Fan Lin was reading the newspaper seriously.

"The Douluo continent is far bigger that I thought. The news from a lot of places don't even matter as the regions are really far apart and they just become night time gossips. The political situation is also weird as the parliament is divided into two main factions and each of them had many smaller factions that were helping them from behind. And finally the social conditions... They just couldn't be any worse. The public is divided into many levels, be it wealth, martial soul, spirit masters position, power, living conditions and finally over their blood. It's like ancient China but having the technological advancements of the current USA. Women equality is only given to those who have power, social equality is non existent and the difference between the rich and the poor is really worrying. And this is just on the side of humans."

"The Spirit beasts are ducked up and currently hiding. Many of them possesses immense hatred towards the humans. Lastly, the area that they could live on is shrinking. They are getting desperate and stupid at the same time. The spirit beasts needs new leadership and the humans need to know about the critical situation that they are causing everyday."

"The best way to bring peace between both humans and Spirit beasts is by either separating them from each other or by the destruction of one of them. The problem is that the humans of this world couldn't live without the existence of spirit beasts as their technological advancements runs solely through the help of the soul masters. But soul masters need spirit beasts for their advancement. Spirit beasts population in on the verge of destruction as the soul masters are too dependent on them and nearly drove them to extinction in their actions."

"And furthermore if the humans were to be wiped out, the spirit beasts would be able to live in peace for a short time before the Gods arrive. Mainly Tang San and the rest of the gods, after they come, the existence of the spirit beasts will be in danger. Gods don't like them at all. So no matter which one of the two become extinct, the other one will follow suit."

"The only way to save them, is by separating them or forcing them to stay together and both of them is hard to do in reality. Let's try to find a way that will not compromise eithe side while resulting in the continuation of both the races without any over exertion on the other. The best way that I can think of is... "

"Tring Tring Tring*

Fan Lin stopped his self talk and went to attend his classes. He still needed to behave better to get some good recommendations, his future plans needed resources and connections. He wasn't trying to destroy the world this time but to stabilize it because whatever he did, each action of his would be detrimental to the spirit beasts.

Hence not rebuilding the society but stabilizing it. Everything happens for a reason but it isn't written in stone that whether happenstance is good or bad.

It could be anything. Every bad thing to happen has a beginning. So did the good ones as well.

He just needed to find the best way to reach the point where he can stabilize the relationship of both the parties or just ignore it all together. He did have an idea at mind but that required strength, strength as a soul master.

Fan Lin whispered to himself while walking towards his classroom. All the students have arrived and ready for the class to begin. Fan Lin looked at the drifting clouds outside the window and then smiled, except he wasn't smiling in happiness. It was a smile filled with mirth or silent emotions.

Hours passed by and classes seemed to sped up as the teacher never paid attention to him or Wulin, they were basically self studying. Without a moment's notice, the classes were over and it was time to go home.

Fan Lin directly went towards his orphanage. It was the most secure place for him now as he does not have any place to stay. He was called an orphan for a reason.

He entered the orphanage, entered his room and it was empty, except there were signs of people sleeping on the three beds.

"Night shift workers? Whatever." Fan Lin shrugged and took out the storage guide and began to check the things inside it. It had money, a burner phone and a small notebook filled with past delivery records.

He then looked at the money from the 6 people that died before the middle aged man.

"One hundred, four hundred, twelve hundred. That's a total of 4,379 Federation coins. Enough to last a while for a normal family of three. Adding the money from the boss, I have around 8,000+ Federation coins. I know about the location of the secret stash of the old man which I will just use if necessary." Fan Lin commented and began meditation.

'A little bit more and I would have enough money for a random draw.'

He didn't have a sliver of time to waste as he needed to increase his cultivation to rank 10 before the graduation ceremony three years later. Only then will he be able to get the spot in a good intermediate academy and then from there to a good advanced Academy. Preferably Shrek or Sun Moon Advanced Spirit Master Academy.

"No time to waste on random thoughts." Fan Lin mumbled before entering deep meditation because he could.

Night.

Fan Lin was aroused from his cultivation due to hunger a few hours later.

He went to the mess to find something to eat and decided to eat something outside as there was nothing veg in the mess.

The orphanage was having a feast due to the lavish donation of the local mayor who donated some charity to the orphanage as they had nurtured a kid with soul power aka Fan Lin.

Except no one in the orphanage came to invite him to the feast because he was meditating and decided to leave some for him later.

Now that Fan Lin had awakened mid feast, he saw them all eating alone but a single look at the stuff they were eating and he went to eat outside because the person who was currently in possession of Fan Lin's body was a Vegetarian Forest Guard member.

'So Fan Lin wasn't a vegetarian. I need to make a good excuse on why I am not eating meat from now on.'

He thought as he roamed the streets of the Glorybound City for something to eat.

He finally brought some tomatoes and plum shaped blue fruits with no seeds and continued to wander while eating them slowly.

He explored to the soul train station, weekly market, Glorybound park and then finally at the Blacksmith shop that Tang Wulin was going to study forging from.

On his way back, his eyes met with someone as a little girl was eyeing the fruits in his hands. Beside the girl stood the parents of the protagonist Tang Wulin.

'This was the plot point when they return from adopting this girl after not finding anything about her. I think she was the dragon in the prologue but without any memories.'

She is no doubt, a beautiful young child. She has short silver flowing hair and a pair of amethyst-coloured eyes.

Fan Lin glanced at her for a few moments before leaving from her sight.

"You like Oran fruits. We will buy some for you on the way."

The mother of the protagonist said to the adopted girl and took her to their home.

Fan Lin on the other hand also decided to end his wandering there and returned to the orphanage to meditate.

She was another important plot point and further proof that the world that he was in was from the book, not the Manhua.

He hadn't read the Manual but he did heard that some things were different from the book in it.
