"Chisato-nee". Valerie greeted the busty lewd school nurse who opened the door. Chisato was a stunning beautiful woman with a curvy body and huge H-cup breasts. She wears glasses covering her green eyes and black hair that reaches her hips.

Chisato Hasegawa missed Valerie's greeting and remained motionless, her green eyes briefly turning blue as she stared at Valerie with wide eyes.

'Valerie? But why, when I look at her, do I feel slight aversion and a sense of danger? Like a primal instinct experienced when prey encounters predator. Is there a connection between this and the energy and spatial distortion I felt in her place yesterday?'

"Is something wrong Chisato-nee?" Valerie asked with a 'confused' and 'worried' look.

Chisato came out of her thoughts as she heard Valerie call out to her again. Noticing the genuine anxiety and concern on the young girls face, Chisato buried the sudden dread and contempt that arose and smiled softly.

"No, Valerie, nothing is wrong. You simply seem and appear more beautiful today than you did before". Chisato spoke with a tone of surprise as she turned to face Valerie with all of her attention. Her face reddened lightly, and she had to admit, even as a female she felt attracted to Valerie.

'What's with this reaction? A second ago she was about to attack me, and now she's blushing? Is this what they call Anime logic? Wait…' Valerie quickly pulled up her titles, and read a certain one.

"…Who would of the thought the NEET that only gamed could act like this. You changed".

Valerie smiled bitterly as Chisato's words made her remember that day, "People say that change will not come if we wait for some other person or time, however I disagree. Change is inevitable, it will come to you even when you didn't want it to. Change is like a storm, helping others while hurting some".

"Change is painful(literally was for me), but nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you no longer belong" Valerie continued, remembering the moments when she had to run away repeatedly in her previous life. She occasionally spent nights in motels, on the streets, or at the homes of her flings.

Valerie yet again took Chisato by surprise. You wouldn't expect a sixteen-year-old to have that expression on her face and the words she spoke. 'There's something off here, it's like she's talking from experience. But that shouldn't be possible…'

Chisato decided to speak up to change the depressing air, but Valerie beat her to it.

"Though change may hurt, that is life. So we can only plunge, adapt, and embrace the change. We shouldn't reject the change, we should move with it and dance with it. Change is inevitable, but growth is optional". Valerie chuckled at the end as she watched the dumbfounded look on Chisato's face.

"Anyways, that was just the rambling of a hormonal teen, so you can forget it if you want". Valerie pulled Chisato out of her apartment and closed the door. She took a glance at the apartment at the end of the floor and raised an eyebrow before walking to her own.

"Where are you taking me?" The nurse questioned, staring at the young girls back as multiple thoughts ran in her mind.

"I made too much pancakes, and I also want to talk to you about something". Valerie answered as she opened the door to her apartment.

"Talk? What do you want to talk about?" Chisato calmly asked, while she inwardly questioned, 'Did Amelia and Sabrina tell her about my identity?'

"Nothing much. Just school-woah!" Valerie fell backwards as a black blur tackled her.

"Woof! Woof!"

"Haha~ Yes, Yes. I missed you too Kali". Valerie laughed as she stroked the Hellhound's back.

"Awrr~" Kali enjoyed the caresses as she turned her head to the visitor, her deep red eyes narrowed and glowed eerily when she saw who it was.

Chisato couldn't help but sigh as she experienced de-javu. 'This dog has strong senses, but why does she not like me? Maybe it has something to do with that corruptive energy?'

Valerie's lips curled upwards when saw the looks they exchanged from the corner of her eye.

"Kali, let's go, it's time for breakfast". Valerie stood up, and made her way in, closely followed by Chisato.

"Valewie~! Thith ith deliciouth" A muffled voice called out to Valerie who walked to the dinner table.

Valerie chuckled as she saw Sabrina's mouth stuffed with pancakes, along with honey on the corner of her lip. "Slow down Sabrina, nobody is going to steal your food".

"You weren't kidding when you said you made a lot of pancakes Valerie". Chisato commented, while meeting Amelia's gaze.

"It's good to see you again". Amelia greeted with a light smirk.

Chisato narrowed her eyes in suspicion and returned the greeting, "You too. And sorry for the intrusion".

"Mah~ Mah~ Just sit down Chisato-nee. I invited you over for a favour anyways, so the least I could do is make you breakfast". Valerie waved it off, and made her sit on the chair.

Chisato just smiled at Valerie's actions and turned her attention to the unfamiliar face sitting next to Sabrina.

"Oh, I forgot to introduce you two. Chisato-nee, this is Sayu Ogiwara, a pervert. Sayu, this is my neighbour, nurse and Onee-san Chisato Hasegawa". Valerie introduced, and grinned when she saw Sayu blushing profusely.

"I'm not a pervert!"

"Are you sure?" Valerie raised an eyebrow in amusement. "Didn't you just stand there as Amelia and I passionately made out?"

"Hmmm?!!" Sabrina stood up, wide eyed when she heard what Valerie said.

Chisato raised an eyebrow in interest and gave Amelia a questioning look, the latter just smiled and ate her breakfast.

"Sit down and finish eating Sabrina. I'll give you a kiss after you eat". Valerie berated the demoness as if she was talking to a child.

Sabrina nodded obediently, while Valerie turned her attention back to Sayu.

"There's nothing wrong with being a pervert, especially when it's a girl who does the staring". Valerie winked and started eating her breakfast, though not before giving Kali her share of pancakes and waffles.

Chisato and Sayu gave a strange look when they saw a dog eating pancakes with relish.

Kali who felt their gazes turned her head and glared at them as she felt offended.

"Woof! Woof! Woof! Woof!" Translation: Why are you looking at me like that? Do you think this lady can't eat mortal food? Hmph! Do not compare me to those dogs who eat sloppy food from cans! This lady has a delicate palate!

Valerie and Amelia chuckled when they heard Kali's complaints, while Sayu and Chisato eyed them weirdly.

Amelia smiled and said, "You don't have to worry about Kali's health. As you can tell from her appearance and size, she's not an ordinary dog, as such her diet is also different from normal dogs".

Sayu nodded in understanding, while Chisato raised an eyebrow and asked, "Oh, then what does she usually eat?"

"Souls!" Sabrina cheerfully shouted

"Souls?" Chisato questioned with a frown.

Sayu just rolled her eyes and continued eating, thinking that it was just Sabrina being a chuunibyou.

"Umu! Souls". Sabrina hummed as she stuffed another waffle in her mouth.

Amelia glanced at Valerie to see her reaction at Sabrina spilling the beans, but the latter just shrugged at her with a grin. Clearly she couldn't be asked to stop Sabrina from blabbering, and even if she did stop her now, what about next time? Or the times she's not there? So why not just enjoy the misunderstanding Sabrina caused?

'So we're now playing as "vile demons who devour the souls of innocents", eh? Heh, I guess Valerie isn't the type to lay low and increase her strength. Though it's not like I mind, it's been over a decade since I let loose, so the more enemies the better'. Amelia thought as she smiled maliciously when she saw Chisato looking at her with narrowed eyes.

Valerie, on the other hand was talking to her system.
