Chapter 110

Velocity and Supergirl watched from the top of as multiple heroes attacked the Titian. A loud variety of power was thrown at the titian, from blazing fire to storm clouds. But, all their attacks were blocked by the massive force field protecting the Titan.

"How strong is that force field?" Supergirl muttered, eyeing the force field.

"I guess we should stop standing around and attack it too." Velocity said, blue lightning arching around his body.

Supergirl palmed her fist, a smile on her face. "I guess so."

With that, she shot toward the Titian with a red streak, Velocity following close by her right with a blue and purple streak. They crossed 9,992 miles in 5 seconds, zooming through multiple flying heroes attacking the force field. Velocity's eyes glowed deeper purple as he slammed his left fist at the force field, while Supergirl's eyes glowed red as she slammed her right fist at the force field. Their punches caused multiple ripples to spread through the force field.

They kept simultaneously punching the force field at superspeed, hundreds of ripples spreading out. Shazam appeared beside Velocity with a bright lightning bolt, joining in on their attack. With the continuous punches from these three powerhouses, the force field soon shattered into millions of pieces.

"It is broken, now..." Batman trailed off, noticing the Titian's massive eyes open.

Before anyone could react, the Titian performed a left Jab at supersonic speed. The jab let out a loud sonic boom which shattered all the glass on the planet, killing millions and turning billions deft. The sonic boom was so strong it cleared the sky of all clouds and sent everyone close to it flying back.

Supergirl quickly balanced herself in the air with Velocity using his telekinesis to stop all those who were still flying away. Everyone was speechless of this sudden attack, not knowing what to do. While they were destroying the Traveler's force field, he continued working on connecting all his nerves. He completed it 10 seconds before the traveler's force field was destroyed, so he spent the rest of the time mentally mastering his huge body.

"Do you really think I was immobile?" Impulse asked with a booming voice. "Well, you were wrong." He finished, performing a snap.

Velocity quickly spread his telekinesis to protect many people as he could before the sonic boom hit, causing more destruction to Earth. Looking around Earth with her x-ray vision, Supergirl clinched her fist and jaw.

"Where is Zatanna?" Supergirl shouted into her earpiece.

"The last time I met her, she said she was going on a mission across dimensions. She won't be back in a week or so..." Velocity answered, knowing that she was one of the only people right now that can stop, if not shrink down Carnage.

"What of Dr. Fate!?" Supergirl said, looking up at Impulse, who was about to do another snap.

"Nowhere to be seen." J'onn answered with a sigh. "We are done for."

Suddenly, something small flew at Velocity at supersonic speed, which Supergirl quickly caught off the air. Looking down at her palm, she found it to be red kryptonite, causing her heart to skip a beat. Before she knew it, she lost her power, falling off the air.

Impulse was the one who flicked the red kryptonite at Velocity, knowing that Supergirl would be the one to catch it. It was one of the many kryptonite Velocity took from the planet Krypton when he was raiding it for Kryptonians. He didn't know what effect it gives, so he decided to test it out on a powered Kryptonian.

Velocity quickly Caught Supergirl with his telekinesis, bringing her close to him. "Are you alright?"

"Red kryptonite...." She muttered, showing it to Velocity.

"You know what? I am not going to snap again." Impulse smiled, stopping his snap. "I am a kind soul, so I will spear you all the stress to waiting for your inevitable doom. You know, it has been a while since I did a cannonball. Haah. Memories... Well, shall I do a cannonball?"

"Oh, no." Batman mumbled, stepping back from his computer.

Impulse's knee bent a little before he jumped, creating a big wave. Due to him leaving the ocean, the water level lowered, reviling acres of lands that were drowned. He shot through the clouds, his entire body entering space. Impulse then threw the Traveler and a small piece of his skin to the moon before curling up to a ball, allowing himself to be pulled into Earth's atmosphere.

Everyone's heart to drop as they watched the titian fall toward the planet. There was nothing they could do. It was the end.

Velocity watched the Impulse drop to the Earth, a smile greatly crossing his face. He pulled Supergirl into a hug, dropping everyone he has been holding up with his telekinesis to the land which revealed itself below them. "Let's get out of here."

"No, we can't, Niles. There must be something we can do. We can't abandon them." Kara said, shaking her head.

"No Kara. This planet is done for. Who in the hell can stop that shit?" Niles asked, looking straight into her eyes.

"Can't you use your telekinesis to stop it from falling?" Kara asked, looking down at the humans who have given up hope.

"I can barely lift mount Everest if I try. What makes you think I could lift something more than three times it's mass and size?" Niles asked, watching as the burning titian passed through the clouds.

"There must be something?"

"No there isn't, Kara." Niles said, using telekinesis to hold her up and grabbing both her chicks. He stared into her teary eyes, repeating, "No there isn't."

"But..."

"Kara, think our my experi- our child. If we fail to protect earth, the explosion will kill us, leaving Alura all alone on Mars." Niles whispered, wiping her tears. "Please, Kara. Think this through."

Kara pulled Niles into a hug, crying into his chest. Before she could say anything else, Niles shot up in the sky at Mach 10 thousand, phasing through the falling body and heading straight to Mars.

Impulse, who watched and listened to the entire conversation between Kara and Niles felt a shiver go up to his spine. 'That made me cringe. I must say, Niles, is great at acting. I should probably learn acting before seducing Superman.'

A small smile appeared on Impulse's face, 'I am finally going to destroy a planet. This is so exciting!!!'

As the titian body hits the shallow ocean and the bedrock below, the energy of billions of nuclear weapons is released all at once as the body of the titian vaporizes. A flash of light illuminates the sky as an eerie bright white sphere grows over the North Pacific Ocean. Bedrock melts into seething hot plasma at tens of thousands of degrees celsius. The thermal radiation from the explosion travels at the speed of light and immediately burns everything on earth, killing 99% of the life form on earth. The other 1% were those special Metahumans or beings like Shazam, who quickly left Earth.

From his place on the moon, Impulse, who is now in his normal form, watched as multiple cracks appeared on the surface of the earth, lava pouring out like blood. More cracks appeared as the planet slowly fell apart.

"Let's get out of here." Impulse said, fixing his coat as he appeared on the navigation ship of the Traveler. "Go to earth -2. That's where Carnage 2.0 went and I need something from him."
