Chapter 15 Madara strikes again

-----Midnight------

Harry walked towards a small house which is outside of little Hangleton. The house is hidden from the eyes of common people.

Harry saw the house of gaunt family. He walked towards it and stopped before he can enter from the door. He is still wearing his Tobi mask.

" Shadow demons," Harry summoned few Shadow demons. Eight shadow appeared in front of him.

" Go and check the house. Remove all kind of curses and traps from inside the house. Don't touch the small box with is kept hidden inside," Harry said to shadow demons.They entered inside and removed all kind of traps and curses with ease.

A shadow demon came outside and whispered in his ear that it is safe to enter inside. Harry entered inside. With his sensory jutsu he found the ring with ease. He opened the box and saw the ring with a ressurection stone. It is corrupted with the soul of voldermort.

Harry's right hand produced a black Aura around it. When he touched the ring with his right hand it dispersed all kind of curses from the ring. The he pulled the piece of soul out of it with his necromancery power. But as as soon as the soul came out. Harry shot a black flame from his right hand. And the black flame devoured the soul of voldermort. And sent it to death.

"I only want the resurrection stone. Let's leave a message for Little Tommy," Harry said to his shadow demons. Harry separated the ring from the stone and kept the ring inside the box. He wrote a message for Tom Marvolo riddle.

"Dear Tom

I am taking back what belongs to me. I already send your filthy soul to the after life. Search for me in your own risk.

Your Death

Madara Uchiha"

He kept the written note with the ring inside the box. Harry kept the Stone in his inventory and walked out of the Gaunt house. The shadow demons entered in his shadows. He raised the elder wand in the air.

" Scopos uchiha," Harry said and the mark of uchiha became visible in the air with red clouds. But only wizards and witches can see it. So he is not breaking any law.

"Greater Teleportation," Harry said and disappeared from the Little Hangleton. He achieved his goal of collecting three deadly hollows.

-----Hogwarts-----

----Next morning-----

Harry is eating his breakfast. Ron woke up early and followed him for the breakfast. Hermoine soon came after them.

"Why are you running away from both of us? I am not gonna bite you," Hermione said to Harry. Ron didn't add anything. Yesterday he was in the receiving end of endless teasing of Fred and George.

" You should not have to follow me everywhere. I am not running away from anyone. I am just so quick," Harry said to Hermione. She didn't believe him.

"When is your practise going to start, mate?" Ron asked Harry. He heard them talking about quidditch practice early in the morning.

" We already finished. Practice started at four o clock in the morning. We finished our practice before the 15 minutes of our breakfast," Harry said to Ron.

" Bloody hell. Who wakes up that early in the morning," Ron said to Harry. While eating his food.

" Professional players train for an entire day. It is common in both muggles and magical world. If you want to play for a professional club then you have to get up early in the morning for the practice session," Harry said to Ron. He then looked at Hermione who is getting annoyed because both of them are not paying attention to her.

Before Harry can finish her breakfast. Cho Chang came inside the hall and walked towards the Harry.

" Hello, Harry," Cho came and greeted Harry. He looked at her.

" Hai sunshine, come sit with me," Harry said to Cho. She could not refuse his invitation. Both Ron and Hermione looked at her suspiciously.

"You are quite popular among girls," Cho said to Harry. He didn't know that.

"I know I am quite famous. So what your friends said to you about me?" Harry said to her. He immediately knew she told her friends about going on a date with him.

"They said that I should go with you in a date. I didn't believe when they said you doesn't have a girlfriend previously," Cho said to Harry. She wanted to continue but her next words stopped inside her mouth.

"Even I didn't believe for a moment when you said yes. I thought you would tell me something like, 'Sorry Harry but I have a boyfriend'. Or something like 'I am too beautiful for you'," Harry said to her with a smile. She looked at him for few seconds.

" Sorry to disappoint you but I don't have a boyfriend. But you surprised me by asking for a date so boldly," Cho said to Harry. She didn't look in his eyes.

"We surprised each other. Are you free in the evening," Harry asked Cho. She thought for a moment.

" Maybe. In Ravenclaw House, we have to study a lot. But I can take some time off for you," Cho said to Harry. She agreed to meet him later on that day.

" Okay, come to library. Then we can go to explore whole Hogwarts together. We can't go out at this time," Harry said to Cho. They can only go to Hogsmeade on the weekends.

"Then I will join you later," Cho said to Harry. She finished her breakfast and left. She has to prepare for her class.

"When do you started to date Cho chang?" Ron asked Harry. He didn't speak much during their conversation. At that time Ginny entered in the dining hall. She came and sit with Hermione.

" Hello ginny," Harry said to Ginny.

" Hai, Harry. It looks like you finished your breakfast," Ginny said while looking at the empty plate of Harry. But before Harry can answer her, Hermione interrupted him.

" When did you ask Cho Chang for a date? Don't tell me it also happened when I was petrified," Hermione asked Harry. He didn't react on her comment but Ginny's eye get focused on him.

