As the evening sun started disappearing, standing on the top of the branch of a rather tall tree was a kid around the height of 3,7.

His beautiful features were as otherworldly as they can be as he gazed towards the forest of a radius of a hundred meters as what was there were the dead bodies of multiple beasts.

The most striking feature was that they all merely had a few bones and skin left as their internal organs and blood seemed to be missing.

If one were to view the child, they would see him licking his blood-red lips with his tongue. His tongue seemed to be a lot redder than previously.

"Why do raw things suddenly taste so damn good." Jin, who was the kid that stood on the tree branch, said as he leaped down from the tree and went in an opposite direction from the beasts.

'Although I killed them and left their bodies there, it was only for more beasts to come so that I can increase my fighting experience and simultaneously stuff my belly full, but there is no need to continue staying here since I have already got what I needed. Plus, I can't wait to fuse all three bloodlines.'

Next to a body of pristine-looking water that sparkled beautifully under the moonlight. Sat Jin, who was equally beautiful. Jin then immediately connected to his system as he asked.

'How much marks of reality will it cost for all of my bloodlines to undergo fusion.' Jin thought as he impatiently awaited an answer.

Immediately after hearing what the system said. 'Breath.....breath.....breath.....yes...breath....keep calm and breath.....' Jin kept repeating in his mind as his chest exaggeratedly went up and down.

What could be more maddening than being forced to spend all of his Marks of Reality?

'Well...if I think about it, I am doing something that will immensely quicken the speed at which my Void bloodline overwrites all of the others. Well, at least that's what the system said.' Jin thought in his mind as he gently nodded his head, signaling for the system to begin the process.

Hearing the words of the system, Jin couldn't help but feel a trickle of sweat dripping from his spine. He knew how painful it was when he had awakened his 'Eyes Of Nothingness' Yet, at the time, his system did not warn him. Now though, the system is warning him to prepare for the pain.

He began to have second thoughts. He was still merely a five-year-old child, even if he had gone through 1,500 years of memories.

But, as if the Void bloodline suddenly acted up on its own, Jin forgot the anxious feeling as he then emotionlessly nodded his head which signaled for the system to begin the process.

The only thing Jin felt was so much pain that even the strongest wills would have staggered. If it was not for the fact that he seemed to be in a different state of mind, then Jin most would have already lost consciousness.

The pain he felt as soon as the percentage past 10 was so unimaginable that he felt like losing consciousness even in the mysterious state of mind that he now found himself.

No, he had already lost his consciousness a couple of times but the amount of pain he felt immediately woke him up so, at this moment Jin could not even get a break from this hell.

After going through such an immense amount of pain, Jin's young mind decided that the best thing he could do for himself was to commit the disgusting act of suicide. He had never felt so disgusted with himself for actually thinking of killing himself but this felt as if it was the right thing to do.

Luckily or unluckily for him, and most unluckily for the rest of existence, before Jin could even gain enough willpower to raise his hands and pierce it through his chest, the percentage reached...

If at first, he only felt physical pain, now it was even worse as the pain came from the depths of his soul, the pain felt as if something was being forcefully attached and branded into his very existence as if something was branding itself in all of his totality.

If his soul was a balloon. Then he felt as if someone was fulling the balloon with water and even when it was filled to the brim, the being did not stop the water from entering the balloon.

BOOM!!!!

A massive explosion reverberated throughout his surroundings as the sound itself came from..... inside of Jin's body...

As soon as this message appeared in the mind of Jin, he felt as if something in his mind was broken as if he suddenly lost something forever in the river of time.

Something that made him whole and this same thing that his parents tried to teach him, something that he held on to with great and utmost importance.

He felt as if he had lost the concept of what the humans he knew used to call....humanity. He instantly entered a state of serenity as he now felt as if his whole view of the world suddenly changed.

Along with this feeling, he felt as if his mind which was previously clouded finally become clear as he was then brought back to reality by the immense soul-shattering pain but, this time he felt very, very different.
