[Please keep in mind the MC only knows some Marvel info and DC info through his other self in a Universe where he repaired and made armour and gargets for supervillains.]

For safety I will be using an avatar to go through the new portal connected, I even have a "portal room" I am setting up for other universe connections, I can send my consciousness back to my main body at any time, and I seem to have some awareness of what is happening around my main self.

With my Lil Lilly and some cash in case they use the same currency I wear casual clothes made of Widows organic web, this stuff is great, it can resist medium caliber weapons and is resistant to acid and the normal elements, I say resistant but that only works if the person inside has some level of durability. If you get hit hard enough the clothes will not break, but they will collapse inwards at the point of impact, and that will hurt a lot if you are a normal person.

I have a bag made of the same web with some more clothes and a suit just in case.

So, let's have fun and explore a new world!

I move through without effect, at the moment I am standing off the curb on what seems to be a normal street, the tech level seems more advanced than my universe, I grin as I watch a couple being affectionate a few meters ahead of me, I can sense someone running at high speed behind me but this is not surprising, I picked up many powered people in this city.

I guess this guy is like Quicksilver which will be revealed in my world, why is this guy not moving to the side?

If I move away right now, he will hit the woman, I have my back to him, and no one is going to blame me, right?

SPLAT

Urgh, What the hell I entered a slow-mo state on instinct, he never even slowed down. Luckily only half of him caught me, I snatched the red duffel back flying past me, if that hit anyone at the speed they would be dead. I shake myself clean as I watch the other half of his body slowing down as it keeps heading forward, looks like it will be fine so I move myself to the curb and watch as his body slows and collapses. I opened the bag, oh money and stuff, thank you. I stuff the bag in mine and watch the performance, urm why is everyone acting weird?

I thought he was some villain or something, "Lilly, what's going on?" "From what I detected initial reports on the airwaves say a superhero named A-Train was ambushed and killed, he is part of the top hero group, the 7."

"Poor guy, oh, there are some drugs in here, set it up for research once we get back" as I watch I see an Athena-type woman arrive at the scene, I focus on her a moment, and ew, this world calls them heroes?

This woman is not so bad, well morally maybe she is, but what she knows and suspects about other heroes, and this company that controls them, is interesting. I do not plan to stay too long in my first portal in case there is a big time difference so let's set things in motion and come back another time to see the impact.

I grin as I wonder how their powers work, and if I can influence them. To everyone else, Queen Maeve disappears from sight and the crowd is all amazed, Maeve though feels a chill down her spine as she finds herself alone within an endless expanse of darkness. A voice speaks quietly in her ear, "Would you like to have the power to say no?" spinning around Maeve sees no one and feels her heart pounding within her ample chest.

"I sense a lot of fear. I am sorry, are you not able to see me? Curious, you mortals decided to cast us aside, but you instinctively fear me. Let me help change things around," Yeah I am milking this, the darkness changes to her off-campus room where she attended Godolkin University, she is sitting on her bed, and across from her sits a young man in casual clothes, she is sure she saw him at the murder scene. "Ah, you see my avatar Maggie, that makes things easier."

Feeling bolder with the scene change Maeve speaks up, "Are you the one who killed A-Train?"

"No one killed him, he committed suicide," I state truthfully.

"What? How is that even possible?" Maeve asks in disbelief.

"He did not dodge and ran into my shoulder from behind, naturally he died, see, suicide," I say perfectly naturally.

Maeve is not a slow person, she is the highest-ranked student at the university. The one before her was able to pull her into this space that he seems to fully control, he knows how her room looked, and A-Train who was superhumanly durable died just from running into his shoulder with him showing no visible injuries.

"You mentioned more power?"

"Yup, you see your world is disgusting, I was firstly going to erase it, but then I thought it might be interesting if it had a true hero. So, here we are."

"Okay, let's say I agree, what would I need to do for this?" Maeve says gritting her teeth.

"Ew, no, what the hell. You have Elena in your heart, why would you think that!"

Maeve's jaw drops, "You can read my mind?"

"I would make a pretty poor All-Father if I could not," I reply with a grin.

"All-Father, like Sky Father, you mean it like that? The highest ranking god in a sect, like Zeus?"

"What is with you and the insults? Zeus is scum and a coward. But yes, I am the Sky Father of my pantheon if that makes it easier."

"Gods are real? oh what have I done …" Maeve starts mumbling to herself.

"Nothing yet, so, are you game?"

Maeve nods, "Yes, urm, I am not sure what to call you now."

"Hm, let's go with Paragon, right, let's see, the bar is not very high so just a few tweaks should place you in the top spot."

"Oh, I know, since I am bringing you forth to slay the demons within this world. I grant you the Godhead of the Warrior and Protection, much like the Goddess Durga, the Godhead will make you familiar with its powers, but I will add another, you will be able to summon additional pair of arms, and they will hold any melee weapon or shield you want. A companion, a powerful white tiger who is able to fly, and manipulate ice. It will have the same godly body as you. Hm, that seems about right."

The more Maeve listened the more her eyes widened, he was talking about making her a god, a real god.

Joel though was wondering what would happen if he created a another pantheon, this woman already had the exposure.

Leaning forward he flicked a ball of light into Maeve's body, although she felt nothing she gained all the knowledge.

"When you return, only a few moments have passed, I will move you slightly, and your godhood will descend as will your companion. It might cause confusion, so be ready."

With a deep intake of breath, Maeve nods and finds herself once more within the street, the people are still cheering as they notice her close by, when a Golden Ray of light descends on her. Her body floats upwards as she feels the power flowing through her body, out of the corner of her eye she sees a large white tiger standing by her side, seemingly protecting her.

"Warrior and Protector of Earth, your selfless actions have drawn my attention, I hereby ascended you to The Goddess of Battle for the Solar Pantheon." The words are spoken normally, yet they travel throughout the city.

Red beams of destruction suddenly hit the tiger, who for a moment seems hurt, but shrugs it off as it heals and then seems unfazed by the beams.

"Stop, Homelander," Maeve appears in front of the tiger, her hand held high, blocking the beam without trouble, "This is my companion, stop your attack."

Hovering in the sky Homelander is shocked, although this is carefully hidden, since when could Maeve take his heat beam so easily, and since when does she order me around.

Homelander smiles a charming smile as he lands, "Oh, I just saw the beast near you and wanted to protect you," he says as he pats Maeve on her shoulder a lot harder than necessary, to his dismay she does not seem to notice at all.

"Oh, no worries, he would not have been hurt, I was worried he would turn on you, that's all," Maeve had already noticed 3 things that gave her the confidence to bait Homelander, she barely felt the heat beams, his pat she never felt at all, and he had never seen her move to intercept the heat beams, she was stronger than him now.
