Jacob's Way Of Life.

Jacob smiled, rubbing his jaws thoughtfully. Ariel wasn't a clown so if he wanted to win her over then he got to play his cards right. And after he finalized his thoughts, he then said to her,

"First of all, you got to lay your trust on me" Avril scoffed disdainfully listening to Jacob's words, she wasn't sure if she heard Jacob correctly, did he just asked her to lay her trust on him?. Nope, that was never going to happen.

That word 'trust' doesn't exist for her, it was just clearly a game people use to win someone over to their side and then ditch the person when they are done using them.

No matter how desperate she was to escape, Jacob would be the last person on the planet earth for her to trust. She still wasn't sure she heard him correctly, so Ariel asked.

"I'm sorry?" Her lips curved up as she shook her head negatively. "I" she pointed to herself. "You mean me" she pointed to herself laying more emphasis on what she was about to ask him and proceeded.

"I should lay my trust on you?".

"Yeah" Jacob nodded with his fingers interlocked between each other and his leg tucked upon the other, as he adjusted himself more comfortably on the chair.

"You seriously must be kidding me" Ariel let out a hysterical laughter and she really tried controlling herself caused by the way Jacob watched her as she laughed.

But she couldn't, Jacob should have known Ariel's way of trusting him would be laughing the hell out of him, and maybe then he wouldn't have told her to lay her trust on him, he never should have expected to get a positive response from Ariel when he told her that.

The both of them never moved along with each other.

"What's so funny about me asking you to lay your trust on me?" Jacob's face flushed with embarrassment but he quickly smiled to cover up the embarrassed look washing all over his face. Ariel really knew how to make someone look like a fool and that was among the reasons he hated her.

Why the hell did he even intend to help her out in the first place?Ariel didn't look too serious with escaping and it seemed like she didn't need his help at all so he should probably just leave.

But Jacob wanted something from Ariel so he couldn't leave and that was actually the reason why he was sitting there trying to help her escape, so she could give him what he would soon request from her.

Ariel was too busy laughing without knowing how to stop and actually didn't observe the embarrassed look Jacob had on his face at that moment, he got lucky, If not she would have fueled her laughter.

"You still had to ask me that silly question for the second time?" Ariel's hysterical laughter had died down when she shot Jacob that question. "Okay, let me give you a response to it, you seem more than desperate for it" she made known to Jacob, pointing to his face.

Ariel leaned off the wall, moving closer to Jacob and whispered, "I have never ever trusted nobody, and that's how I have been living my life for the last years and I survived by trusting no one, so if you are asking for my trust, you are not going to get it" she moved back from Jacob who scoffed, listening to her.

"I must admit, you really are good at this. No wonder your father decided to still keep you in this pack over these past years even though you bring nothing to this pack other than just your uselessness".

Ariel wasn't vexed when Jacob speaked, but she got aggravated the moment he referred to her as useless when he spoke to her but she didn't act recklessly.

She was the first person that got on his nerves, so he was trying to get on hers too. That was Jacob's way of life.

Jacob smiled, rubbing his hands against the front of the jeans he wore and licked his up and bottom lips seductively while Ariel eyed him fiercely. She wasn't sure if he really came here to help her out to escape or whether he came to taunt her and just get on her nerves.

She really wanted to find out the real reason why he wanted to help her escape and if he wanted anything in return from her too, because the Jacob she knew too well wasn't the type to help another out without asking for something in return.

He was too cocky.

So Ariel asked him, "You still haven't told me your real intentions and the real reason you want to help me escape?" Jacob's smile when Ariel asked him that question made her pause and that smile of his irked her a lot but she ignored and proceeded with her questioning.

"As desperate as I am to escape from this shithole you guys call a pack house, I would like to know why you are the only person that wants to help me escape. You are the least person on my mind to do such a thing and I don't understand, so please make me" She demanded adamantly, scratching her brows.

"That's a smart question to ask, and I have been waiting patiently here for me to hear the words from your lips without me asking you to ask me why I want to help you escape" Jacob smiled, clearing his throat to spill his reasons out to Ariel.

She finally asked and he was going to answer, so he started by saying first. "I f**k you and then I will help you to escape right after I have f**ked you. Simple" Jacob went straight to the point without beating around the bush.

"Are you insane?!!" Ariel yelled so loudly and Jacob had to cover his ears to prevent losing his hearing. That screech of Ariel was one hell of a screech and he expected that. Ariel was a strong-headed female so he shouldn't have expected her to give in to him.

"You are so sick" Ariel cursed out at Jacob as he let go of his ears, rubbing the inside of them. Why did she even have to give a listening ear to Jacob in the first place?, she should have known that was what he had planned under his sleeves.

To f**k her, and help her escape right after he was done with f**king her.

Jacob was more than crazy if he ever thought Ariel would agree to let him f**k her, just to help her with her escape plan. She was even starting to regret ever talking to him, she should have just bullshitted him when he offered to help her escape in the first place.

What was she thinking?.
