System notifications rang in Valerie's head bringing her out of her delirious state. She looked at the enormous black and red throne and flew to it before taking a seat.

Valerie leaned back, resting her arms on the side of the throne as she stared at the strings of notifications she received since she arrived in this world.

'Huh? Why can't I lift it up?' Valerie questioned, when she saw the axe fall straight to ground once it appeared in hand.

Valerie tapped her claws on the thrones armrest as she thought about how to wield the axe. A minute later she stopped tapping as an idea appeared in her mind.

'[The One]'

After activating her blessing skill, Valerie willed the axe to come to her, and lo and behold, it actually flew into her hand.

However the moment she grabbed it, something strange started happening to the axe. Starting from the handle, the axe's colour started changing, the previous gold was slowly becoming blackish-purple with glowing red cracks appearing all over the axe.

'And it's absorbing my demonic energy-no not only that, it's also absorbing the aura of madness my eldritch form is releasing'. Valerie looked with interest as the gold axe completely changed colours and released an ominous aura.

'It's looks really cool now~ I wonder what I should name it… Dark Rhitta? Black Rhitta? Rhitta Morgan? Rhitta Alter…Yes that one rolls of the tongue. From now she will be Rhitta Alter!'

If Valerie's facial features were clear, one would of definitely saw the twitch in her brow.

'What do you mean by 'no'?'

[The only reasons the Host was able to defeat the High Demon was because of the conditions.]

[When the Host swallowed the Divine Curse, the Hatred and Wrath within it started raising your rank, while the rest of it was used to counter the curse. And while negligible, the Host also absorbed the souls of the monsters and a few humans in the dungeon.

By the time Host arrived at the Boss room, you were at Early stage Great Demon, the only reason Host didn't realise was because the process was slow. Another reason Host was able to defeat the High Demon was because the aura of madness affected his mind.

And then you used [Shambles] which decreased his rank from Early stage High Demon to Mid stage Greater Demon. As a Demon with Primordial Bloodline, Host has the ability to overpower demons of the same rank, which was why the Demon froze when you threw the finishing punch.]

'Is this the famous Post-battle analysis?' Valerie couldn't help but question when she heard the system point at the key points. But something the system said caught her attention, 'He was only early stage High Demon?'

If other demons heard what Valerie was they would scream at her for being greedy. She should be happy that she can already defeat a High Demon whilst being a rank weaker. The gap between each ranks is not easy to overcome, so Valerie's feat was great one, even as a Child of a Prince of Hell.

'Oh? Here I thought I was fighting a big shot who was at the peak stage of High Demon rank. I guess it's my fault for not paying attention and jumping to conclusions just because the inhabitants of this world call him Demon Lord'. Valerie reflected as she put Rhitta Alter in her inventory, and brought out a book.

It was a slightly tatty book with various rips and tears in the cover. On the front cover, there is a picture of a glowing eye in darkness with several wavy lines spiraling inwards towards it. Above the picture, in large black letters was a name: Z.E.R.E.F. The same name was also present on the spine of the book.

'Oh?' As she was searching, something caught her attention. She fished out a book titled: Nemesis, and pulled up the information on it.

After reading the information, Valerie immediately summoned demonic energy and moved her claws in a circle in the direction Rhitta had previously made a crater.

A chant entered her mind as soon as she began the action, and she unconsciously opened her mouth to recite it:

'From the Chapter 4. Section 12 of the Books of Zeref: Living Magic: Nemesis'

'Oh crap! Of course the spell won't work…' Valerie's thoughts paused, when she realised she lost 1/4 of demonic energy, she looked at the rocks from the crater and noticed one of them trembling.

A few seconds later, a purple figure emerged through the rock a. The moment the figure took shape, Valerie was left speechless. It was a woman. Similar to Rhitta Alter, she had extremely dark purple skin covered with bright red fractures. Her hair was the same colour as her skin, but had a more shadowy look to hit.

She had blade-like protrusions on each of her elbows and claw-like hands. Her mouth resembled Valerie's in her eldritch form more than it did that of a human. Her sockets shone with a sinister purple light instead of eyes. She had pointy ears that were more vampire-like than elf-like. Two bright purple, upward-curving horns that looked like crystals adorned her forehead.

'Oh my Lilith~ Now that was unexpected. The pictures in the book did not display any human-like Demons(?). Was it due to my…perversion? Hmm…Wait why don't I just check book?' Valerie pondered while she stared at her creation that awaited her orders.

'Found it!'

Valerie had no words for that so he put her focus back on the book.

'The summary said that the caster can give their creations distinct appearances. So maybe I unconsciously made her a female? Cause why the hell would I want a man? So it in the end if all lies with me…Let's check out her status'.

Valerie scrutinized as the purple skin and tentacles on her body gradually disappeared, revealing her succubus form.

"Ahh~ I can now speak normally. Even though I enjoy being in my eldritch form because it is so nice and comfortable and calming, I still miss speaking properly. Also, I'm not a fan of becoming a 9-foot behemoth." Valerie stood up from the throne that now towered her, and jumped to her creation.

Her creation tilted its head slightly and just stood there staring at her as she ran her hands all over its body.

"Not bad. Not bad at all. Though next time I should increase your bust size". Valerie commented with a sagely smile.

However, to her surprise, the Demon's(?) breast started growing and stopped once it was E-cup. Once it was done, she once again tilted he head, as if saying: Is this good enough?

"This is perfect. Must be your skill Desire Form". Valerie said, as she fondled the Demons(?) breasts for a few seconds.

"I guess that's enough playing around. Now it's time to go home. System, how do I go back?"

[Ding! Summoning request has been completed!]

[Opening portal in…3…2…1]

I'm front of Valerie's eyes, space started distorting before a purplish-black portal formed.

"Alright let's go~ Actually before that, let me go get my trophy". Valerie flew towards the enormous throne and put it in her inventory.

"As for you…Is there a way to cancel the spell?" Right as she said that, Valerie saw her creation walking towards her. Not sensing any hostility, Valerie just watched her, and was surprised when she hugged her. The next moment she vanished, and Valerie felt a surge of demonic energy.

"It seems the demonic energy I used to create her returned when she merged(?) with me. Well, no point in worrying about it, I got some pancakes and waffles to make~"

Valerie walked into the portal and disappeared from the Four-Cornered World.

Though will she be forgotten by it's inhabitants? Who will the credit for slaying the Demon Lord go to? Will she be hailed as Hero or Villain?