"It happened yesterday and she said yes for a date. I planned it before the Christmas. Doesn't want to keep her away from her family during Christmas," Harry said to Hermione. He doesn't feel good when he saw Ginny staring at him.

"You never tell me anything now a days, mate. I am your best friend," Ron said to Harry. He felt a little hurt when Harry didn't tell him about his date.

"I didn't want to disturb you. You are quite busy with Fred and George," Harry said to Ron. The red haired boy looks embarrassed for some reason.

"Ginny, you should eat. I don't want Mom to shout at me for not taking care of you," Ron said to Ginny when he saw her only staring at food. She started to eat.

"You should eat a lot. You know When I was in the St Mungo's Hospital. The medi-witch used to bring a lot of food for me. She used to tell me that all growing boys and girls should eat a lot," Harry said to Ginny. He felt little guilty about Ginny. After all he knows about her feelings.

Ginny doesn't said anything in reply. She is silently eating her food.

After talking for a while, they were about to leave.

" Harry, are you going to come to our house this Christmas," Ginny asked Harry. She looks quite serious about it.

"Of course I will come. Do you want any special present for you? I can bring it for you," Harry asked Ginny. He genuinely wants to give her a present.

"Anything you like," Ginny said to Harry. She looks a little happy about getting a present from Harry.

"You never asked me what I want," Ron asked Harry. He is annoyed by the fact that Harry didn't ask him.

"I know what you want. So I didn't ask you," Harry said to Ron. But they forgot there is another person with them. Hermione didn't said anything about gifts.

At that same time Hedwig came with a paper of daily prophet. Harry gave her some food to eat. She hooted and started to eat it happily. Harry looked at the daily prophet and a smile appeared in his face. The put the entire interview on the front page with a title, 'Madara is Innocent'.

"What are you reading so happily mate," Ron asked Harry. He never saw him smile like that.

Harry gave him the daily prophet. He read it but couldn't believe what he is reading. Hermione and Ginny also looked at paper from both the sides of Ron.

" Bloody hell. Someone attacked Dumbledore and he didn't press any charges against him," Ron said with a confused tone.

"What ministry of magic is thinking by taking back all the charges against him?" Hermione asked him. She only read through the half of the interview.

"Read everything, then you will understand," Harry said to Hermione. He is surprised by how quickly ministry dropped any charges against him.

"I didn't understand it clearly," Ginny said to Harry. She is still 11 year old girl.

"They don't have any evidence against Madara uchiha now. Everybody know the acts of Fenrir greyback in the past. Madara claimed that Fenrir was a cannibal. For his attack on Dumbledore he said that he only wanted his family artifact back which was previously stolen by someone else. Other than that there is no record against him. He came to give a full interview as an illusion, but he came to clarify his acts,"Harry explained to Ginny. She listened to his words.

"It looks like he is one of the victim who lost everything during the last war. But even then it looks like he almost played with the whole magic government's system," Hermione said to her friends.

" Let's go to our classes, otherwise we will be late," Harry said to them. He doesn't want to be late. And it is potions class early in the morning. Snape will deduct their marks without thinking.

-----Dumbledore's office-----

Albus is reading the daily prophet. He couldn't believe what he is reading. He didn't press any charges him because he wanted to find him. So he can find the whereabouts of Gellert grindelwald.

If magic ministry would have caught him then it will become difficult to ask any question from him.

'Did he belong to peverell line. Only they are the true owners of deadly hallows. And the only person I know from the peverell line is Harry. But he is a small boy and Madara is a young man. They can't be same. Maybe they are relative and they doesn't know about each other. Or maybe Madara knows about him. That is why he didn't attack him till now for the invisibility cloak,' Dumbledore is thinking about previous events. He never felt this helpless against someone.

Prof. McGongall came inside the office to ask him some questions.

" Albus, what is happening with ministry? And why you didn't press charges against him?" McGongall asked him. She couldn't believe some one can be proved innocent after attacking Headmaster of Hogwarts.

"There are few reason why he is proved innocent. The first one he only came to retrieve his family heirloom from me. And I cannot tell anyone about that heirloom's origin. So I didn't press any charges against him. And what prove ministry have against him. Fenrir Greyback and his werewolves are cannibals and it is true. So he escaped by making a public appearance. He also portrayed himself as a victim who lost everything because of death eaters. Ministry is recently in a lot of pressure after they put Harry in prison. On what basis they will arrest him after his public appearance," Dumbledore said to Minerva.

" So he played politics with the ministry. But he is still dangerous. How are you going to counter him," Minerva asked him. She believe Albus has some plan against Madara.

"For now, we have to remain silent. He is not our enemy, he clearly stated in our last unfortunate meeting. He is not rebelling against Magic government. Not gathering followers like voldermort. But he is very confident about whatever he does. Don't you find it is odd that he tells what he is going to do next. He is not over-confident. He has that much power to back himself up," Dumbledore said to Minerva. He will not underestimate Madara ever again. He lost Elder wand the last time.
