Path To Supremacy

Jin was born different from others with mysterious markings all over his body along with a higher level of intelligence compared to a normal child, though that did not stop him from trying to live a happy life with his loving parents. Sadly for him, because of his title as the monstrosity, the never before seen genius, his parent were killed right in front of his eyes and he also would have died if not for the mysterious awakening of his system. . . . Please read the tags, the mc isn't a kind-hearted person nor is he even the average anti-hero. He is evil, so please don't bother commenting about how evil the mc is unless you like it. . . . . Also, the story wouldn't focus much on the romance that would be coming very late into the novel so don't expect it to do anything to the plot like softening the heart of the mc.

Regeneration

The indifferent voice of the will resounded in Jin's ears as he simply nodded. Thereafter his vision darkened as he was then reawakened by what seemed to be a splash of cold water.

"Wake up you pig. It seems that you enjoy sleeping even tied up to a pole." A cocky voice resounded in Jin's ears as his indifferent eyes opened, revealing to the 'world' a pair of blue pupils.

Gazing at his surroundings, Jin realized that he was tied to a pole and under the hot sun of a beautiful blue sky. There wasn't any wind and his fat and naked body was drenched in sweat.

In front of him were three men with ugly faces that had multiple pimples and massive front teeth. Jin, seeing such disgusting things, and on top of the fact that his beautiful self was turned into a fat meat bag, couldn't help but click his tongue in annoyance as he then shouted out.

"Break!!!" He shouted as the skies themselves seemed to crack and the space split apart, the men in front of him also started fading into particles as soon after, the whole world faded away, turning into absolute darkness.

Inside a classroom that spanned ten meters on each side, sitting in the seat next to the window was an extremely cute-looking boy who at any given time could pass as a female.

His confused expression in which he gazed at the classroom was then abruptly turned into an indifferent one as he thought.

'Hmm, I guess this trial is completely useless for me, not only am I simply getting fee power-ups every time I break an illusion, but I am also getting free knowledge of different mortal planes.' Jin thought as he then gazed at the mirror which reflected himself.

'I did not know that when I was human and even when I was just re-awakened, I was a 'trap.' Jin thought as he then said.

"Break!!!"

"Truly useless. You gave me nine trials which were supposed to take me multiple years, yet, here I am after a few minutes, already a level 9 Soul Transformation cultivator.!!"

Jin's voice resounded in the ears of the will of the Abyss as he stood in what can now be said to be a perfect replica of his physical body.

Yes, after undergoing nine tribulations, his soul evolved into what can be said to be a perfect replica of his physical body.

Watching his antics was the impassive face of the will of the abyss as it merely shrugged its shoulder and replied in a monotone voice.

"One of your bloodline abilities is Immunity to mind attacks, so how is it even considered fair for you to undergo the Soul Transformation trials. One must know that beings in this realm continuously take damage to their soul the longer they are trapped in an illusion. But, you and your bloodline represent what the beings in a certain mortal plane would consider a broken character."

The robotic voice of the will of the abyss resounded in Jin's ears as he then asked a question that popped up in his chest only after absorbing the memories of nine different lifetimes.

"How do you know so much about me?" As soon as he said that, his surroundings turned dark as his pale-looking and white skin body started oozing out a black liquid that corrupted its surroundings.

"As soon as you appeared in this place with your unconscious body, your system who was at that time still 'online' contacted me, the core of the abyss, as we then formed what you can call a contract of sorts. Once I help you a little and provide you a stay in one of my planes, you would also do me a favor in the future."

The voice of the Abyss's will resounded in Jin's ears as its body started turning into particles. Jin, on the other hand, couldn't help but say. "Hey, where do you think you're going, you quite literally are the only person I can talk to."

'Hah...they use me and then leave me to fend for myself.' Jin thought in annoyance as even his left eye in both his soul form and physical form twitched.

"You have to undertake the 81 Lightning Tribulations of the Soul and Body Union realm, why would I stay and distract you?" The monotone voice of the abyss's will resounded in Jin's mind as his vision became blurry.

Inside the sea of dark energy, one can see the unconscious floating body of Jin as the eyebrows of Jin knitted before his eyes shot open, revealing a pair of eyes that seemed to have undergone many changes.

Unlike previously, the iris that surrounded his blood-red pupils was a deep abyss of black, and surrounding this black was a fully white sclera.

Urgh!!!

Suddenly, Jin's eyebrows knitted again as he then let out a lazy groan as he realized that hovering over him were many lightning bolts.

"The Soul and Body Union realm is the most dangerous realm since according to the memories of those two Soul and Body Union realm cultivators, I absorbed back in the forest. When one finishes undertaking the first 81 Heavenly Lightning tribulations, they would then have 81 days to reach the peak of their health before the tribulation automatically attacks them once again. Because of this, many in this realm need healing treasures hence the reason why those two disciples of the outer core came to the Serpentine forest, so that they can look for a type of healing treasure but, I am different.

Though my regeneration can't compare to before the time those bastards had made seals that quite literally seal billions of different things in me, billions of different concepts that made me...me. As I am a being created from every bloodline in existence which then disappear and form into a single one that had every positive aspect of all others, I was a truly immortal being who could quite literally not be killed, hence the reason why they needed to seal me. At that time, my regeneration defied the very concept of logic-

*Cough*

It seems that I have gone off the topic. Ah yes, as I was saying, though my regeneration can't be compared to when I had now been birthed, it is still at a level wherein a mere few minutes, the whole of my arm can be healed from quite literally being ripped off. It seems that though the system has gone offline, my skills can still level up by itself, well besides the skill 'eat' as that still hasn't leveled up even though I have been eating parts of myself for the past 87,600 hours."

Jin said, as he then sat in a lotus position before bracing himself for the bolts of lightning that he will be facing. But just before the bolts of lightning contacted his body, he thought.

'Hmm, the will of the abyss said that after all nine lightning tribulations, my soul and body would then become one, this makes it possible for those who have bloodline abilities with incredible regeneration, to heal from a mere drop of blood. Right after this, is the Mystery Lord realm where I would gain insight into a random law that I have the most affinity with. I wonder what law would I awaken?'
