Volume 2: Chapter 94 - Omae Wa Mou Shindeiru... Souichiro.

The night sky has painted the earth while the stars illuminated like art. The sound of the wind makes people sleep comfortably as they fly towards their dreamland.

It's already very late in the evening and Saeko is still practicing her swings and strikes near the house where they were temporarily staying.

Her strikes where very flawless and the way she moves was very elegant to one's eyes, swinging her katana in a very smooth manner.

While doing this, she suddenly heard someone walking towards her and looked to whom it is. It was Souichiro and walked towards her while slowly clapping his hands.

"You really have become stronger, Saeko. A few more years and no one might defeat you in this world..." He complimented.

Glancing at him for only a second, Saeko continued to swing her katana and spoke with her cold voice "Thank you for the compliment, and what are you doing here? Where's your wife?"

Souichiro sighed and did not answer, instead, he took a very familiar katana and showed it to Saeko. Even Saeko got surprised for a moment but then, she looks at the katana Farenear gave and smiled. Making Souichiro stunned for a moment to what she meant...

"Saeko? Do you know who the owner of this katana is? Your grandfather gave it to me. I'm sure he told you about it right?" He said while showing the katana in front of Saeko.

With her always stoic face, Saeko answered without looking at the Katana or him "I know all about it. But why should I be with you? Aren't you ashamed of your wife and daughter? Also? Have you realize our age is too far apart. It's like your a father to me you know?"

While this happens, Yuriko suddenly woke up and looked for Souichiro. Her eyebrows frowned and instantly stood up while silently walking at the hall towards the garden as she heard someone talking.

"Souichiro? Saeko? What are they talking about?" She wondered anxiously while leaning at a pillar to avoid being seen.

"Let me ask you... If I will tell you I'll be with you? Will you leave your wife and daughter?" Listening to Saeko's chilling voice and unexpected question. Yuriko covered her mouth with her hands.

'Please don't... Souichiro... I already endured this long... Please say no!' She thought in her mind while her eyes started to moist.

"I..." Souichiro halted for a moment and sighed, he looked at the katana then at Saeko" With the pride of the Busujima sword art within me, I won't break my promise with your grandfather... If you want that, I will be with you and leave my family." Souichiro said with his fist on his chest, his voice sounded surreal and believable.

Yuriko listening behind the pillar started to cry at what her 'husband' declared, while her body felt shaky, as she slowly crouches at the ground while still covering her mouth.

Seeing Saeko's smile, Souichiro thought that Saeko was delighted by his answer, but Instead, Saeko looked at the pillar and parted her lips to speak.

"Did you hear everything? Yuriko-San?"

Souichiro got startled to what she suddenly told and looked at the direction Saeko is staring at.

With that, Yuriko showed herself with her face already wet from tears and looked at Souichiro, displayed that she is disappointed, and as her and mind telling that its time to decide to follow what her daughter told her about these past few days.

To find happiness instead of being a martyr at her workaholic and prideful husband, chasing a girl that can be called as his daughter.

Souichiro moved his foot to approach her but Yuriko raised her hand and shook her head, saying "It's over, Souichiro... I used to love you and endure everything until you have more time with me or my daughter... but is this how you repay me?"

Looking at her that she is about to break down, Saeko moved in a flash that even Souichiro didn't discern how the hell she arrived at Yuriko's side in an instant.

The plan was only to stop Souichiro from chasing her and instead do his job as a husband and a father. But, it's not Saeko's fault that Yuriko suddenly came and heard their conversation.

"Everything will be alright... Calm down, Yuriko-San..." Instead of evading the girl her husband was chasing, Yuriko hugged Saeko tightly and released all the pain she has endured until now while saying "Thank you" for rejecting him. Yuriko's cries managed to wake up everyone.

While Farenear that is accumulating points suddenly notified that Alice was looking for her.

And as a big brother, of course, he immediately rushed without a second thought.

"Onii-chan! Where did you go?!" Alice immediately yelled because she was the first one to see Farenear coming towards them. Alice jumped and instantly at Farenear's embrace as the duo walked towards the girls.

"What happened here? Why is miss Yuriko like that?"

Saeko explained everything to him, how Yuriko heard their conversation, and so on...

Souichiro didn't say a single word, as he looked at her 'wife' being comforted by Saya while glaring at him, showing a tint of anger and hatred.

The reason why Saya doesn't have an appreciation or affection for her father because he wasn't there all the time! It was only her mother that is with her and growing up with.

Well, his father always comes home but sometimes Saya is already asleep and when waking up, Souichiro is already gone for work.
