Chapter 1: Kingdom Come

God's Perspective:

A teenager wearing casual clothing entered the throne room, the sight of him walking bare-foot, confused, and with lifeless eyes almost made me giggle. He certainly knew how to shock someone, but I paid it no mind, I've seen more unusual circumstances from elsewhere. But he stood there silently waiting for me to speak, as if he was waiting for a command to be told until he moves. I hid my aura more as to not to scare him and proceeded to communicate with him.

"Hello! Are you awake yet?" I was slightly surprised with my voice, it was meant to fit the expectations based on what he desired, does he think I'm a little brother?

He was slightly taken aback, probably because of how normal I was, and proceeded to communicate as well. "Hi" He simply said, I can hear his thoughts going wild. "Do you want me to call you big brother?". He was more confused every second, I wonder how I'm going to break it to him? "Ahh uhm no, that's a bit too embarrassing, Also my name is Yuu Mitsumi. Please call me by my surname" He said, awkwardly standing in place

"Oh, my voice and form is based on the expectation of the entity I talk to."

"Wait, seriously? But don't you have a form you would prefer?"

"If I were to use my preferred form then you would have ran away as far as you can go", after finishing my sentence he looked at me, somewhat scared, mostly confused.

"Who… No, what are you? And where is…" It's like his brain short circuited for a bit… I'll have to explain fast before his head hurt. Although this information I'm about to show is quite the beating for his brain.

"I am what nii-chan refers to as god" I announced, with a smug face, heh. If I look like a little brother to him I'll amuse us both by acting it out, as such I started calling him nii-chan. Now just throw in a childish wink and success! I giggled with my own acting.

"Ah… nii-" after a bit of pause he then moved on to the more shocking part "EH?! God?! B-but you look so young?".

"I've existed ever since the beginning, there is no need to worry. I am what you believe in, it seems like you did not quite here my introduction earlier". The boy, or Yuu, does not believe in God that most humans believe in, but rather he believes in the possibility that a God that created everything for simple entertainment, in contrast to the grand reason of other's beliefs in Gods. "Ah… it's all starting to click in." he muttered under his breath, holding his head as if his crazy… no he actually thinks his crazy, oh no.

"Well this is… ahh I forgot to turn it on once again"

"Turn on what again?"

"The reason I chose you was because your brain had a limit. Your brain can also comprehend faster than the normal human, though that in itself is not special" I told him, indeed he was special but not because of his intelligence. "Say nii-chan" before I had even finished he flinched at the mere word, hehe. "If a normal being would attempt to infinitely comprehend knowledge, then what would happen?" I asked him, he can most likely find a conclusion.

"The capacity of the brain gets overwhelmed, causing a repeated loop of acquiring and losing knowledge…" He seemed scared of the thought of it, but then continued on.

"But if the brain can acquire this knowledge, one's view of the meaning of life would cease to have any importance as he knows everything, killing one's curiosity along with one's emotions. Ceasing to be human but a mere storage of information, not only that but he would spend decades merely trying to decide a single action."

"I am glad you are so knowledgeable nii-chan"   I told him with a smile on my face, acting impressed, mimicking the perfect little brother.

"That's just simple deduction… And stop it with the 'nii-chan'!"

"Indeed, that is why you are special"

"Huh?"

"Your brain stops to a halt, your bodily functions still work but your comprehension immediately stops once it decides you are unable to take information"

"How is that special, also doesn't most humans have that?"

"No, in their case it would be the decision of stopping themselves after getting overwhelmed with pain of continuously processing information, that itself is what causes them to subconsciously stop trying to think. You, on the other hand, have a brain that is self aware of its own limits.", He seemed to understood why, but he still is pondering about it, as such I continued.

"Naturally you won't particularly need this in your world, or should I say reality? But there are other realities that exists." It seems he's connecting the dots slowly. "There is a certain aspect of one reality that made me curious, a story I've been interested in, a world were 'infinity' can be given to a person"

He shuddered, he could not comprehend the magnitude of how it was being used, although it seems he misunderstood some aspects, but he can learn soon enough. "That's all as of now nii-chan, It's much more fun seeing the main character learn. So now I would like to explain where you will get- what's the term here? Ah! 'Isekaid'". After that, his face is something that you would expect out of someone who discovered something that parents tell them as a lie, like santa.

"Wait, don't I get a say in this?" he asked me, I almost forgot he wanted peace and not more living after he killed himself when I removed his limiter. "Right, there is no heaven, nor a repeat of life, I forgot to mention that the soul is essentially the brain, after it dies the only place it would go is a trip around countless realities." With the last word out of my mouth he seemed as if all life disappeared from his body, which actually happened not too long ago.

"Then where are we? This world is -although pretty- seems lifeless" He asked. "Well where you are going is different from where you stand, this world is important for you though." He seemed to be clueless, "How about a change of scenery?" I smiled at him, and then snapped my fingers.

In an instant light reflected upon our eyes to which showed the breath taking view reaching thousands of feet in the air. The wind was heavy and passing rush of air is clearly heard, it might have been too cold for him as such I regulated his body temperature with simple magic. The clothes would flap around constantly due to the strong wind.

"This world is important to you because it is you" despite the loud wind, he was able to hear it, and I looked away from him and straight to the view that was presented in full glory.

"The never ending ocean interprets being stranded in the middle of nowhere, to not be able to find anybody even if you were to swim for days. The castle represents the isolation and loneliness of being the single soul in a space extremely large and yet empty, filled with nothing. And the placement of the moon being at its closest yet still too far away is the same of that as basking in the beauty of everything, close enough for you to be able to feast your eyes with its presence but far enough that you can only stare from a far, an unreachable bliss you can never attain. This describes your past, the castle you've once seen as a child. The present, the sea that engulfed your mortal body. The future, the moon that has yet to come.".

I could feel mixed emotion of rage and sorrow seeping out of him as we were staring down at the pitiful place this world became. "This is your kingdom Yuu. This is your world amongst countless others. All those 'My World' that they say isn't just a metaphor"

He's pissed, he knew he was alone but you can't blame him… after what those filthy mortals did. They trampled on life as if they created them, they take away freedom, kill your hopes, and slowly let you wither down like a flower derived of sunlight.

"Do not worry too much, the past can be changed but only if you were a God. Take this new life as a start to a new you." I raised both my hands side-wards as if a villain was imagining a despicable plan. "Besides, you can have the joy of killing mortals there" I said with anticipation, imagining him go berserk and lusting for blood that a smile crept up my face.

"I don't think other peopl needs such experience" He told me, silently like a kid hiding secrets.

"Is that so?" I let go of my smile before facing his way, "That smile plastered on your face would say otherwise." He noticed the creepy grin forming from his lips, to which he covered his mouth attempting to hide what had already been seen.

He felt sick to his own twisted smile and fell to his knees and hand on the invisible floor. "Nothing would change, humans are disgusting, my feelings won't change, the way I think will stay the same" He had sorrow on his watery eyes as he said those lines, and I felt pity.

"Then your goal is to change this world, change this isolation of a planet and give me a happy ending, nii-chan" I held out a hand to him, and he returned by holding it and standing up. "I look forward to your otherworld-summoning" I told him before his body turned to atoms and a bright light blinded everything. But before he turned to dust, a genuine smile was presented on his lips.
