A sad ending...or a new beginning?

Bam!!!

With a slap to the face, Jin immediately spat out a few teeth as he was sent face-first into the golden tiles of the ground. He almost blacked out from the mere impact he received from the slap as his thoughts went haywire.

Opening his previously closed eyes and revealing to the world his pair of red pupils that had weird black markings seemingly inside of it, what Jin saw on his right side was the dead body of his mother who he grew to love.

Ughhh!!

Though he saw the dead body of his mother, he did not shed a tear as his situation right now prevented him from doing so, even if he was not in this situation though, he still would not cry as that was seemingly impossible for him throughout the mere five years of his life.

Not to feel even more hurt on the inside than he already felt, Jin turned his head to the other side so that he would forget about his mother as what came to view was the body of his now-dead father. Seeing this and on top of his worrying situation, Jin felt like just giving up.

What was there to live for, his mother was dead, his father was dead, in the front of him was the masked trio responsible but here he was powerless to do anything to them, here he was watching them in the eye as he could feel their scorn for his family and the fear for him.

Yes, they feared his unnatural body and markings as it was not just his eyes that had the mysterious black markings, no, throughout the whole of his frail-looking pale body, multiple black markings etched itself on his body giving off an unholy feeling which surrounded his entire being.

The weird thing was the fact that he was born with these markings as it was famous throughout the kingdom that the prince was born different from regular humans....well that's if you could call him a human in the first place.

Unlike others who first needed to start as Body refinement cultivators before they could start truly cultivating, this creature named Jin was born as a cultivator in the Energy Absorption realm which was a whole realm higher than a Body refiner.

If that wasn't enough, throughout the five years of his life he continuously surprised the denizens of this kingdom as he has already reached the Energy Forming Realm. A realm of power that was two realms higher than an Energy Absorption cultivator.

Even though Jin's parents tried to keep this news under wraps, there always seemed to leak as the next week a multitude of the surrounding kingdoms were aware of the news. Jin, being a not-so-normal creature and also an intelligent being, was aware of the fact that one of his father's royal advisors was a spy for the enemy kingdom but he said nothing as he knew his dad would not believe him.

And, as if answering his thoughts one of the masked trios took off her black face mask which revealed a middle-aged-looking woman with a few scars on her face. Though she had a few scars which diminished some of her beauty, her busty body made up for it.

"I am sorry my dear prince but, you are a variable, a variable that we needed to eradicate even if it meant killing your parents and effectively starting a war with your kingdom."

Her melodic voice entered the ears of Jin as he was left speechless by the fact that it was his fault for the death of his parents. The same people who were the reason he could come into existence, the same people who loved him oh so much were essentially killed by him.

Even if he was unable to shed any tears and feel sorrow, the feeling of hollowness inside of his heart was threatening to corrupt his whole being which scared him to no end.

Ugghhh!!

Forcefully, Jin stood up straight as he gazed at the trio who was the cause of his parent's death. Without even thinking properly he dashed towards them as he wanted nothing more but to rip their skulls out even if he never actually harmed anyone in his life.

The thought of obliterating their bodies popped up in his mind abruptly as he never questioned it and instead revered the thought as he looked forward to doing it against the people who were responsible for the deaths of his parents.

As the trio weren't even ten meters away from him, and with the cultivation of an Energy Forming cultivator, he instantly reached their positions as he sent a punch towards the busty woman's gut.

Boom!!

A booming sound reverberated in the throne room as Jin was sent flying into a nearby wall as he coughed up blood. The difference between Jin and a human was again shown as his black-colored blood was different from the normal red blood humans have.

"You watched us as we killed your parents who were cultivators at the Soul and Body Union realm yet, you still attacked me hoping to do me harm. It is a very admirable but also stupid decision that only fools would think of doing.

If you are in the face of great danger, you are not going to get a power boost simply because you are the one being wronged, no....this is the real world where nothing is right or wrong, nothing is good or evil as in this world only strength reign supreme."

The sweet voice of the busty lady entered Jin's ears as her flowing black hair swayed even if there presently weren't any wind.

Jin who was still beneath a heap of rubble finally gave up as he cleared his consciousness and gave in to his fate. The fate of being consumed by the emptiness inside of him was what made him strive to always be the kid loved by all, he wanted to always live a happy life with his parents even if he was different, he wanted to prevent the feeling of hollowness that seemed to seep into his very being every single day.

But, now that he was going to die anyway, what was the reason for trying to stop the hollow feeling that kept on growing in his heart.

Parents....his were already dead.

What about the maids and butlers who always treated him nicely even when he was different.....they were also killed by the group of humans in front of him.

What about the citizens of the kingdom....well it was too late, he was already being consumed by the dark emptiness inside of his body.

Sigh!!

Seeing that Jin seemed to have already resigned to his fate, the busty middle-aged woman sighed as if she felt unwilling to do what she was about to do. Walking up to Jin, she took out a sword from its scabbard that was hidden away behind her black robe.

"Blame yourself for being a monstrosity and a never before seen genius in the weakest kingdom in this empire." That was all she said as she then stabbed at the body of Jin.

But, before her sword met with the marked body of Jin, inside of Jin's mind, a robotic voice powerfully resounded throughout.
