Draw of Luck

Blazing Urarean bear, it was one of the highest level of Door #1. It has a great defense and attack. It was a rare beast that was on it's transcendence level. It might transcend if they did not take it down. It could evolve into a higher being, divine beasts, if not defeated and it would lower their chance of survival.

Clint looked worried but excited at the same time. He might not hear any sounds coming from the images at the door but it was enough. The important part was if they could really do it or not. He was thankful of Frizzia because she stopped him. He wondered what would happen if he really went inside. It might actually be an epic divine beast or higher.

The Blazing Urarean Bear didn't make any move to attack. It only roared where it appeared.

"I think it's not going to attack us until were on it's range. We should time our attack on different direction." Zigz deduced based on observation. They could only attack once so they couldn't move recklessly.

"It seems that it was preparing to evolve. It's easy if it will not attack us first. We just need to attack it in a way that it will kill it." Rain said on the distance. He used wind elemental to deliver his message. "Let's attack it in different direction. One of our attacks will surely hit it. Focus on your fastest and lethal skill. I will make the signal to unleash it."

They could only hope that it would really kill the bear. Surviving a deadly attack could help a beast to evolve into higher being. Rain took a deep breath and focused. He could only hope that his attack would be enough to kill it. Blooded Moonlit Bow, it was the first time he would use it. Elina gave back his bow when she left and also gifted him a space ring that could hold at least three items. Rain touched the bow from it's tip to the bottom. He wanted to feel the bow first before attacking.

It was easy to use yet hard to find an attack that would one shot kill the bear. Rain breathed out and took position. The two saw Rain pulled a bow and used their own ability.

"Come forth, Azra!" Zigz threw a card in the air. The card vanished and a man in a black cloak appeared with a scythe on it's shoulder.

"So you finally called me. What is your wish, my prince?" Azra went on his knees and bowed to Zigz. It was like a master and butler relationship that was going on with the two. Zigz looked at the bear. He couldn't believe that he would have to summon Azra. Zigz and Azra actually didn't have any relationship before but on a day when the night was full, they met. Zigz and Azra first met at a garden full of midnight flowers that bloomed when the moon was full. It was quite a sight, Azra unknown that he was seen never realized it until a voice reached him.

"Are you hurt?" a cute boy asked him. Azra looked up and saw a boy with a shoulder length brown hair that was blown by the wind that caused the hair to go with the way of the wind. It was magical for him. The boy as pure as an angel with the slightest color of the midnight flower's glow and the moon was soothing to see, it comforted him. He was dying. He couldn't believe that for the first time he would really die. He looked at the boy and smiled. The boy looked innocent so he wouldn't want to taint him with a sad tragic memory of a stranger dying. Azra tried to stand yet he was overwhelmed by the waves of pain. The boy wanted to help him but couldn't. Zigz looked at the man and asked "Would you like me to stay until your last moment?"

Azra was shocked when Zigz said that with an innocent smile. Maybe the boy in front of him wasn't naive as he thought he was. Azra nodded and Zigz took a seat beside him. "I'm also alone. Everyone thinks that I am still young but nah... I can understand them. They whispered and whispered behind my back all day everytime they see me. I am sad at first but I got used to it. Someday, I will meet friends that can stand with me. Friends that wouldn't look at me with strange and pity eyes. I know how sad it is when you're alone so I will stay here and remember you." the boy looked at Azra and smiled. The moon was full it made the night bright but also made it serene with the occasional gust of wind.

If fate was making fun of him then he would definitely laugh at it. A boy? A boy understood him. He didn't have any friends either. In his home, friends did not exist. They all do the same mission that was assigned to them but never tried to be close with each other. He could definitely rest in peace. It was funny how death, his own mission would kill him.

"If I could save you, would you like to be with me?" Zigz looked at the lonely man beside him and asked innocently and smiled his way.

It was then that Azrael became Azra. He let Zigz save him from his power. He promised that he would make sure that Zigz would find his own home and friends like he did when a boy gave him comfort that even Him couldn't give.

Azra looked at Zigz and finally let a smile. He was in a dangerous place yet Zigz was happy, so that made him happy. Zigz saved him not only from his power but also from loneliness. They found a friend from each other. He might have understand someone like him that abandoned his own mission.

Back at the present, Azra looked at the humans who made Zigz happy, then at the bear. It was strong but he was stronger. The power he had before might be non-existent but it was a piece of cake... only if Zigz drew a good card.

"Are you ready? Here I go!" Zigz drew a card and threw it in Azra's chest. It struck him and gold color glow. "I really am lucky this time too, huh."

Azra looked at Zigz in amusement and let the power course through his body. He was at his peak in his weakest form but it was enough.

Liam looked at Zigz and the black hooded man and also activated his ability. "Beast Time: White Tiger Style!" Liam's second ability was like beast take over but it was different and more powerful. He drew powers from himself and also from his beast. Liam's body took a change, white hair grew around his arm, a tail as white as snow hanging from his back. The face didn't change anything but you could tell that it was still powerful.

Rain felt the mana waves distorting from the power Zigz and Liam unleashed. Those two were both monsters. No doubt that an unknown variable suddenly appeared. Now, he was sure that they would all go back. Rain combined five elements in a single arrow. Lightning as the arrow and the four elements rotating in the arrowhead. "Now!"

Rain unleashed the arrow which moved in a straight direction to the bear. Zigz and Liam also moved. Azra drew his scythe on his back and moved forward to behead the bear. Liam gripping his black sword with his Beast Time shot forward aiming for the head. Aura as white as snow, lightning arrow with four other elements and a black figure moving closer, all of them moved on the same direction and their only objective was to kill the bear.

Zigz Ruric, I hope that you will grow well in the future.
