After a couple of weeks , I signed a military contract that would earn me hundreds of millions every year. I also donated several dozens of my pods to many establishments like public hospitals without a second thought.

1 DAY BEFORE BARRY AWAKENS

I quick changed into my super suit and ran like a bolt of lightning and in a matter of second ps i arrived in-front of the muggers . I moved so fast it seemed like they were frozen . I knew that I couldn't maintain the current state of flashtime for longer durations.

so, without delay I knocked them out and tied them up with a pair of steel wires of a diameter of 2cm. 'Pretty thick'

And in the end I only stopped for a moment and observed the safety of the hostages and took my leave . All in a minutes work.

SAME DAY -EVENING

There were posts about a mysterious superhuman saving the day. According to the eye witnesses all they saw was a bolt of lightning and in that lightning a human figure.

People started calling me names like Thunder, lightshow etc.

Damn I really needed an appropriate superhero name .

THE NEXT DAY

I made a public announcement on YouTube and other social media that from today onwards people who couldn't afford basic medical support due to financial insufficiency will be provided a discount at my hospital's AQUAPODs .

The discount ranges from 70-75% depending on their case of emergency and necessary health care.

It seemed that my message reached a lot of ears and while some people called it a marketing stunt , those who needed help reached out.

"RIIIIINGGGGGGGG" my phone buzzed and it was Iris ,

"Hey Iris , what's up?" were my words and she immediately replied "He's awake , Barry is awake ."

'Its about damn time' was what I thought internally. "Where ?" I asked , "Star labs" she replied .
