen the giant dolphin that tried to hit the train off the rails."

"A giant dolphin?!"

"Yup, but don't worry."

Usopp beat his chest proudly after pulling his head back inside the train.

"I took care of it."

He started doing some strange "martial arts" poses.

"I fended it off with my Usopp Karate!"

"That's so cool! I wish I could've seen it!"

"If another one shows up I'll show you."

Usopp laughed triumphantly. That's when something blocked the windows and prevented the sunlight from coming in.

"Huh?"

Usopp looked outside and found himself staring into a giant eyeball. The eyeball blinked in unison with him.

"Of course...."

He paled.

"The universe couldn't let me lie in peace. Instead, it wants me to lie in pieces."

"Hey!"

Luffy punched the eyeball to the shock of Usopp.

"Why?!"

He grabbed Luffy and started shaking him.

"Because."

Luffy answered with a grin. The beast let out a deafening roar.

"Damn you, Luffy!"

Meanwhile, Hancock was on her ship. She was in her room looking in a mirror.

"I think Luffy would like this."

She was wearing a V-neck black dress with one of the sleeves and a half chest area in white and with images of her Jolly Roger on the part of the skirt. She wrapped a purple sash around her waist and had on a black cape with a pink interior and with golden shoulder pads, along with black heels.

"Then again, I think he would love anything I wear."

She stood proudly before the mirror. She exited her room and walked on the ship's deck. There, Gloriosa and her sisters were waiting.

"Did Luffy give you a time when you'll meet?"

Gloriosa asked.

"No, but he should be on his way."

"How do you know?"

"Love."

Gloriosa cringed at her with a disgusted face.

"I see why people hate couples or people in love. You're unbearabl-"

"Hancock!"

"Huh? He really came?!"

Gloriosa looked and saw Luffy waving at them. He jumped and leapt onto the ship.

"This brings back some memories."

Luffy said while looking around the ship. He spotted Marie and Sonia.

"Hey, guys! What's up?!"

He walked up to them.

"How have you guys been?"

"Good."

"Nice to see you again, Luffy."

Marie and Sonia greeted Luffy with a smile.

"Hm?"

He looked at Gloriosa.

"......."

He looked at her for a few seconds before saying—

"What's up, Granny? How you've been?"

He greeted her like it was normal.

"Luffy, how did you recognize her?"

Marie asked.

"What do you mean?"

"She looks like a completely different person!"

Sonia shouted.

"She does?"

Luffy tilted his head as if to get a better look at Gloriosa.

"Looks the same to me."

Marie and Sonia were left flabbergasted.

"Forget about the old bat."

Hancock cut between them.

"Luffy, how do I look~?"

Hancock did a slow spin to show off her attire. Luffy nodded.

"You look good as always, Hancock."

Hancock's face reddened as she suddenly felt shy.

"T-Thank you."

She looked at him.

"Huh? Luffy, what happened to you?"

Luffy had scratches and cuts on his body, nothing major.

"Oh, while I was riding the Sea Train, I punched a giant dolphin in the eye. It got mad and swatted the train into the air. But don't worry, we crashed into the market safe and sound."

Luffy pulled a pear out of his pockets.

"I got some free fruit from a destroyed stall. Want some?"

He shoved it towards Hancock. Her body was trembling, and she was looking towards the ground.

"Hancock?"

Luffy called out to her.

"How dare...How dare a mere dolphin try to hurt my Luffy?!"

She roared at the top of her lungs with a demonic expression.

"I'm gonna kill it!"

"Hold her down!"

Gloriosa shouted as she held onto Hancock. Marie and Sonia grabbed her as well. She started walking while pulling them along.

"Calm down, Snake Princess! You have a date, remember?!"

"Let me go! I must avenge my husband!"

Hancock started walking as if nothing was trying to hold her back.

"I'm not hurt though."

Luffy took a bite of his pear.

"You aren't?"

Hancock looked back at him.

"Nope. Usopp was beaten up though. He said he didn't want to go on any more rides, so I came to look for you."

"I see."

Hancock spun around so fast that she threw Gloriosa and her sisters off her.

"Why are you guys lying on the ground?"

They said nothing and just sighed.

"Just...Just go and have your date."

Gloriosa grumbled.

"Alright."

Hancock looked towards Luffy.

"Let's go, Luffy."

"Alright."

Luffy swallowed the pear and grabbed Hancock's hand.

"?!"

Hancock's body stiffened like a statue. The sounds of her feet scraping the wood floor could be heard as Luffy pulled her away.

Gloriosa and the sisters got up and watched as Luffy jumped off the ship carrying in Hancock his arms before disappearing into the crowds.

"You know, Luffy is her blessing, but I like that he humbles her so easily."

Gloriosa started grinning.

"Seeing her flustered like that until she's unable to do anything gives me pleasure."

"I see..."

She looked at the sisters. They looked at her with contempt.

"What's wrong?"

They said nothing and walked away from her.

"Hey, what's wrong?"

Gloriosa followed them.

"Come on."

Meanwhile, Luffy landed on the docks with Hancock in his arms and started running.

"So where we're going, Hancock?"

"......"

"Hancock?"

Luffy looked down after not getting a response. Hancock was limped in his arms with her eyes rolled to the back of her head.

"Huh, Hancock?!"

Luffy's eyes nearly popped out of his head. He started shaking the unconscious Hancock in his arms.

"Wait, Chopper said I shouldn't do this to people who are knocked out."

He looked around and spotted a bench. He ran to the bench and rested her on it.

"What should I do now? Should I return to the ship or should I call Chopper?...Wait, where is Chopper?!"

Meanwhile, Chopper—

"How did we end up like this?!"

He was screaming at the top of his lungs while hanging from a cliff.

"C-Calm down, Chopper. I'll get us to safety."

Zoro was holding Chopper by his leg while the other hand was holding onto the cliff for dear life.

"I don't get it. I took a left and right and now we're here."

"Zoro you need to see an exorcist!"

"Huh? Why?"

"Because your bad sense of direction can no longer be explained with science! Only God can save you!"

Back to Luffy.

"I need help but I don't want to carry her and make it worse. Should I leave her and go back to the ship for help?"

As Luffy was about to turn around, the thought of someone approaching a defenceless Hancock flashed in his mind.

"?!"

Luffy's body flinched. He looked at his hands in wonder.

"....That was a different level of anger I just felt. I scared myself there."

He took a deep breath and sat beside her. After a few seconds, he lifted her head and rested it in his lap. He looked down on her in silence. He started focusing on her face and then her lips. The memories of Hancock kissing played in his mind.

"........"

Luffy subconsciously put his finger on his lips. He shook his head vigorously before taking a breath. He looked at her again, this time with a smile. He placed his hand in her hair.

"Soft."

He started to slowly and gently stroke her head. He did this in silence with a smile. This smile proudly declared no one in the world was happier than him at this moment.
